 ABOUT THE TOUR PROGRAM

• The advertised prices are subject to a tiered pricing system that applies as capacity fills up.

• Your travel documents and flight tickets must be with you throughout the journey.

• Sufficient participation is required for the package tour to take place (typically, the minimum number of participants is set at 20 and the maximum at 40, though this may vary depending on the date and specific tour). If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days prior to the tour start. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.

• In necessary cases, we reserve the right to change the order of visits for tours/cities and the airline company without prior notice and without altering the program content.

• Possessing a valid passport and/or visa does not guarantee entry into the country. Border police have the authority to deny entry; BinRota is not responsible for this situation, and all responsibility lies entirely with the passenger.

• BinRota acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays or cancellations in both scheduled and special flights, and flight times may change; BinRota is obligated to notify passengers of such changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.

NOTES ON GUIDING AND TOURS

• Panoramic city tours are guided tours conducted from inside the vehicle to provide a general introduction to cities; they do not include entrance fees to museums/sites and last a maximum of 2-3 hours.

Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot, where feasible, due to closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.

• Optional/extra tours are organized by the local agency subject to a minimum participation rate of one-third of the group size and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not met, tours may not take place, or the price, content, and vehicle used may vary according to the number of participants. The days and times of optional tours may be changed depending on whether museums/sites are open or closed and weather conditions.

Highlights include Castel Sant'Angelo, where Cem Sultan was imprisoned and which is considered the center of Christianity; Piazza Venezia, from which Mussolini addressed the public; the Monument to Vittorio Emanuele II, erected in honor of Italy's first king; the Colosseum, construction of which began under Emperor Vespasian in 72 AD and served as Rome's premier entertainment venue for 450 years, hosting famous gladiatorial contests; the Trevi Fountain, made famous by the film La Dolce Vita; and the Spanish Steps, featuring 135 steps and an underwater ship fountain. After the panoramic tour, we will transfer you to your hotel in Rome, with the remainder of the day free for your personal enjoyment. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Rome – Vatican – Castel Romano – Castel Gandolfo – Nemi – Rome (New Year's Eve)
After breakfast at the hotel, you will have free time. Guests who wish may join an optional tour organized by our guide to the Holy Vatican, Castel Romano Outlet, and the Lakes Region (Castel Gandolfo and Nemi) for 100 EUR. Our first stop is the Vatican, a place of exceptional significance in the history of Christian faith and art, dazzling with its priceless cultural heritage (entrance not included). Located in the heart of Rome, Italy's capital, it stands as an independent city-state. The colossal St. Peter's Basilica, one of the most magnificent places of worship in the world, the Sistine Chapel, home to Michelangelo's mesmerizing frescoes, and the expansive St. Peter's Square surrounded by monumental columns are its most iconic features. After your free time in the Vatican, we will visit Castel Gandolfo, where you will see the Pope's summer residence and enjoy breathtaking views over Lake Albano. Upon arrival in Nemi, our next stop, we will take a pleasant walk through the village. Following the walk, there will be some free time to taste Nemi's famous mountain strawberry tart and do some shopping. We will then arrive at Castel Romano Outlet, Italy's most famous outlet mall, where you will have free time. At the end of the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel and have additional free time. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Rome – Lake Bolsena – Civita di Bagnoregio – Orvieto – Florence
After breakfast at the hotel, we will head towards Florence. Before arriving in Florence, we will embark on a tour titled "Towards the Hills of Lake Bolsena: Bolseno & Civita di Bagnoregio & Orvieto." Our first stop is Bolseno, a tranquil coastal town that has fully preserved its medieval character. Here, we will enjoy a short but delightful walking tour, during which we will also admire the brilliant blue waters of Lake Bolseno, Europe's largest volcanic lake, formed by the filling of a volcanic crater with water. Next, we will transfer to Bagnoregio, where we will explore Civita di Bagnoregio, a town founded approximately 2,500 years ago by the Etruscans and seemingly plucked straight from a fairy tale. The only access to this town is via a pedestrian bridge spanning about 500 to 1,000 meters starting from Bagnoregio. Due to limited vehicular access, the town has wonderfully retained its medieval atmosphere from the past to the present day. Our next destination is Orvieto, a city holding a distinguished place in Europe's rich architectural and cultural heritage, seamlessly integrated into a striking geographical landscape. In Orvieto, we will visit notable sites including the Orvieto Cathedral, the Monastery of San Bernardino, and the city square. After the tour concludes, we will be transferred back to our hotel for free time. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Florence – Milan
After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for a panoramic city tour of Florence. The tour will take us through the heart of the city, crossing the Arno River that divides Florence in two. We will admire the Ponte Vecchio, known as the "Old Bridge," one of the most photographed historical symbols of the city. Our route includes Piazza della Signoria, home to Palazzo Vecchio, Florence's most magnificent administrative center and historic palace. We will also see the iconic Santa Maria del Fiore Duomo, considered one of the greatest masterpieces in world history, and the Baptistery of St. John, which houses the famous doors Michelangelo called the "Gates of Paradise," the result of 27 years of dedicated work. Afterward, we will transfer to Milan. Upon arrival, we will check into our hotel in Milan and enjoy free time for the rest of the day in this vibrant city, the beating heart of fashion, art, and architecture. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Milan – Como – Lugano – Milan – Istanbul
After breakfast at the hotel, you will have free time. Guests who wish may join an optional tour to the foothills of the Alps: Como & Lugano (75 EUR), organized by our guide. Our excursion begins with Lake Como, Italy's third-largest lake. This glacial lake, nestled at the foot of the Alps and shaped like the letter "Y" or a fishbone, welcomes a large number of tourists throughout the year. We will take a short stroll around this natural wonder where green meets blue, stopping for photos. Famous for its charming towns, this area includes Piazza Cavour and the Duomo, dating back to the 14th century. Afterward, we head to Lugano. Located within Switzerland, the stunning Lake Lugano, with its breathtaking scenery, will captivate us. We will enjoy a panoramic drive around the lake and stop for photographs. Upon completion of the tour, we return to Milan and begin a panoramic city tour. Our first stop is the Duomo di Milano, one of the most iconic symbols of Milan and among the largest Gothic cathedrals in the world. Construction began in 1386 and took 600 years to complete; this masterpiece mesmerizes all who see it. Our next destination is Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, located in the heart of Milan. It is one of the oldest and most magnificent shopping arcades in the world, connecting the Duomo di Milano and Teatro alla Scala. The final panoramic sight is Sforzesco Castle, built in the 14th century and later converted into a ducal palace in the 15th century. Over the centuries, it has witnessed military sieges, destruction, and reconstruction efforts. After the tour, you will have free time until your transfer to the airport. Subsequently, at the time determined by our guide, we will proceed to the airport for your departure.
Milan – Istanbul
Upon our arrival at Milan airport, after completing baggage, ticket, and customs procedures, we will fly to Istanbul on a special AJet Airlines flight. With our landing, our enjoyable tour and services come to an end.
