Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, the trips cannot be carried out, or optional tour/activity prices, content, and the vehicle to be used may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, ruins, or venues at the places to be visited and according to weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the specified km distances.
3-person rooms may be assigned depending on hotel availability, and the bed provided for the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and known as coach beds, participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible tightness in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations.
Child discounts apply only to one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.
The breakfasts received at the hotel from the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and are generally presented with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.

CLOTHING AND REQUIRED ITEMS
We recommend bringing t-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton pants, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket for the evenings. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards.
FOOD CULTURE
Chicken and seafood are quite common in Southeast Asia. Local spices are used in the dishes.

Having a valid passport and/or obtaining a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country is possible. The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours arranged for the general introduction of cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically from within the vehicle with guide narration, and not including museum or archaeological site entrance fees. For panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour due to roads closed by local authorities or due to any event, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, the agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out the said tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted, as far as possible.
