1.DAY | ISTABUL – AMMAN – JERASH – AMMAN |
We meet at Istanbul Airport at 03:45 and depart for Amman on Turkish Airlines flight TK816. Upon arrival, we leave the airport by our private vehicle and transfer to our hotel. After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, Amman, Jordan’s modern capital, was built in the past on 7 hills like Rome and today covers 19 hills. In this city, which is a blend of the modern and the old, the Roman Theatre, still used for cultural and artistic events with a capacity of six thousand people, Amman Citadel on one of the 7 hills that make up Amman, the Umayyad Palace consisting of ancient city ruins, and the National Museum are among the places we will see panoramically. Then we depart for our Jerash Ancient City tour. During our visit to Jerash Ancient City, known in ancient Roman times as ‘Geresa’, whose ruins date back to 6500 B.C. and which hosted many civilizations for a long time and has managed to survive intact from the Romans to the present day, we will take a short journey into the past. After our tour, we depart for our hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.

2.DAY | AMMAN – PETRA |
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our Madaba & Mount Nebo tour. First, we go to Madaba, the city of churches located southwest of Amman. St. George Greek Orthodox Church is known for the Madaba mosaic map, the oldest known map of the Holy Lands. Dating from the 6th century AD, this map measuring 21.5x7 cm covers the region stretching from ancient Byblos (today Jbeil, Lebanon) to Thebes (Egypt). Then we head to Mount Nebo. Nebo is about 817 meters above sea level in Jordan and is the highest point of the Abarim Mountains, of which it is a part. In the Tanakh, it is mentioned as the place where the promised lands were shown to Moses. Transfer to Petra. Arrival at our hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

3.DAY | PETRA – WADI RUM |
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Petra. The places we will see on the Petra city tour include the ancient city of Petra, one of the 7 wonders of the world with its rose-pink color, founded by the Nabataeans, regarded as the ancestors of the Arabs, located in Wadi Musa, where the people of Salih (a.s) perished, the Treasury, the Palace, the Royal Tombs, the Council Building, the Colonnaded Street, and the Amphitheater. After the tour, transfer to Wadi Rum. Dinner and overnight stay.

4.DAY | WADI RUM – AMMAN |
After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, we carry out our 2-hour safari tour in Wadi Rum with 4x4 vehicles. On our safari tour, we will see desert-suitable vehicles, red sand dunes, massive rocks reaching heights of 1750 meters, and 4,000-year-old rock drawings. After the tour, transfer to Amman. After dinner, overnight stay at our Amman hotel.

5.DAY | AMMAN – ISTANBUL |
After the very early breakfast at the hotel, depart for the airport. Flight to Istanbul with THY's scheduled service and the end of our tour.

1 – The hotels in the tour program are an estimated hotel list. Depending on availability in the region, accommodation may be provided in other hotels of the same standard. You can learn the exact hotel information from our agency 48 hours before the tour.
2 – Hotels or restaurants used on tours may also serve alcohol. According to the suitability of regional conditions, our company pays attention to using non-alcoholic venues as much as possible. However, especially in Europe, hotels and restaurants serve alcohol.
3 – Triple rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed arrangement, and the 3rd bed may be a folding bed smaller than a standard bed. Guests who wish to stay in a triple room are deemed to have accepted this in advance.
4 – Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
5 – We recommend that guests joining a visa-required tour read our cancellation/refund conditions and register for a tour for which their visa will be issued in time. For European tours, we recommend that you register for the tour 2 months in advance and complete your visa procedures 1 month before the tour. In any possible disruption arising from the visa, our company's cancellation/refund conditions apply.
6 – Our company has no responsibility whatsoever for visas obtained through our company. We only provide you with consulting services regarding document collection, organization, and delivery. If your visa is not issued, there is no refund of the fee paid for the visa. The cancellation/refund conditions apply for the refund of the fee paid for the tour.
7 – Do not forget to bring slippers and a prayer rug with you on every tour. Depending on the conditions of the region you are traveling in, we may not always have access to a mosque or prayer room. Our guide will direct you to a place where you can pray.
8 – Our guide has the right to make changes to the program with the approval of our agency and to cancel certain places in the sightseeing points depending on weather conditions and/or force majeure. All guests participating in our tour are deemed to have accepted this.
9 – In cases such as the consumer or the agency canceling the tour, etc.; the refund will be made in the currency paid by the guest and in the manner paid. (Credit card TL payment: refund in TL to the card. Foreign currency payment: refund in foreign currency.)
10 – Airlines have a sequential flight rule as required by protocol agreements. If the consumer misses any flight segment, all remaining flight segments will be canceled. No cancellation/refund or change can be made in any way.
11 – We kindly request that our guests do not purchase domestic flights individually due to possible flight time changes or delays in connecting flights on our tours. A connecting domestic flight arranged by our company also covers the next international flight. In the event of a delay on the domestic flight, etc., a free ticket will be issued for the next international flight.

GENERAL TERMS |
The general terms are an inseparable part of the ‘Tour Brochure’ and the ‘Tour Registration Contract’, and cannot be considered independently.
‣ Our tour program is organized with a certain participation requirement. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through the operations department.
‣ In cases where only category information is provided without specifying hotel names in the tour program and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by our agency 48 hours before the departure of the trip.
‣ Tours may be combined with tours from other agencies. In such cases, our Agency is responsible for the guests.
‣ This price list and program are valid until a new price list is issued.
‣ Our prices in all package programs are limited to quotas for a minimum of 10 people, and there may be a price increase for your groups with more people. Please ask for price information.
‣ If in regular passports the passport issue date is more than 10 years old, and in other passport types more than 5 years old, even if the person traveling has a valid visa, they cannot leave the country and no visa processing can be done for the passport. Please check your passport information and details.
‣ When exiting Turkey through customs, the passport police requires a minimum validity of 6 months from the travel date for all passport types, including Turkish citizens, foreign nationals, or even passports with a valid visa, (Ordinary, Special Stamped, Service Stamped, Diplomatic). Therefore, our agency does not approve passports with less than 6 months of validity. Our agency has no compensation liability to the passenger because holders of passports with less than 6 months validity cannot participate in the tour.
‣ Our agency is an intermediary between the consumers participating in the trip and any third parties or legal entities providing services related to ships, hotels, carriers, and the trip. Therefore, in violation of the agreements made between the Agency and the institutions undertaking transportation, the consumers who register for the trip by applying to it know that the Agency has no current responsibility and is not directly responsible as the principal offender for not being present at the stated vehicle programs, times, and places; for any delays of land, air, and sea vehicles; for strikes, terrorism, war and the possibility of war, or similar force majeure; for any disruptions arising from the driver's own fault or personal fault of third parties or unforeseeable technical issues; for material and moral damage accidents; for inadequate accommodation or faulty service of facilities.
‣ On all customs-controlled international departures, you must be present at the relevant port 3 hours before the tour departure time on the day of departure. Especially guests arriving from other cities by domestic flight to ports or airports should arrange their flight times according to the time they need to be at the port. Therefore, in case of delay and/or inability to join the tour, the responsibility belongs to the passenger, and our agency has no compensation liability to the passenger. If the relevant airline has an online check-in website, it is recommended that you personally complete the check-in 24 hours before the tour departure.
‣ Our agency is an intermediary between our passengers and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before departure. All flight times must be confirmed by the passenger 48 hours before the tour departure time. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
‣ Breakfasts included in the tour program are served at the hotel in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country, and are generally offered as a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, usually called Continental breakfast, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
‣ Triple rooms can be provided depending on hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds or couch beds, tour participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible crowding in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd-person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid for a single child staying with 2 adults—provided the child falls within the applicable age group.
‣ Since there is a limited number of TWIN (2 separate beds) rooms in hotels, please check your TWIN room request before making the reservation.
‣ In cases where children under 18 who are not considered adults do not join the tour with one or both of their mother or father, the consent forms required for participation in the tour must be carried by the persons during travel.
‣ Panoramic city tours are tours lasting 2-3 hours and organized to introduce the cities; they may be held on different days provided that the content does not change. They do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees. Extra tours are carried out with the number of people to be determined by the tour leader, and their days may be changed by the tour leader according to the flow of the program. Tours may not take place depending on weather conditions. Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit to be visited or undertaken for any reason are not carried out. Our agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these excursions or tours.
‣ Persons must carry information regarding their health issues, pregnancy status, medications they use regularly, and reports related to these medications during participation in the tour.
‣ On extra tours made along the route, guests who will not join the tour will be directed by the tour leader to rest areas on the route where they can benefit from public transportation before entering the city.
‣ Tour – Flight – Tour Leader - Hotel information will be sent by the operations department via email 48 hours before the tour departure.
‣ A passport is an official document, and if it is damaged or dirty in any way, especially if there are tears in the binding or its pages, the passport police has the authority to refuse you entry into the country. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
‣ For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months from the tour end date and the documents requested by the consulate are required. There is no visa application for Turkish passport holders for participation in this tour. Having a visa does not mean entry into the country is guaranteed. The passport police has the authority to refuse entry to the passenger. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
