PARTICIPATION CONDITION
This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 30 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour start date. A tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.
In destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you.
To avoid problems with customs police at the border crossing of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed and, if the destination country applies visas to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
Since our guests under the age of 18 may be asked by the police officer on duty at the country entry-exit points for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents when traveling alone or with only one of their mother or father; we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents show sensitivity on this matter
HEALTH
There is no vaccination requirement for Turkish citizens entering Egypt. We recommend that you do not drink tap water throughout your trip and consume only bottled water opened for the first time by you.

EXTRA TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Extra tours and activities are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If sufficient numbers are not reached, the tours cannot be held or the prices, content, and vehicle to be used for extra tours / activities may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of extra tours / activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, ruins or venues in the places to be visited and weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a distance greater than the specified km.
3-person rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds and coach beds, participants making 3rd person and/or child reservations are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible congestion in the rooms and the type of bed.
Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.
Breakfasts received at the hotel from the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country you are in and usually with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.
CURRENCY
Egypt's currency is the Egyptian Pound (EGP).
It is useful to have Euro (EUR) and US Dollar (USD) with you.
TIME ZONE
Egypt observes daylight saving time and winter time.
When daylight saving time is active, there is no time difference between Turkey and Egypt.
When winter time is active, there is a 1-hour time difference between Turkey and Egypt. When it is 12.00 in Turkey, it is 11.00 in Egypt.
TELEPHONE USE
Your mobile phone line can be used if it is open to international calls (roaming).
CLOTHING AND REQUIRED ITEMS
When entering mosques and churches in the country, shorts, skirts, clothes that leave the shoulders exposed, and body-hugging clothing should be avoided. We recommend that women bring a thin shawl or scarf with them. Also, if you have a hat or sunglasses, you must not use them while inside a place of worship. Both men and women are required to remove their shoes when entering a mosque.
FOOD CULTURE
Egypt, like many seaside countries, is full of fish restaurants and fish markets.

Having a valid passport and/or a visa obtained (for visa-required destinations/passports) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and carried out panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle, not including museum or ruins entrance fees. Bin Rota is not responsible for the inability to carry out the panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour due to places not being allowed to be visited or entered by local authorities, or due to closed roads because of any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot where possible at closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.
