FOOD CULTURE

When German cuisine is mentioned, the first things that come to mind are cakes, potatoes and, of course, beer. In this cuisine, which has a wide variety of meat and vegetables, there is also a great variety of beer and wine.

French cuisine, whose roots date back to the Middle Ages, has a rich culture. Famous for its renowned wines and many kinds of cheese, French cuisine is known worldwide for meat dishes cooked with different sauces and for delicacies such as the famous dessert varieties crème brûlée, macaron and soufflé.

Belgian cuisine combines the traditions of German and French cuisines.

Although Dutch cuisine is not very rich, its cheeses are worth trying. The other delicacies are generally fast-food style.
