If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour departure. The cancelled tour due to insufficient participation will be notified to you via the operations department. ‣In cases where only category information is given in the tour program without specifying names and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by our agency 48 hours before the trip departure. ‣ Tours may be combined with tours from other agencies. In such cases, Küheylan Tur guests are under the responsibility of Küheylan Tur. ‣This price list and program are valid until a new price list is issued. ‣Our prices in all package programs are limited to quotas for a minimum of 10 people, and for groups exceeding this number there may be a price increase. Please ask for price information. ‣If, in regular passports, the passport issue date is more than 10 years ago, and in other passport types more than 5 years ago, the person participating in the trip cannot go abroad even if they have a valid visa, and visa processing for the passport cannot be carried out. Please check your passport information and details. ‣When departing from Turkish customs at Turkey border crossings, passport control requires a minimum validity of 6 months from the travel date for all passport types (Ordinary, Special Stamped, Service Stamped, Diplomatic), whether from Turkish citizens or foreign nationals, even if they have a valid visa in their passport. Therefore, passports with less than 6 months of validity are not approved by our agency. Küheylan Tur has no compensation liability to the passenger due to the inability of holders of passports with less than 6 months of validity to join the tour. ‣Küheylan Tur acts as an intermediary between the travelers participating in the trip and all kinds of third parties and legal entities providing services related to ships, hotels, carrier companies, and the trip. Therefore, the parties know that for consumers who register for the trip by applying to the Agency, contrary to the agreements made between the Agency and the institutions undertaking transportation; it is not directly responsible as the principal actor for not being present at the indicated vehicle schedules, times, places; for all kinds of delays of land, air, and sea vehicles; for strikes, terrorism, war and the possibility of war, or similar force majeure reasons; for all kinds of disruptions arising from the fault of the person operating the transportation vehicle or from the personal faults of third parties or unforeseeable technical matters; for materially and morally damaging accidents; for incomplete accommodation or faulty services of the facilities; due to the Agency not having the status of operator. ‣For all customs-controlled international departures, you must be ready at the relevant port 3 hours before the tour departure time on the departure day. In particular, guests arriving from other cities by domestic flights to ports or airports should arrange their flight times according to the time they need to be at the port. Therefore, the responsibility for delays and/or inability to join the tour due to this lies with the passenger, and Küheylan Tur has no compensation liability to the passenger. If the relevant airline has an online check-in website, it is recommended to complete check-in personally 24 hours before the tour departure. ‣Küheylan Tur is an intermediary between the airline and our passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before departure. All flight times must be confirmed by the passenger 48 hours before the tour departure time. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Breakfasts included in the tour program are served at the hotel in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country you are in, and generally with a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, commonly called Continental breakfast, and may be served in a separate hall assigned to the group for groups. ‣3-person rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra tours are carried out with the number of people determined by the tour leader, and their days may be changed by the tour leader according to the flow of the program. Tours may not take place depending on weather conditions. Trips or tours that local authorities do not permit to be visited or undertaken for any reason will not be carried out.
