For our guests who will perform Umrah, as we approach Jeddah, they must enter ihram before crossing the miqat boundaries, make the intention for Umrah, and fulfill the necessary prayers and religious duties. Our religious staff will remind you about this.
From Jeddah to the Holy Lands: Beginning of Umrah
With the end of our cruise journey, we step into the most meaningful part of our spiritual journey. Before reaching the miqat boundary, since we will have already made our intention by wearing ihram on the ship under the guidance of our religious officer, we leave the ship in ihram and, after completing our departure procedures, head to the holy city of Mecca by our special buses.
After approximately 2 hours of comfortable travel, we first go to the hotel and leave our luggage, then take a short break. After meeting in the hotel lobby at the time specified by our guide, we go directly to Masjid al-Haram and perform our Umrah in the presence of the Kaaba. First, we perform our tawaf, then complete our sa'y between the hills of Safa and Marwah. Finally, we shave and exit ihram, experiencing the spiritual peace and happiness of completing our Umrah.
After our عبادات, we go to our hotel in Mecca and settle into our rooms. For the rest of the day, guests who wish may worship at Masjid al-Haram and fully experience the sacred atmosphere.

Day of Spirituality in Mecca
Today, a peaceful day awaits you where you can spend time in worship, prayer, and reflection at Masjid al-Haram, the holiest place in the Islamic world. Guests who wish may perform tawaf at the Kaaba, offer their prayers, and fully experience the spirituality of this blessed atmosphere.
For those who wish, a spiritually themed city tour covering the holy places of Mecca will be organized accompanied by our professional guide. Within the scope of this tour, the Plain of Arafat, Muzdalifah, and Mina, which are among the most important stops of the pilgrimage, will be visited; Mount Nur, where the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) received the first revelation, and Mount Thawr, which housed the cave he took refuge in during the migration journey, will be seen panoramically. Our guide will provide information about the religious and historical significance of these sacred places visited.
After the tour, we will return to our hotel, and for the rest of the day you may continue your worship at Masjid al-Haram or spend your free time as you wish.

Hudaybiyyah Umrah
After breakfast at our hotel, we meet in the hotel lobby at 09:30 and depart for our Hudaybiyyah program. Guests wishing to perform Umrah are kindly requested to be ready in ihram. Guests who prefer not to perform Umrah may join our program in daily clothing.
During our journey, we make a short stop at a camel farm, an important part of traditional life, and offer our guests camel milk.
When we arrive in Hudaybiyyah, accompanied by our religious officer, we visit the area where the Treaty of Hudaybiyyah, considered one of the turning points in Islamic history, took place. Here, information will be provided about the important events experienced by the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and the religious and historical significance of the Treaty of Hudaybiyyah in Islamic history.
After our visit, we return to Mecca. Guests intending to perform Umrah may complete their Umrah rituals under the guidance of our religious officer or individually if they wish. Guests who complete their Umrah may spend the rest of the day worshipping at Masjid al-Haram, praying and reflecting in the spiritual atmosphere of the Kaaba. Guests who prefer not to perform Umrah may spend their free time as they wish.

Transfer to Medina & Visit to the Prophet’s Mosque
Early in the morning, we leave our hotel and head by private vehicles to Medina al-Munawwara, the second holy city of Islam. During our approximately 5-hour comfortable journey, we feel the spiritual atmosphere of the holy lands and arrive in Medina.
Upon arrival in the city, our first visit is to the Prophet’s Mosque. Here, we have the opportunity to visit the Rawda al-Mutahhara, where the blessed tomb of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is located, and to pray and send our greetings. Our religious officer will share important information about the virtues of the Prophet’s Mosque and Medina al-Munawwara’s place in Islamic history.
After our visit, we go to our hotel in Medina and settle into our rooms. For the rest of the day, guests who wish may worship at the Prophet’s Mosque, pray, or experience the peaceful atmosphere of this blessed city during their free time.

Medina - Istanbul
After breakfast at our hotel, we check out of our rooms and head to Medina Airport for our flight to Istanbul. After completing baggage drop-off and check-in procedures at the airport, we board our flight.
We complete this meaningful journey in the holy lands with the spiritual memories and prayers we have gathered in our hearts, and we pray to Almighty Allah that our Umrah عبادات be accepted.

From Jeddah to the Holy Lands: Beginning of Umrah
As our cruise journey comes to an end, we step into the most meaningful part of our spiritual journey. Before reaching the miqat boundary, we will have put on our ihram garments and made our intention on board the ship under the guidance of our religious official, so we leave the ship in ihram and, after completing our departure procedures, head to the holy city of Mecca by our private buses.
After approximately 2 hours of a comfortable journey, we first go to the hotel and leave our suitcases, then take a short rest break, and after meeting in the hotel lobby at the time specified by our guide, we go directly to Masjid al-Haram and perform our Umrah worship in the presence of the Kaaba. First, we perform our tawaf, then complete our Sa'i worship between the hills of Safa and Marwa. Finally, we shave and exit ihram, experiencing the spiritual peace and joy of completing our Umrah.
After our acts of worship, we go to our hotel in Mecca and settle into our rooms. For the rest of the day, our guests who wish may worship at Masjid al-Haram and fully experience the sacred atmosphere.

Spirituality Day in Mecca
Today, a peaceful day awaits you in the Masjid al-Haram, the holiest site in the Islamic world, where you can spend time in worship, prayer, and reflection. Guests who wish may perform tawaf at the Kaaba al-Muazzama, offer their prayers, and fully experience the spirituality of this blessed atmosphere.
For our guests who wish, a spiritually themed sightseeing tour covering the sacred places of Mecca will be arranged with our professional guide. We depart from our hotel early in the morning and set out by private vehicles toward Medina al-Munawwarah, the second holiest city in Islam. Throughout our comfortable journey, which will take about 5 hours, we reach Medina while feeling the spiritual atmosphere of the holy lands.
After our arrival in the city, we make our first visit to the Prophet’s Mosque. Here, we have the opportunity to visit the Rawdah al-Mutahhara, where the blessed grave of our Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is located, and to pray and send greetings. General Information
GENERAL CONDITIONS
The general conditions are an inseparable part of the ‘Tour Brochure’ and the ‘Tour Registration Contract’ and cannot be considered independently.
‣ Our tour program is organized with a certain participation requirement. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through the operations department.
‣ In cases where only category information is given in the tour program without specifying a name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by our agency 48 hours before the departure of the trip.
‣ Tours may be combined with tours from other agencies. In such cases, Hünkar Turizm guests are under the responsibility of Hünkar Turizm.
‣ This price list and program are valid until a new price list is issued.
‣ Our prices in all package programs are limited to quotas for a minimum of 10 people, and for groups exceeding this number, there may be a price increase. Please ask for price information.
‣ If, in normal passports, the passport issuance date is more than 10 years old, and in other passport types more than 5 years old, even if the person participating in the trip has a valid visa, they cannot travel abroad and a visa cannot be obtained in the passport. Please check your passport information and details.
‣ When leaving Turkey through customs, passport police require a minimum validity of 6 months from the travel date for all passport types (Ordinary, Special Stamped, Service Stamped, Diplomatic), even for Turkish citizens or foreign nationals, even if they have a passport with a valid visa. For this reason, passports with less than 6 months of validity are not approved by our agency.
Hünkar Turizm has no compensation liability toward the passenger due to the inability of passport holders with less than 6 months of validity to join the tour.
‣ Hünkar Turizm acts as an intermediary between the consumers participating in the trip and all kinds of third parties and legal entities providing services related to the trip, including cruise ships, hotels, carrier companies, and other services related to the trip. Therefore, the consumers who apply to it and register for the trip are aware that, contrary to the agreements made between the Agency and the institutions undertaking transportation; they may fail to be present at the specified vehicle schedules, times, and locations; any delays of land, air, and sea vehicles; strikes, terrorism, war and the possibility of war, and similar force majeure events; any disruptions arising from the fault of the operator of the transport vehicle, personal faults of third parties, or unforeseeable technical matters; accidents causing material and moral damage; deficiencies in accommodation or faulty services of the facilities; and that due to the Agency not having the status of operator, it has no existing liability and is not directly responsible as the principal offender.
‣ For all customs-controlled international departures, it is required to be ready at the relevant port 3 hours before the tour departure time on the day of departure. Guests arriving at ports or airports via domestic flights from other cities should especially arrange their flight times according to the time they need to be at the port. Therefore, responsibility for delays and/or inability to join the tour lies with the passenger, and Hünkar Turizm has no compensation liability toward the passenger. If the relevant airline has an online check-in website, it is recommended to complete check-in personally 24 hours before the tour departure.
‣ Hünkar Turizm acts as an intermediary between our passengers and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before departure. All flight times must be confirmed by the passenger 48 hours before the tour departure time. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
‣ The breakfasts included in the tour program and taken at the hotel are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally as a limited menu called Continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served for groups in a separate hall allocated to the group.
‣ Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and of the type called couch beds, tour participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the congestion that may occur in the rooms and the bed type for 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts apply only to one child staying with 2 adults and matching the relevant age group.
‣ Because hotels have a limited number of TWIN (2 separate beds) rooms, please check your TWIN room request before reservation.
‣ In cases where children under 18, who are not considered adults, do not participate in the tour with one or both of their mother and father, the consent forms required for participation in the tour must be carried by the individuals during travel.
‣ A panoramic city tour is a 2-3 hour tour organized to introduce cities and may be held on different days as long as its content remains unchanged. It does not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees. Extra tours are carried out with the number of people to be determined by the tour leader, and their days may be changed by the tour leader according to the flow of the program. Tours may not take place depending on weather conditions. Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit to be visited or made for any reason are not carried out. Hünkar Turizm cannot be held responsible for such excursions or tours not being carried out.
‣ People participating in the tour must bring along any health issues, pregnancy status, medications they use regularly, and reports related to these medications.
‣ For extra tours to be made en route, our guests who will not join the tour will be directed by the tour leader to rest areas where they can benefit from public transportation vehicles located on the route before entering the city.
‣ Tour – Area – Tour Leader - Hotel information will be sent by the operations department via email 48 hours before the tour departure.
‣ A passport is an official document, and if it is damaged or dirty in any way, especially if there are tears in the stitching or pages, passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger.
‣ For a visa application, a passport valid for at least 6 months from the tour end date and the documents requested by the consulate are required. Having obtained a visa does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. Passport police have the authority to refuse the passenger entry into the country. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger.
