Cruise ships can be described as floating deluxe hotels equipped with the latest technology. You can follow the daily program, which lists the activities to be carried out, from the ship’s newspaper delivered to your room the evening before each day. You can think of this newspaper as a bulletin that briefly informs you about everything happening on the ship that day, including all activities on board, the weather, information about the port of call, and reservation contact details for special restaurants or the spa. The most common language on board is English. If you are on a program with a Turkish-speaking guide, our guide supports you on all matters from ship bulletins to restaurant menus and prepares special bulletins for our valued guests.
When boarding the ship, you must submit your luggage, passport, and credit card information (a deposit will be taken for possible expenses) at the check-in desk at the ship’s entrance. After your passport is taken at the start of the trip, it will only be returned to you at the end of the tour. After you hand over your passport to the ship, you will be given a Boarding Card by the ship. You will use this card as both your passport, your cabin key, and for all transactions you make on board. The Boarding Card contains various details such as your name and surname, cabin number, and dining session.
There is a dress code for passengers on board. Since there are special events on the ship such as the captain’s welcome dinner and gala night, we kindly ask you to bring stylish and classic clothes. You can follow events such as gala night, welcome dinner, and other special events through the ship’s newspaper mentioned earlier. The dress code is also indicated in the bulletin.
On cruise ships, there are buffet restaurants where you can eat something at any time for 20 hours a day. In addition to breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the main restaurant included in your fare, there are fast food points and buffets. The ship also has special concept restaurants, such as a Thai restaurant and a steakhouse. For these restaurants, you can make a reservation in advance and taste special dishes prepared by special chefs. Themed restaurants are subject to an extra charge.
Cruise ships have many facilities and activities for families with children. There are children’s pools and clubs where children can spend their time on board.
Cruise ships are designed by engineers not to roll during travel, and ship captains are specially trained. Smoking is prohibited in all interior areas of the ship, including your cabin. You may smoke on the open deck where there is no sign prohibiting smoking and in places where ashtrays are available. There are doctors and nurses on ships. There are also accessible cabins on ships.

• Children’s prices are valid only on the condition that the children stay in the same room and cabin as their parents as the 3rd and 4th persons. For the 0-2 age child policy, the child must not have turned 2 by the return date of the tour; for the 3-12 age child policy, the child must not have turned 12 by the return date of the tour.

• The AGENCY reserves the right to change the hotels specified in the program, provided that their category remains the same.
• Optional tours are organized subject to a minimum participation requirement. They may not be organized when participation is insufficient. If the number of participants is insufficient, prices may be revised by the guide and a new arrangement may be made.

Cash is not accepted anywhere on the ship except in the casino. EUR currency and credit cards are accepted on the ship. You can view all your expenses on the televisions in your cabins.
• It is strictly prohibited to bring alcohol, irons, hair dryers, etc. onto the ship.
• At the beginning of our ship voyage, luggage tags in designated colors for all the luggage of our group will be delivered to you together with your ship ticket. You must attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.
• Your luggage may not arrive at your cabins until late in the evening on the first day of the ship’s departure. This is a situation caused by the heavy volume and crowds and is strictly the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, on the first day you board the ship, it is advisable to place the essentials you will need in a small hand luggage and take it with you.
• The ship’s departure times must be strictly observed. At ports, you must board the ship no later than 60 minutes before our ship’s departure time. Otherwise, you may not be allowed to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such a situation.
• At the end of our ship voyage, you must pack your luggage, attach the tags that will have been left in your cabins the night before, and leave your luggage in front of your cabin doors by 00:00.
