VISA
Ordinary Passport ✅ Visa Required
Green Passport ❌ Visa Not Required
Service Passport ❌ Visa Not Required
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel and must not be older than 10 years.
In destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made using the documents specified in the "Documents Required for Visa" list provided by your agency. To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged passports; it is required that such passports be renewed and, if the destination country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. In case of non-compliance, responsibility lies with the traveler. For our guests under 18 years of age traveling alone or with only one parent, there may be a request by the police officer at the entry/exit points for a document showing the joint consent of both parents; therefore, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents pay special attention to this matter.
*Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports where a visa is required) does not guarantee entry into the country. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry. Our agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the traveler.
*As of April 10, 2026, within the framework of the European Entry/Exit System (EES) implemented in European Union countries, passport control procedures at border crossings are carried out by collecting biometric data (fingerprints and facial recognition).
Due to this application, congestion, long waiting times, systemic delays, or situations where biometric data cannot be read may occur at airports and border crossings.
These processes are entirely under the control of the relevant country's border security units, and our agency has no authority to intervene. Therefore, our agency cannot be held responsible for any delays, waiting times, or program disruptions that may arise from these processes.
It is strongly recommended that our guests' passports be physically in good condition, free from conditions that could prevent biometric data collection (cuts, wounds, heavy creams, etc.), and that they allow sufficient time for border procedures.
"This application is an international security procedure, and all guests purchasing the tour are deemed to have accepted this process."
HEALTH
We do not expect any health-threatening issues with meals taken at the region's excellent restaurants and hotels. However, when you are not with the group, we advise you to be careful with food and drink, strictly consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk, and dairy products, consume meat and fish products that you are sure are well-cooked, and eat fruits like bananas and pineapples whose peels can be removed.
In case of health problems or injuries occurring due to reasons beyond your control, we strongly recommend obtaining a report and invoice from the health unit where your treatment is carried out. This will be beneficial if you need it for insurance-related procedures.
