During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the stated km distances.

Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed provided to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds and coach beds, participants are deemed to have accepted the possible crowding in the rooms and the bed type in reservations for 3rd-person participants and/or children.

Child discounts apply to only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.

The breakfasts included in the hotel services in the tour program are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall reserved for the group.

TIME ZONE

Germany, Austria, Czechia, and Hungary are 3 hours behind Turkey during daylight saving time and 2 hours behind during winter time.

For example, while it is 18:30 in Turkey in summer, it is 15:30 in Germany.

CLOTHING AND REQUIRED ITEMS

If traveling in the summer season, we recommend bringing T-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket for evenings, and a light sweater. In addition, you may bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera and their chargers, and spare memory cards. In the winter season, we recommend clothing that allows comfortable movement and keeps you warm.

FOOD CULTURE

When German food culture is mentioned, cakes, potatoes, and of course beer come to mind first. In this culture, which has a wide variety of meat and vegetable dishes, the variety of beer and wine is also quite extensive.

The flavors and ingredients in Austrian cuisine have largely been inherited from the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Its best-known dish is schnitzel, and meat dishes are predominant.

Czech cuisine has been influenced by all neighboring countries and is a complete Central European synthesis.

Hungarian cuisine, considered among the world’s most important cuisines, is quite colorful and rich. Meat dishes are common, and freshly cut homemade pasta is also an important element of the cuisine. “Goulash,” considered the Hungarian national dish, is one of the best-known delicacies.

SHOPPING

There are shopping opportunities in shopping centers located in city centers and from small stalls selling souvenirs.

After breakfast at our hotel, we depart with our guests to take the Dresden & Terezin Tour. Our first stop is Terezin, the largest Nazi camp in the Czech Republic. It was built as a fortress in 1780. With the Germans’ entry into the Czech Republic during World War II, this fortress and the entire town of Terezin were transformed into a camp. It is home to one of the few remaining crematoriums. Afterwards, upon our arrival in Dresden, the city tour will include the Cathedral, Zwinger Palace, Frauenkirche (Church of Our Lady) and its magnificent museums, Altmarkt Square, and the Brühl Terrace, which are among the most important sights to be seen. Guests who wish may join the New Year’s celebrations in the city center. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

In the unique natural setting of Karlovy Vary, which was a favorite destination of European society and statesmen in the 17th and 18th centuries, we will see the many magnificent palaces built side by side, the hotel where Atatürk stayed in 1918, the homes of Dvořák, Mozart, Goethe, Beethoven, Russian Tsar Peter the Great, and Pushkin, and then visit the thermal galleries where 12 different springs emerge. After our Karlovy Vary tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Prague - Istanbul
We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Afterwards, we depart with our guests for the Kutná Hora tour. Kutná Hora, which has been on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1995, is a city in the Bohemia region of the Czech Republic with many historical structures. On our tour, we view places such as the Sedlec Ossuary, the Church of the Virgin Mary, and St. Barbara’s Cathedral from the outside. After our Kutná Hora tour, we transfer to the airport. Following baggage, ticket, and customs procedures, we fly to Istanbul on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. Upon our arrival, our tour and services come to an end.
