Istanbul - Jeddah
At Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal, after completing check-in and baggage procedures at 12:30, three hours before our flight, we depart from Istanbul to Jeddah at 15:25 with Saudi Arabian Airlines. Upon arrival at Jeddah Airport at 19:10 local time, we meet the transfer staff waiting for us and transfer to the Port.
Check In: between 14:00-18.30 | Departure: 20:30
We settle into our cabins and discover our luxury ship, AROYA. Our ship will depart from the port at 20:30. After dinner, it is time for our captain’s “Welcome” reception and to get acquainted with Aroya’s privileges and entertainment.

After breakfast in the open air, you may relax with an aromatherapy massage at the spa center, or you may join art workshops to gain a new experience. Aqaba is both a steep mountain pass and a hidden meeting point where faith and loyalty blossomed in Islamic history. The blessed pledge given in the darkness of night opened the bright roads of the future.
Full day free time in Aqaba. Guests who wish can visit the ancient city of Petra with optional tours.

Jeddah - Mecca - Holy Lands: Umrah Start
Arrival: 07:00 – Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Arrival at Jeddah Port in the morning and the end of our enjoyable cruise tour.
Our cruise program is ending, but our spiritual journey is just beginning. After disembarkation procedures, we travel to Mecca by private buses. After about 1 hour of comfortable travel, we check in to our hotel in Mecca. Later in the day, with our religious guide and leader, preparations will be made for the Umrah pilgrimage: Putting on Ihram and intention - Tawaf at the Kaaba - Sa’y between Safa and Marwa

Our guests who will perform the Umrah pilgrimage must enter Ihram before approaching Jeddah, before crossing the Miqat boundaries, intend to perform Umrah, and fulfill the necessary prayers and religious obligations. Our religious officers will inform you about this.

Today, free time is available at Masjid al-Haram for your personal worship and prayers. For guests who wish, a short guided sightseeing tour will be arranged:

Makkah – Medina
Today, we are leaving Mecca and heading to Medina. After a journey of approximately 5 hours, we arrive at the Prophet’s Mosque. Visit and prayer at the Rawdah of our Prophet (peace be upon him). Afterwards, we settle into our hotel in Medina. After dinner, free time for supplication and worship.
Medine - Istanbul
After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, we will depart for Medina airport for our flight to Istanbul. After baggage and check-in procedures, boarding the plane and the end of our enjoyable tour.

General Information
GENERAL CONDITIONS
The general conditions are an integral part of the ‘Tour Brochure’ and the ‘Tour Registration Agreement’ and cannot be considered independently.
‣Our tour program is arranged with a minimum participation requirement. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through the operations department.
‣When only category information is given in the tour program without specifying names and/or there are optional alternatives for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by our agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
‣Tours may be combined with tours from other agencies. In such cases, our Agency is responsible for the guests of our Agency.
‣This price list and program are valid until a new price list is issued.
‣Our prices in all package programs are limited to quotas for a minimum of 10 people, and for groups with more than this number, the price may increase. Please ask for price information.
‣If the passport issue date in ordinary passports is more than 10 years ago, and more than 5 years ago in other passport types, even if the person who will participate in the trip has a valid visa, they cannot travel abroad and a visa cannot be issued to the passport. Please check your passport information and details.
‣When leaving Turkey through customs, passport control requires a minimum validity of 6 months from the travel date for all passport types, from Turkish citizens or foreign nationals, even if they have a passport with a valid visa (Ordinary, Special Seal, Service Seal, Diplomatic). Therefore, our agency does not approve passports with less than 6 months validity. Our Agency has no compensation obligation toward the passenger because holders of passports with less than 6 months validity cannot join the tour.
‣Our Agency acts as an intermediary between the consumers participating in the trip and all kinds of third parties and legal entities providing services related to ships, hotels, carrier companies, and the trip. Therefore, the parties know that consumers who register for the trip by applying to the Agency have no direct responsibility as the principal offender, due to not being present at the indicated transportation program, times, and places contrary to the agreements made between the Agency and the institutions undertaking the transportation; all kinds of delays of land, air, and sea vehicles; strikes, terrorism, war and the possibility of war, these or similar force majeure reasons; any disruptions arising from the fault of the person using the transportation vehicle or the personal faults of third parties or unforeseeable technical matters; material and moral damages from accidents; accommodation deficiencies or faulty services of the facilities; and that the Agency has no existing responsibility because it is not the operator.
‣At all customs-controlled international departures, it is necessary to be present at the relevant port 3 hours before the tour departure time on the day of departure. In particular, guests arriving from other cities to ports or airports via domestic flights should arrange their flight times according to the time they need to be at the port. Therefore, the responsibility for being late and/or not being able to join the tour lies with the passenger, and our Agency has no compensation obligation toward the passenger. If the relevant airline has an online check-in site, it is recommended that they complete check-in personally 24 hours before the tour departure.
‣Our Agency acts as an intermediary between passengers and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before departure. All flight times must be confirmed by the passenger 48 hours before the tour departure time. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
‣Breakfasts included in the tour program are served at the hotel in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited and are generally presented as a limited menu called Continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.
‣Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are made up of foldable and collapsible beds, also called couch beds, tour participants are deemed to have accepted the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid only for a single child staying with 2 adults - matching the relevant age group.
‣Since hotels have a limited number of TWIN (2 separate beds) rooms, please check your TWIN room request before making a reservation.
‣If children under the age of 18 who are not considered adults do not participate in the tour with one or both of their mother and father, it is mandatory that the permissions required for participation in the tour be with them during travel.
‣Panoramic city tours are 2-3 hour tours organized to introduce cities and may be held on different days as long as their content does not change. They do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. Extra tours are carried out with the number of people determined by the tour leader, and their days may be changed by the tour leader according to the flow of the program. Tours may not take place depending on weather conditions. Excursions or tours that are not permitted by local authorities to be visited or attended for any reason are not carried out. Our Agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out such excursions or tours.
‣Participants are required to have with them any health issues related to participation in the tour, pregnancy status, medications they use continuously, and reports related to these medications.
‣On extra tours to be made en route, our guests who will not participate in the tour will be directed by the tour leader to rest areas where they can benefit from public transportation vehicles located on the route before entering the city.
‣Tour – Field – Tour Leader - Hotel information will be sent by email by the operations department 48 hours before the tour departure.
‣A passport is an official document, and if it is damaged or dirty in any way, especially if there are tears in the stitching or pages, passport control has the authority to deny you entry into the country. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger.
‣For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months from the tour end date and the documents requested by the consulate are required. There is a visa requirement for Turkish citizens for this program. Having a visa does not mean that entry into the country will be permitted. Passport control has the authority to deny the passenger entry into the country. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger.
