DAY 01 ISTANBUL AIRPORT – MILANO – SAVONA
Meeting at Istanbul Airport International Terminal at 03:30 AM, followed by departure to Milano on Turkish Airlines flight TK1873 at 08:15. Upon arrival in Milano at 09:05 local time, transfer to Savona port where the COSTA TOSCANA ship will depart. After ship check-in and passport procedures, proceed to cabins and enjoy free time. The ship will depart from the port at 17:30. Dinner and overnight on board.
DAY 02 MARSEILLE (AIX EN PROVENCE)
The ship will dock at Marseille port at 09:00 AM. Enjoy free time for breakfast, shopping, and personal activities. Guests who wish may join the "Marseille City Tour & Aix En Provence Tour" organized by our guide as an extra option. Starting in Marseille, a major maritime city, our tour begins with a visit to the "Notre Dame de la Garde Cathedral" located on a high hill. Following this visit, we will see some of the notable sites including Longchamps Fountain, Saint Charles train station, the old town, Hotel de Ville, and the marina area. Later, we will travel to Aix-en-Provence, located 40 minutes from Marseille. Our tour will begin with the famous St. Saviour's Cathedral, dating back to the 12th century, known for its Romanesque front facade and covered arched walkway. Afterwards, during a pleasant walk through the old part of the city, you will see the ancient caravanserais and the Mazarino district, designed in the 17th century by the brother of Cardinal Mazarin. The ship will depart from the port at 18:00. Dinner and overnight on board.
DAY 03 BARCELONA
The ship will dock at Barcelona port at 09:00 AM. Enjoy free time after breakfast for personal activities. Guests who wish may join the "Barcelona City Tour" organized by our guide as an extra option. Our city tour in Barcelona, one of Europe's most beautiful metropolises, will begin with our private bus waiting for us at the port. We will visit La Rambla Street, Cristoforo Colombo Monument, Maremagnum Artificial Port, Barceloneta Beach, the Olympic area and port, Catalunya Square, Paseu de Gracia street where Gaudi's houses have been converted into a street museum, and his masterpiece, Sagrada Familia. During the tour, we will ascend Montjuic hill to take landscape photos. After free time for shopping, we will return to the ship. The ship will depart from the port at 19:00. Dinner and overnight on board.
DAY 04 PALMA DE MALLORCA
The ship will dock at Palma De Mallorca port at 07:30. Enjoy free time after breakfast for shopping and personal activities. Guests who wish may join the "Palma De Mallorca City Tour & Valldemossa & Frederic Chopin Museum Tour" organized by our guide as an extra option. This full-day tour begins by introducing you to Palma de Mallorca, a tourism paradise with a population of 300,000. Among the sights are Bellver Castle dating from the 14th century, the famous Palma Cathedral from the 13th century, and nearby Almudania Palace viewed from the outside. Afterward, after viewing the historic Arena, the symbol of the city, panoramically, we will head towards Valldemossa, located in the southwest of the island, also known as Moses' Valley. In our tour, Valldemossa, a magnificent village used as a summer residence by kings during the Middle Ages and a resting place for monks, will be our next stop. By exploring this area and taking plenty of photos, we will have the opportunity to get to know the soul of the island. Additionally, in Valldemossa, we will visit the monastery where the world-famous French composer Chopin and writer George Sand created their finest works, witnessing their emotional stories here. Return to the ship after the tour. The ship will depart from the port at 17:00 in the evening. Dinner and overnight on board.
DAY 05 AT SEA
On this day spent cruising at sea, the ship offers many alternatives. Those who wish can enjoy the ship's open and closed pools, jacuzzis, and sunbathing areas. Others can shop in duty-free stores, try their luck in the casino, or enjoy various music and entertainment offered in dozens of bars. A variety of dining options await you throughout the day. Dinner and overnight on board.
DAY 06 PALERMO
The ship will dock at Palermo port at 08:00 AM. Enjoy free time after breakfast for shopping and personal activities. Guests who wish may join the "Palermo & Cefalu Tour" organized by our guide as an extra option. After arriving in Palermo, the capital of Sicily, we head to Cefalu, one of the most beautiful holiday resorts of Palermo and Sicily. With its medieval structures, this town is a place perfect for shopping and fully experiencing the spirit of Sicily. Among the places we will visit during the tour are the Norman-era cathedral and the ancient laundry house. After free time, we return to Palermo and take a tour introducing the city. Then we visit Monreale Monastery. We view the mosaic decorations depicting scenes from the Old and New Testaments, covering a total area of 6340 m². Finally, we return to the ship. The ship will depart from the port at 16:30 in the evening. Dinner and overnight on board.
DAY 07 CIVITAVECCHIA / ROME
The ship will dock at Civitavecchia port at 08:30. Enjoy free time after breakfast for personal activities. Guests who wish may join the "Rome City Tour" organized by our guide as an extra option. On this full-day tour, after a 1 hour 15-minute journey by bus waiting for us at Civitavecchia Port, we arrive in Rome and take a panoramic bus tour. Among the sights are Castel Sant'Angelo, Tiber River, Borghese Park, Via Veneto, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza della Repubblica, Via Nazionale, Teatro di Marcello, Circo Massimo, and Forum areas. Later, we explore Rome's famous squares on foot. Among the places to see are Pantheon Square, Navona Square, Trevi Fountain, and Spanish Steps, concluding our tour before taking a shopping break. At the end of the tour, we return to the ship. The ship will depart from the port at 19:00 in the evening. Dinner and overnight on board.
DAY 08 SAVONA – MILANO – ISTANBUL AIRPORT
The ship will dock at Savona port at 08:30 AM. After breakfast, we complete the ship disembarkation procedures and leave the ship. We then depart for Milano Airport with our private vehicle waiting for us at the port. Upon arrival at the airport, after completing check-in and passport procedures, we depart for Istanbul on Turkish Airlines flight TK1876 at 18:35. Arrival at Istanbul Airport at 23:40 local time. End of our tour.
