PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT
This trip is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 30 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.
In destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Required Documents for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you. In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed; and if it is a country that applies visas to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger. As border police may ask for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents when our guests under 18 travel alone or with only one of their mother or father; we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be careful about this matter.
PAYMENT METHOD
*You can make your payments either in cash or by bank transfer through the banks clearly stated on our website, and if necessary, you can also make them with your Credit Card.
*Payments made at the time of tour registration are refunded in the same currency and amounts in the event of cancellation/refund.
HEALTH
*We do not think you will encounter any health-threatening problems with meals taken at the good restaurants and hotels in the region. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about what you eat and drink, that you definitely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, eat meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and for fruit, eat fruits that can be peeled, such as bananas and pineapples.
*We strongly recommend that you obtain reports and invoices from the health facilities where you receive treatment in case of health problems or injuries that may occur due to reasons beyond your control. This will be beneficial if needed for insurance-related procedures.

*All City and Cultural Tours written in the program are included in the price.
*Optional tours and activities or boat trips, etc., are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 15 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, the trips cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle used for optional tours/activities may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to whether the museums, ruins, or venue at the destinations are open/closed and according to weather conditions.
*The agency reserves the right to change the tour route when deemed necessary, provided the content remains the same.
*Tours or excursions that are not permitted to be visited or attended by local authorities or for other reasons are not carried out. The Agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out such trips or tours.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the stated km distances.
*3-person rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds and coach beds, participants making 3rd person and/or child reservations are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type.
*Child discounts are valid only for one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.
*Breakfasts included in the tour program and taken at the hotel are served according to the breakfast culture of the country being visited and are generally offered as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
*In case of possible disruptions, the agency reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the hotel category remains the same, due to technical issues reported to us by the hotel management.
CURRENCY
The official currency in France is the Euro (EUR), and it is widely used throughout the country.
ELECTRICAL OUTLETS
The electrical outlets used in France are compatible with Turkey and no additional converter is needed.
SHOPPING
Shopping opportunities are available in shopping centers located in city centers and from small stalls selling souvenirs.
TIME ZONE
France is in the same time zone. In both countries, Central European Time (CET) is used, and it is 1 hour behind Turkey.
CUISINE CULTURE
French cuisine; shaped throughout history by the cultural heritage of different regions, has become one of the cornerstones of European gastronomy. While sauces, cheeses, and wine culture are among the prominent elements of the cuisine; meat, seafood, vegetables, and pastries are widely used. Boeuf Bourguignon, Quiche Lorraine, Crêpe and Croissant are among the main flavors symbolizing French cuisine.
CLOTHING and NECESSARY ITEMS
If you are going in the summer season, we recommend that you bring t-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket for evenings, and a thin sweater. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs for possible noise, a camera, a video camera, their chargers, and spare memory cards. In the autumn and winter seasons, we recommend comfortable, warm clothing, an umbrella, and a light raincoat.
IMPORTANT NOTES
*Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for the destination/passport requiring a visa) does not mean that you will be allowed to enter the country. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry. Our Agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
*The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight.
*The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
*Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes and airport service fees.
*The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, with panoramic commentary from inside the vehicle and not including museum or archaeological site entrance fees.
*Including other tours specified in the program, our Agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out the relevant tours in cases where, on the day and time corresponding to the tour, local authorities do not allow visits or entry, or where the tour becomes impossible due to closed roads because of any event or due to weather conditions. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted, within the possibilities available.
ABOUT AIR TICKETS and FLIGHTS
*Flight times and the reservation number information for airline tickets are shared by our agency before the tour date. Since it is a group reservation, you can check in only with your passport at the specified time and counter even without your ticket.
*During registration, the name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, passport number, and ID number must be entered into the system. Air tickets are issued according to this information. Flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be charged to guests as a no-show fee.
*In cases where you cannot participate because you were late for the flight or could not catch the plane due to reasons related to your own circumstances, our agency is not responsible for the losses incurred from payments made to hotels and airlines.
*Our agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger; flight times may change before departure and all times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. If the number of participants for the package tour is insufficient, tour cancellation is notified to the consumer 7 days in advance. Depending on the city where the plane will land, route changes may occur.
TRANSPORTATION and LOCAL TRANSPORT SERVICES
*During the journey, it is mandatory to wear your seat belt. For our passengers aged 0-4, bringing a “child car seat” is mandatory. In case of non-compliance with the rules, our agency cannot be held responsible for any traffic fines or penalties that may be applied.
*Even if the vehicle seat numbers provided in the countries to be visited are the same as purchased, their direction, place, or position may differ. Placement is made according to the vehicle conditions of the current country.
*All vehicles offered by local transportation service providers for transportation and transfer services are inspected in accordance with European Union rules and conditions. Vehicles that pass inspection provide service if they are comfortable and flawless, regardless of their model and age.
LOSS, OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS, PASSPORT AND ID LOSS
*When leaving the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings. In cases where forgotten items are found, the expenses incurred while delivering them to the country and/or person belong to the owner of the item.
*If your passport is lost or stolen, our agency official/guide must continue the tour program for the other traveling guests as committed by the agency; therefore, they must know that they will act on their own responsibility in all arrangements related to passport procedures, return, or joining the tour in the country where the loss/theft occurred. Our agency does not accept responsibility for any difficulties or problems that may arise in this regard.
*The agency is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
TRAVEL HEALTH AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE
*The insurance arranged by our Agency for your trip covers you in terms of the Professional Liability Insurance required for agencies by the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies and Travel Health. Travel Health coverage is valid for ages 0-65. Guests over 65 are required to arrange their insurance by paying a surcharge. We recommend that you always obtain Travel and Health Insurance for every trip to ensure your protection.
*However, it should be known that this insurance does not cover unconditional cancellations; in case of force majeure, non-chronic and sudden illnesses, accidents, and in case of such adverse events affecting first-degree relatives, the reports to be obtained are submitted to the relevant insurance company and are kept within the cancellation coverage as a result of evaluation. These evaluations are made by the relevant Health and Insurance Company health institutions and are outside the scope of responsibility of our agency.
ABOUT THE CONTRACT AND CANCELLATIONS
*In tours with flights, there is an unconditional cancellation right up to 30 days before the tour departure date. For cancellations exceeding 30 days (25 days before the tour departure date), the remaining amount is refunded after deducting the flight ticket and non-refundable operational expenses. There is no refund right for cancellations made less than 25 days before the tour departure date. It is paid by the consumer as compensation.
