You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.
In destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you for the visa application.
To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports should be renewed and, if it is a country applying a visa to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
Since our guests under the age of 18 may be asked for a document showing the joint consent of the mother and father by the police officer on duty at the entry and exit points of the country when traveling alone or with only one of their parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents pay attention to this issue
HEALTH
There is no vaccination requirement for Turkish citizens entering Egypt. We recommend that you do not drink tap water throughout your trip and consume only bottled water opened by you for the first time.

EXTRA TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Extra tours and activities are organized by the local agency we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If sufficient numbers are not reached, the excursions cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicles used for the extra tour / activity may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the extra tours / activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of the museums, ruins or venues in the destinations and according to weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km.
3-person rooms may be allocated depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable/rollable beds and coach beds, participants making 3rd person and/or child reservations are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible crowding in the rooms and the bed type.
Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.
Breakfasts included in the tour program and taken at the hotel are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
CURRENCY
The currency of Egypt is the Egyptian Pound (EGP).
It is useful to have USD (EUR) and US Dollar (USD) with you.
TIME ZONE
There is a -1 hour difference between Turkey and Egypt. When it is 12.00 in Turkey, it is 11.00 in Egypt.

CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS
When entering mosques and churches in the country, shorts, skirts, clothing that leaves the shoulders exposed, and tight-fitting clothes should be avoided. We recommend that women take a thin shawl or scarf with them. Also, if you have a hat or sunglasses, you should not use them while inside the place of worship. Both men and women are required to remove their shoes when entering a mosque.

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for visa-required destination/passport) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or the hours may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees
The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and carried out panoramically with commentary from inside the vehicle, excluding entrance fees to museums and archaeological sites. The agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they do not take place on the day and time of the tour due to closed roads because they are not permitted to be visited or entered by local authorities, or due to any event, as well as in cases where the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot where possible at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not permitted.
