Istanbul - Jeddah
After completing check-in and baggage procedures at 12:30, three hours before our flight at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal, we depart from Istanbul to Jeddah at 15:25 with Saudi Arabian Airlines. Upon arrival at Jeddah Airport at local time 19:10, we meet the transfer staff waiting for us and transfer to the Cruise Port.

We settle into our cabins and discover our luxury ship, AROYA. Our ship will depart from the port at 20.30. After dinner, it is time for our captain's “Welcome” reception and to get acquainted with Aroya's privileges and entertainment.

From Jeddah to Mecca, to the Holy Lands: Beginning of Umrah
Arrival: 07:00 – Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Arrival at Jeddah Port in the morning and the end of our enjoyable cruise tour.
Our cruise program is ending, but our spiritual journey is just beginning. After the disembarkation procedures, we proceed to Mecca by private buses. After approximately 1 hour of comfortable travel, we check in to our hotel in Mecca. Later in the day, preparations will be made for the Umrah ritual with our religious guide and tour guide: Putting on Ihram and making the intention- Tawaf at the Kaaba- Sa'y between Safa and Marwa Shaving and exiting Ihram

As our guests who will perform the Umrah ritual approach Jeddah, they must enter Ihram before reaching the Miqat boundaries, intend to perform Umrah, and fulfill the necessary prayers and religious duties. Our religious staff will inform you about this.
Mecca – Environmental Excursions
Today, free time is available at the Masjid al-Haram for your personal worship and prayers. For guests who wish, a short guided sightseeing tour will be organized:

Makkah – Medina
Today, we are leaving Mecca and traveling to Medina. After a journey of about 5 hours, we arrive at the Prophet’s Mosque. A visit and prayer at the Rawdah al-Mutahhara of our Prophet (peace be upon him). Then we check in to our hotel in Medina. After dinner, free time for prayer and worship.

Medine - Istanbul
After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, we will depart for Medina airport for our flight to Istanbul. After baggage and check-in procedures, boarding the plane and the end of our enjoyable tour.

General Information
GENERAL TERMS
General terms are an inseparable part of the ‘Tour Brochure’ and the ‘Tour Registration Agreement’ , and cannot be considered independently.
‣Our tour program is arranged with a certain participation requirement. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through the operations department.
‣In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying a name and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by our agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
‣Tours may be combined with tours from other agencies. In such cases, our Agency is responsible for the guests.
‣This price list and program are valid until a new price list is issued.
‣Our prices in all package programs are limited to quotas of up to a minimum of 10 people, and for your groups with more people, there may be a price increase. Please ask for pricing information.
‣If, in ordinary passports, the passport issue date is more than 10 years old, and in other passport types more than 5 years old, the person participating in the trip cannot travel abroad, even if they have a valid visa, and visa processing cannot be performed on the passport. Please check your passport information and details.
‣When exiting through Turkish customs at the passport police, for all passport types, (Ordinary, Special Stamped, Service Stamped, Diplomatic) a minimum validity period of 6 months as of the travel date is required for Turkish citizens or foreign nationals, even if they have a passport with a valid visa. For this reason, our agency does not approve passports with less than 6 months’ validity. Our Agency has no obligation to compensate passengers whose passport validity is less than 6 months and who cannot join the tour.
‣Our agency is an intermediary between the consumers participating in the trip and all kinds of third parties and legal entities providing services related to ships, hotels, carrier companies, and the trip. Therefore, the parties acknowledge that consumers who register for the trip by applying to the Agency are not directly and primarily liable, as if they were the principal wrongdoer, for not being present in the vehicles, times, and places indicated in contradiction to the agreements made between the Agency and the institutions undertaking transportation; for any delays of land, air, and sea vehicles; for strikes, terrorism, war, and the possibility of war, these or similar force majeure events; for any disruptions arising from the fault of the operator of the transportation vehicle, personal fault of third parties, or unforeseeable technical issues; for material and moral damages from accidents; for deficiencies in accommodation or faulty services of facilities; and that, since the Agency does not have the status of operator, it has no existing liability.
‣For all customs-controlled international departures, you must be at the relevant port 3 hours before the tour departure time on the day of departure. Especially guests arriving at ports or airports via domestic flights from other cities should arrange their flight times according to the time they need to be at the port. Therefore, the responsibility for being late and/or being unable to join the tour lies with the passenger, and our Agency has no compensation obligation toward the passenger. If the relevant airline has an online check-in website, it is recommended that you complete check-in personally 24 hours before tour departure.
‣Our Agency is an intermediary between our passengers and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before departure. All flight times must be confirmed by the passenger 48 hours before the tour departure time. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
‣Breakfasts included in the tour program and taken at the hotel are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country you are in, and are generally presented as a limited menu called Continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
‣3-person rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are fold-out or couch beds, tour participants are deemed to have acknowledged possible congestion in the rooms and the type of bed in 3rd-person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid for only one child staying with 2 adults - in the relevant age group.
‣Due to the limited number of TWIN (2 separate beds) rooms in hotels, please check your TWIN room request before making a reservation.
‣If children under the age of 18 who are not considered adults do not join the tour together with one or both of their mother and father, the consent forms required for participation in the tour must be carried with them during travel.
‣Panoramic city tour is a 2-3 hour tour organized to introduce the cities and may be held on different days provided that its content does not change. It does not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees. Extra tours are carried out with the number of people determined by the tour leader, and the days may be changed by the tour leader according to the flow of the program. Tours may not take place depending on weather conditions. Excursions or tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason are not carried out. Our Agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out such excursions or tours.
‣Participants must carry with them any health issues related to joining the tour, pregnancy status, medications they use regularly, and reports related to these medications.
‣On extra tours to be made along the route, guests who will not join the tour will be directed by the tour leader to rest areas where they can use public transportation located along the route before entering the city.
‣Tour – Area – Tour Leader - Hotel information will be sent by the operations department via email 48 hours before tour departure.
‣A passport is an official document, and if it is damaged, dirty, or especially has tears in the stitching or pages, the passport police have the authority to deny you entry into the country. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
‣For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months from the tour end date and the documents requested by the consulate are required. There is a visa requirement for Turkish citizens for this program. Having obtained a visa does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. The passport police have the authority to deny entry to the passenger. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
