Meeting at Istanbul Airport at 09:00. Departure from Istanbul to Jeddah at 11:55 with Saudi Arabian Airlines. Upon arrival at Jeddah Airport at 15:45 local time, meet our transfer staff waiting for us and transfer to the Cruise Port.

We settle into our cabins and explore our luxury ship, AROYA. Our ship will depart from the port at 20:30. After dinner, it is time for our captain’s “Welcome” reception and to get acquainted with Aroya’s privileges and entertainment.

After breakfast in the open air, if you wish, you can relax with an aromatherapy massage at the spa center, or you can gain a new experience by joining art workshops. Jeddah - Mecca - Holy Lands: Umrah Beginning
Arrival: 07:00 – Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Arrival at Jeddah Port in the morning and the end of our pleasant cruise tour.
Our cruise program is ending, but our spiritual journey is just beginning. After disembarkation procedures, we travel to Mecca by private buses. After a comfortable journey of approximately 1 hour, we settle into our hotel in Mecca. Later in the day, preparations for Umrah will be made accompanied by our religious officer and guide: Putting on ihram and making the intention - Tawaf at the Kaaba - Sa’y between Safa and Marwa

Our guests who will perform the Umrah worship are required to enter ihram before reaching the Miqat boundaries as they approach Jeddah, intend to perform Umrah, and fulfill the necessary prayers and religious duties. Our religious officers will remind you of this.

Today, free time is available at Masjid al-Haram for your personal worship and prayers. For our guests who wish, a short guided tour of the surrounding area will be arranged:

General Information
GENERAL CONDITIONS
General conditions are an integral part of the ‘Tour Brochure’ and the ‘Tour Registration Agreement’ and cannot be considered independently.
‣Our tour program is arranged with a certain participation requirement. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour departure. The tour cancelled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through the operations department.
‣In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying a name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by our agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
‣Tours may be combined with tours of other agencies. In such cases, our Agency is responsible for the guests of our Agency.
‣This price list and program are valid until a new price list is issued.
‣Our prices in all package programs are limited to quotas for a minimum of 10 people, and for groups with more than this number, there may be a price increase. Please ask for price information.
‣If a regular passport has been issued more than 10 years ago, and in other passport types more than 5 years ago, even if the person participating in the trip has a valid visa, they cannot travel abroad and a visa cannot be obtained for the passport. Please check your passport information and details.
‣When exiting through Turkey customs, passport police require a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of travel for all passport types, for Turkish citizens or foreign nationals, even if they have a passport with a valid visa (Ordinary, Special Stamped, Service Stamped, Diplomatic). Therefore, passports with less than 6 months validity are not approved by our agency. Our Agency has no compensation liability towards the passenger due to the inability of holders of passports with less than 6 months validity to join the tour.
‣Our Agency acts as an intermediary between consumers participating in the trip, ships, hotels, carrier companies, and any third parties and legal entities providing other services related to the trip. Therefore, consumers who register for the trip by applying to the Agency know and accept that, contrary to the agreements made between the Agency and the institutions undertaking transportation, there is no responsibility on the part of the Agency for not being present at the indicated vehicle schedules, times, and places; for any delays of land, air, and sea vehicles; for strikes, terrorism, war and the possibility of war, and similar force majeure reasons; for any disruptions arising from the fault of the operator of the transportation vehicle or from the personal faults of third parties or unforeseen technical matters; for accidents with material and moral damage; for insufficient accommodation or faulty service of the facilities; and that, since the Agency does not have the status of operator, it is not directly liable as the principal offender.
‣For all outbound trips with customs, passengers must be present at the relevant port 3 hours before the tour departure time on the day of departure. In particular, guests arriving from other cities by domestic flight to ports or airports must arrange their flight times according to the time they need to be at the port. Therefore, the responsibility for being late and/or not being able to join the tour lies with the passenger, and our Agency has no compensation obligation towards the passenger. If the relevant airline has an online check-in website, it is recommended that they complete the check-in procedures personally 24 hours before the tour departure.
‣Our Agency acts as an intermediary between our passengers and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before departure. All flight times must be confirmed by the passenger 48 hours before the tour departure time. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
‣Breakfasts included among the services in the tour program are served at the hotel in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and generally as a limited menu called Continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.
‣3-person rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds and sofa beds, tour participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type for 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts apply only for one child staying with 2 adults who matches the relevant age group.
‣Since hotels have a limited number of TWIN (2 separate beds) rooms, please check your TWIN room request before making a reservation.
‣If children under 18, who are not considered adults, do not participate in the tour with one or both of their mother and father, the consents required for participation in the tour must be carried with them during travel.
‣Panoramic city tours are 2-3 hour tours organized to introduce cities and may be held on different days provided that the content does not change. They do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees. Extra tours are carried out with the number of people determined by the tour leader, and their days may be changed by the tour leader according to the flow of the program. Tours may not take place depending on the weather. Trips or tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason are not carried out. Our Agency cannot be held responsible for the failure to carry out such trips or tours.
‣People must carry with them health issues related to participation in the tour, pregnancy status, medications they use regularly, and reports related to these medications.
‣For extra tours to be made along the route, our guests who will not join the tour will be directed by the tour leader to rest areas where they can benefit from public transportation vehicles located along the route before entering the city.
‣Tour – Field – Tour Leader - Hotel information will be sent by the operations department via email 48 hours before the tour departure.
‣A passport is an official document, and for any reason such as being damaged, dirty, or especially having tears in the stitching or pages, passport police have the authority to prevent you from entering the country. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
‣For visa application, a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the tour and the documents requested by the consulate are required. Turkish citizens are subject to a visa application for this program. Having a visa does not mean that entry into the country will be granted. Passport police have the authority to prevent the passenger from entering the country. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
