Participation Requirement
There is a maximum of 30 participants for this trip. In the event of a possible route and date change by the cruise company, the tour will continue on the new route.

You must have a passport that is valid for 6 months from the end date of the trip and is not older than 10 years.
Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for visa-required destinations/passports) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry. Küheylan Tur is not responsible for this; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will send you for the visa application.
To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed and, if it is a country that applies visas to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
Since our guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one of their mother or father may be asked by the police officer at entry/exit points for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents, we recommend that our under-18 guests and their parents be sensitive about this matter.
Health
There is no vaccination requirement for entry into Germany. We do not think there will be any health-threatening issues with meals taken at the region’s good restaurants and hotels. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about what you eat and drink, always consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, eat meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and choose fruits such as bananas and pineapples that can be peeled.
Food
We do not think you will encounter any health-threatening issues with the meals you will have during your cruise. However, when you are not on the ship, we recommend that you be careful about what you eat and drink, always consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, eat meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and choose fruits such as bananas and pineapples that can be peeled. Current vaccination/PCR rules must be followed at country entry points and upon return home.

Optional Tours & Activities
Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and attendance is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, excursions may not be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle used for optional tours/activities may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on whether the museums, archaeological sites, or venues in the places to be visited are open/closed and on weather conditions.
The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours, arranged for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, without museum or archaeological site admissions. The Tour Operator is not responsible for the inability to carry out the panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, if on the day and at the time of the tour the local authorities do not allow visiting or entering, or if they cannot take place due to closed roads because of any event; likewise, when the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, as possible, in places with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not permitted.

Time Zone
Germany, Luxembourg, France, Belgium and the Netherlands are 1 hour behind Turkey during summer time and 2 hours behind during winter time.
Phone Usage
It can be used if your mobile phone line is open to international calls (roaming).
Clothing and Necessary Items
If traveling in the summer season, we recommend bringing T-shirts that are easy to put on and take off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton pants, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket and a light sweater for the evenings. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs for possible noise, a camera, a video camera and their chargers, and spare memory cards. In winter, we recommend clothing that allows comfortable movement and keeps you warm.
Food Culture
When German cuisine is mentioned, the first things that come to mind are cakes, potatoes, and of course beer. In this culture, which has a wide variety of meat and vegetable dishes, there is also a great diversity of beer and wine.
French cuisine, whose roots go back to the Middle Ages, has a rich culture. French cuisine, famous worldwide for its well-known local drinks and a variety of cheeses, is known for meat dishes cooked with different sauces and famous desserts such as crème brûlée, macaron, and soufflé.
Belgian cuisine combines the traditions of German and French cuisines.
Although Dutch cuisine is not very rich, its cheeses are worth trying. Other flavors are generally fast-food style.
Electricity
The electrical outlets are the same as in Turkey.
Shopping
There are shopping malls in city centers and small stalls selling souvenirs where you can shop.

The agency is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify such changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees
