We cannot accept guests under 14 years old on this trip. Our trip is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.

HEALTH
We do not think there will be any issue with the food that will affect your health. We recommend that you do not use tap water and consume bottled water. If necessary, do not forget to bring your stomach and diarrhea medications, vitamins, and medications for dizziness, vomiting, headache, cold, and blood pressure conditions.

EXTRA TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Extra tours and activities are organized by the local agency from which we receive service, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, the excursions cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicles to be used for the extra tour/activity may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, ruins, or venues in the places to be visited, and according to weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a distance greater than the stated km. Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed provided to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds and so-called coach beds, participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid for one (1) child only who stays with 2 adults and matches the age group specified in the pricing section. Breakfasts taken at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are served according to the breakfast culture of the country where you are located and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served for groups in a separate hall allocated to the group.
CURRENCY
The currency of Peru is the Peruvian Nuevo Sol, and the currency of Colombia is the Colombian Peso.
It is advisable to have US Dollar (USD) with you.
TIME ZONE
There is an 8-hour difference between Turkey and Colombia. When it is 12:00 in Turkey, it is 04:00 in Colombia.
CLOTHING and ESSENTIAL ITEMS
If traveling during the summer season, we recommend bringing t-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket and a light sweater for the evenings. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, their chargers, and spare memory cards. In the winter period, we recommend clothes that allow you to move comfortably and keep you warm.
FOOD CULTURE
In Peru, seafood and meat are quite common. Local spices are used in meals, but throughout the tour you will feel that the meals suit your palate.

ELECTRICITY
In Peru, electricity is 220 volts. The sockets are A-type double, B-type triple, and C-type double double double awards. In Bolivia, electricity is 220 volts. The sockets are A-type double and C-type double cyclical products.

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry into the country. Küheylan Tur is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger. Küheylan Tur is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or the times may change before the current trip and flight. Küheylan Tur is obliged to notify such changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fee. Panoramic city tours included in the package are tours of up to 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration, without museum or site entrance fees. Küheylan Tur is not responsible for the inability to carry out the panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be performed on the day and time of the tour due to being prohibited from visiting or entering by local authorities, or due to closed roads because of any event, or when it becomes impossible to carry out the tour due to weather conditions. Some tours may, where possible, be conducted by public transport or on foot at points where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.
