The Government of Bali will apply a Tourist Tax to foreign tourists traveling by air, sea, and land. The tax must be paid electronically and will not apply to domestic Indonesian tourists. A tourism tax of IDR 150,000 (USD 10) will be charged to all foreign visitors.

1- Our passengers will be able to fill in their data and pay the fee before arriving at the arrival gate in Bali by logging into the Love Bali Application via the https://lovebali.baliprov.go.id website or mobile.

2- The payment methods to be used must be credit card, bank transfer, virtual account, and QRIS.

3- If payment cannot be made through the Love Bali application, foreign tourists will be required to make cashless payments at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) payment points at the airport.

4- When the transaction is successful, our foreign tourist passengers will receive a notification that the fee has been paid. After the payment is completed, our passengers will be able to enter the country.

 

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT 

This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people.  If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years. 

For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you for the visa application. 

In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to passports that are torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged; such passports must be renewed and, if the country applies a visa to T.R. citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.  

Since our guests under the age of 18 may be asked for a document showing the consent of both parents by the police officer on duty at country entry and exit when traveling alone or with only one parent, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive in this regard.

HEALTH

For entry into Indonesia, any Covid vaccines must be complete. A negative PCR test is required 48 hours before the flight and again on arrival in the country and on the 3rd day. We do not think there will be any problem with the food that will be served that will adversely affect your health. We recommend that you do not drink tap water.

EXTRA TOURS & ACTIVITIES

Extra tours and activities are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If sufficient numbers are not reached, the excursions cannot be carried out or the prices, content, and vehicle to be used for extra tours / activities may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of extra tours / activities may be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of museums, archaeological sites or venues at the places to be visited and weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION   

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated km. 

3-person rooms may be provided depending on the availability of the hotels, and the bed provided to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding or coach beds, participants booking as the 3rd person and/or child are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible crowding in the rooms and the type of bed. 

Child discounts are valid for a single (1) child staying with 2 adults and belonging to the age group specified in the pricing section. 

Breakfasts taken at the hotel from the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country you are in and usually with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.

CURRENCY    

The currency of Indonesia (IDR) is the Indonesian Rupiah. It is useful to have US Dollars (USD) with you.

TIME ZONE     

There is a + time difference between Indonesia and Turkey. When it is 12:00 in Turkey, it is 16:00 in all three countries

PHONE USAGE    

Your mobile phone line is usable if international calling (roaming) is open. Communication may be difficult in some areas.

CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS  

We recommend bringing T-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket for the evenings. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, their chargers, and spare memory cards.

FOOD CULTURE           

In Southeast Asia, chicken and seafood are quite common. Local spices are used in dishes.

SHOPPING          

In addition to souvenirs, it is possible to find handicrafts unique to the country visited and natural food and beverage items.

IMPORTANT NOTES            

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for visa-required destinations/passports) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger. 

The agency is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and special flights, or the times before the current trip and flight may change. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay the field tax and field services fee. 

The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for general introduction of the cities and lasting at most 2-3 hours, performed panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration, excluding museum and site entrance fees. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, are not the responsibility of the agency if they cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour due to roads closed by local authorities, places that are not permitted to be visited or entered, or any event, and likewise if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not permitted.

Tour Program
Istanbul – Kuala Lumpur
We meet at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departures Terminal, and after ticketing, baggage, and boarding procedures, our scheduled AirAsia flight via Kuala Lumpur to Bali begins. We welcome the new day on the plane.
Kuala Lumpur – Bali – Ubud
After arriving at Kuala Lumpur Airport and a short wait, we take our seats on the flight to Bali. Upon arrival in Bali, we meet our guide and transfer to Ubud with our private vehicle waiting for us. After a panoramic city tour, we check in to our hotel. Afterwards, guests who wish may join the 1-hour Bali Massage, optionally arranged by our guide, to relieve their flight fatigue and experience Bali’s unique massage for $30 USD, followed by a return to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel in Ubud.
Bali
After breakfast at our hotel, free time. Guests who wish may join the optional full-day Bali Highlights Tour with lunch, organized by our guide, covering Bali’s most popular areas (Coffee Plantation / Rice Terraces & Kintamani Volcano - Holy Water Purification Temple) (85 USD). We will head to the coffee plantation where we can taste Bali’s famous Luwak coffee and fruit teas. Then we will stop for photos at Tegallalang Rice Terraces, one of the island’s landmarks. After lunch with a view of Kintamani Volcano and Lake Batur, we will continue to Tirta Empul, the holy water purification temple. Tirta Empul is a purification place for Balinese Hindus. They come here to bathe in the sacred water flowing from the spring and to visit the large Hindu shrines in the water temple. At the end of the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Ubud - Bali
After breakfast, we will check out of our rooms and head to our hotel in Bali. We will enjoy the sea all day. Guests who wish may join our guide’s optional “Ubud Highlights (Kanto Lampo Waterfall - Monkey Forest - Taman Dedari - Saraswati Temple - Ubud Palace + Ubud Market)” tour (Lunch Included - 85 USD). We begin the day at Kanto Lampo Waterfall, where we will take a photo break and enjoy the waterfall, then continue to the Monkey Forest. The tour continues with observing the natural life of Ubud Monkey Forest. Afterwards, we have lunch at Taman Dedari. After lunch, we get to know Bali’s handicrafts and daily culture at the Ubud Royal Palace and the colorful Art Market right across from it. At the end of the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Bali
After breakfast at our hotel, the rest of the day is at leisure. Guests who wish may join the Lempuyang (Gates of Heaven) Temple and Tirta Gangga Temple tour with lunch (80 USD). We begin with a visit to the iconic Lempuyang Temple, home to the famous “Gates of Heaven” overlooking Mount Agung. We then continue to the serene Tirta Gangga Water Palace, known for its elegant pools and lush gardens. At lunchtime, we enjoy a Balinese meal at a local restaurant, and afterwards explore the peaceful Taman Ujung Water Palace, an old royal retreat surrounded by ponds and bridges. This tour perfectly combines spiritual beauty, royal heritage, and breathtaking scenery for an unforgettable cultural experience. Overnight at our hotel.
Bali
After breakfast, the rest of the day is free. Those who wish may join our optional tour organized by our guide, the Uluwatu Temple & Padang Padang Beach & Jimbaran Seafood Dinner Tour, which starts around lunchtime and ends after dinner (85 USD). Departing from our hotel around midday, we arrive at Uluwatu Temple. Built in the 11th century on top of a 75-meter cliff, this temple is one of Bali’s most important temples, offering magnificent views of the Indian Ocean. After our visit to the temple, we move on to a break in the small cove of Padang Padang Beach, which you may remember from the movie Eat Pray Love, where you can swim and relax while enjoying the Indian Ocean. We conclude the day with dinner at sunset on Jimbaran Beach, at restaurants with tables set up along the shore, where we will enjoy a seafood dinner. After enjoying the sunset and the breathtaking natural scenery, we return to our hotel to rest. Our guides who will be with you throughout the day will assist you with any requests you may have. Bali - Kuala Lumpur
After breakfast at our hotel, we check out and transfer to the airport with our private vehicle for our flight to Kuala Lumpur. Upon arrival, we will take our private vehicle waiting at the airport to tour Kuala Lumpur city. During our city tour, the places to be seen panoramically include Independence Square, Sultan Abdul Samad Building, Royal Palace, National Museum, Parliament, National Monument, National Mosque, and the Railway Station. After the tour, guests who wish may join the Batu Caves tour (75 USD). This sacred cave temple of the Hindus is also considered the largest cave temple in the world. In front of the cave, we are greeted by the giant statue of the Hindu god Lord Murugan. Then, accompanied by monkeys, we will climb 272 steep steps. At the end of the climb, we will find ourselves inside a deep and large cave. After exploring this extremely fascinating cave temple, we will also be able to see the Petronas Twin Towers, the silhouette of Kuala Lumpur, from here.
Kuala Lumpur - Istanbul
According to the meeting time determined by our guide, we transfer to the airport for our return flight. After our ticket and baggage procedures, we take our seats on the flight and our journey begins. Arrival in Istanbul and the end of our tour.
