This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport that is valid for 6 months from the date of departure and is not older than 10 years.
HEALTH
There is no vaccination requirement for entry into Argentina and Brazil. We do not think there will be any issue with the meals that would affect your health. We recommend that you do not use tap water and consume bottled water. If necessary, do not forget to bring stomach and diarrhea medicines, vitamins, and your medications for dizziness, vomiting, headache, common cold, and blood pressure conditions.

The plane will make a technical stop in Sao Paulo lasting about 1 hour 35 minutes. Disembarking from the plane during this time is prohibited.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, the excursions may not take place, or the prices, content, and vehicle used for the optional tour/activity may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of the museums, archaeological sites, or venues to be visited, as well as weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km.
Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or coach bed type beds, participants are deemed to have acknowledged the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type in reservations for the 3rd person and/or child.
Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.
Breakfasts received at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
CURRENCY
The currency of Argentina is the Argentine Peso (ARS).
The currency of Brazil is the Brazilian Real (BRL).
It is advisable to have US Dollar (USD) with you.
TIME ZONE
There is a –5 hour difference between both countries and Turkey. When it is 12:00 in Turkey, it is 07:00 in all three countries.
CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS
If traveling in the summer season, we recommend bringing t-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket for the evenings, and a thin sweater. In addition; you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards. In the winter season, we recommend clothing that allows easy movement and keeps you warm.
CUISINE CULTURE
Argentina and Brazil have culinary cultures in which meat dishes, especially, and grain products also have a prominent place.
SHOPPING
In Buenos Aires, Avenida Santa Fe and Avenida Corrientes in the city center, and Avenida Cabildo in Belgrano are the busiest places in the city for shopping. However, we would like to point out that high bank commissions are applied to credit card purchases, and if possible, it is beneficial to use cash during shopping.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or a visa obtained (for destinations/passports where a visa is required) does not necessarily mean that entry into the country will be granted. The passport police have the authority to refuse entry. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger.
The agency is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. Delays may occur on scheduled and special flights, or the times before the current trip and flight may change. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration, and do not include museum or site entrance fees. Panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, are not the responsibility of the agency if they cannot be carried out on the day and time corresponding to the tour due to being prohibited by local authorities, or because of closed roads due to any event, or when weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot within possibilities in areas with closed roads or where vehicle access is not allowed.
