PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT
This trip is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.
For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you for the visa application.
In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports should be renewed, and if the country applies a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
Since our guests under the age of 18, when traveling alone or with only one of their mother or father, may be asked by the police officer at the country entry-exit points for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents; we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents pay attention to this matter.
HEALTH
There is no vaccination requirement for entry into Europe. We do not think there will be any problem threatening your health with meals taken in the region’s good restaurants and hotels. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about food and drink, definitely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, eat meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and for fruit, eat fruits that can be peeled, such as bananas and pineapples.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Optional tours and Activities are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, excursions cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle to be used for optional tours / activities may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours / activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, ruins, or venues to be visited and weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the specified km distances.
Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds and coach beds, participants making reservations for a 3rd person and/or child are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type.
Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.
Breakfasts taken at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served for groups in a separate hall allocated to the group.

TIME ZONE
The Netherlands is 2 hours behind Turkey during daylight saving time and 1 hour behind during winter time.
For example, when it is 18:30 in Turkey in summer, it is 16:30 in the Netherlands.
In winter, when it is 18:30 in Turkey, it is 17:30 in the Netherlands.
PHONE USAGE
Your mobile phone line can be used if it is open to international calls (roaming).
CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS
If traveling in the summer season, we recommend bringing T-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket and a light sweater for the evenings. In addition; you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, camera, video camera and their chargers, and spare memory cards. In winter, we recommend clothing that allows you to move comfortably and keeps you warm.
FOOD CULTURE
Although Dutch cuisine is not very rich, its cheeses are worth trying. Other flavors are generally fast food style.
SHOPPING
There is shopping available at shopping centers in city centers and small stalls selling souvenirs.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country will be granted. The passport police have the authority not to admit you into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current tour and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport services fee
Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration and not including museum or archaeological site entrances. For panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour due to local authorities not permitting visits or entry, or due to closed roads because of any event, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, the agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out the aforementioned tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible, at points where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.
