Granada - Albaicin & Sacramonte Gypsy District Night Tour: You will watch an unforgettable Flamenco show in the old gypsy settlements located opposite the Alhambra Palace, at the foot of Sierra Nevada Mountain; after the show, you will have the opportunity to tour the Sacromonte and Albaicin area and see the Alhambra Palace illuminated.

Seville - Flamenco Show Night Event: You will experience an unforgettable night in Seville, one of the cities where Flamenco was born, a Spanish classic and one of the most important symbols of Andalusian culture. In a traditional Flamenco venue, you will witness one of the most authentic arts of Spanish culture, accompanied by passionate dances, impressive guitar melodies, and powerful vocals.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT  

This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people.  If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour starts. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.

For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Required Documents for Visa” list that your agency will send to you for the visa application.

In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and if it is a country that applies a visa to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

Since our guests under 18 years of age may be asked for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents by the police officer on duty at the country entry-exit points when traveling alone or with only one of their mother or father; we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive in this regard.

HEALTH 

There is no vaccination requirement for entry into Spain. We do not think that a problem threatening your health will be encountered in meals taken at the region’s good restaurants and hotels. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend being careful with food and drink, definitely consuming bottled water, avoiding ice, milk, and dairy products, consuming meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and for fruit, eating fruits with peel that can be removed such as bananas and pineapples.

OPTIONAL TOURS  & ACTIVITIES       

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and there is no obligation to participate. If the required number is not reached, excursions may not take place, or the prices, content, and vehicle used for optional tours/activities may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, ruins, or venues in the places to be visited and according to weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION     

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated km.

Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable beds and coach beds, participants making reservations for a 3rd person and/or a child are deemed to have accepted the possible crowding in the rooms and the bed type.

Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and falling within the age group specified in the pricing section.

Breakfasts taken at the hotel as part of the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.

CURRENCY     

Spain’s currency is the Euro (EUR).

TIME ZONE      

Spain is 2 hours behind Turkey during daylight saving time and 1 hour behind during winter time.

For example, when it is 18:30 in Turkey in summer, it is 17:30 in Spain.

PHONE USE     

Your mobile phone line can be used if it is open to international calls (roaming).

CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS    

If traveling during the summer season, we recommend bringing t-shirts, short- and long-sleeved shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, cotton pants, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket and a light sweater for the evenings.  In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards. In the winter period, we recommend clothing that allows you to move comfortably and keeps you warm.

FOOD CULTURE            

Spanish cuisine derives from a complex history in which the invasions and conquests of Spain changed traditions and introduced new ingredients. Thus, Spain's current and old cuisine combines old and new traditions. Gazpacho soup, fajita, and delicious snack tapas are among the important flavors of the cuisine.

ELECTRICITY            

The power outlets are the same as in Turkey.

SHOPPING          

Shopping is available at shopping centers in city centers and from small stalls selling souvenirs.

IMPORTANT NOTES            

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for visa-required destinations/passports) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry into the country. Bin Rota is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.

The agency is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Delays may occur on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current tour and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of cities and conducted panoramically from the vehicle with guide narration, without museum or archaeological site entrances. Bin Rota is not responsible if panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour due to restrictions imposed by local authorities, because they are not permitted to be visited or entered, or due to closed roads because of any event; likewise, when weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may, where possible, be carried out by public transport or on foot at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not allowed.

Tour Program
Istanbul - Seville - Granada
We meet our guide at Istanbul Airport International Terminal. Following our scheduled Turkish Airlines flight to Malaga, we begin our panoramic city tour of Malaga with our vehicle waiting for us at the airport. Among the places to be seen are Plaza de la Merced, where the famous painter Pablo Picasso was born, the city’s magnificent cathedral “La Manquita,” the historic shopping street Calle Marqués de Larios, and the port area Puerto Marina. We also view the Alcazaba Palace and Gibralfaro Castle panoramically. After our panoramic tour, transfer to Granada. Overnight at our hotel in Granada.
Pomegranate
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for the Alhambra Palace Tour (entrance tickets included) (Note: Nasrid Palace / Alhambra Harem tickets are subject to a daily quota; in case of late reservations, availability cannot be guaranteed. Quota-free access applies only to the areas outside the Harem) to explore. On this tour, we discover the Alhambra Palace, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and regarded as one of the most magnificent works of Andalusian Islamic architecture. With its elegant Arabesque decorations, fine stone craftsmanship, arched courtyards, pools that captivate with their reflections, and serene gardens, the palace complex leaves an unforgettable impression on visitors. Accompanied by our guide’s explanations, we learn about the palace’s history and the splendor of Andalusian civilization. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel and have free time. Overnight stay at our hotel. (Since we will be welcoming the New Year, those who wish may enjoy the New Year celebrations in the city.)
Granada - Seville
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our panoramic city tour of Granada. On this tour, we will explore the city’s historical fabric, shaped by both the Christian and Andalusian Umayyad periods. Among the places to be seen are Gran Vía de Colón, one of the city’s main thoroughfares; Plaza Bib-Rambla, with its lively atmosphere; the authentic Arab markets (Alcaicería), renowned for their distinctive character; Plaza del Ayuntamiento, one of the city’s important meeting points; and panoramic viewpoints of the historic city center. After our city tour, during which we learn about Granada’s splendor in the Andalusian Umayyad period, the changes the city underwent after the Reconquista, and its cultural heritage that has survived to the present day, we transfer to Seville. Upon our arrival, we begin our panoramic city tour of Seville. The sights to be seen include the impressive Plaza de España, the historic Golden Tower (Torre del Oro), María Luisa Park with its pools and lush gardens, and the enchanting Santa Cruz Quarter with its narrow streets and authentic atmosphere. Following our city tour, we transfer to our hotel and provide free time. Overnight at our hotel.
Seville - Cordoba - Seville
After breakfast at our hotel, we head to Córdoba, the heart of Andalusian history. Upon arrival, we begin our Córdoba Old City & Mosque Tour (entrance tickets included). Córdoba was one of the world’s most populous cities in the 10th and 11th centuries and became one of Europe’s leading centers of science, art, and culture. At the same time, this ancient city, where Jews, Christians, and Muslims lived together in peace for centuries, is now listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. During our tour, we will see historically and culturally significant landmarks such as the Roman Bridge, the City Walls, the Muslim and Jewish Quarters, and Calle de las Flores (Flower Street). We then visit the Córdoba Mosque (Mezquita), construction of which began in 785 and was completed in 987, and which is regarded as one of the most impressive works of Western Islamic art. This architectural masterpiece captivates visitors with its elegant details and historic atmosphere. Afterward, we continue to Seville. Upon arrival, we visit the Alcázar Palace, one of the finest examples of Andalusian architecture. After the tour, we return to Seville and transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Sevilla - Istanbul
After breakfast at our hotel and check-out, we head to the Seville Cathedral for our visit. Upon arrival, we begin our Seville Cathedral tour. As part of this tour, the Seville Cathedral, one of the finest examples of Andalusian architecture and holding the title of the world’s largest Gothic cathedral, will be visited. After the tour, we transfer to the airport. Following baggage and passport procedures, we return to Istanbul on Turkish Airlines’ scheduled flight. Arrival in Istanbul. With our arrival, our tour comes to an end.
