This document will be provided to you by your agency for a fee. In addition to the C1 document, our guests will obtain their visas by paying at the door. 2 photos are required at the door (white background, 4x6 cm). As for the Cambodia visa; (A visa must be obtained for the Green Passport.) The passport must have a minimum validity of 6 months from the tour end date and must be one of the new chip passports. 2 photos (white background, 4x6 cm in size) For Cambodia, our guests will be able to obtain their visas by paying 30 USD at the door. – Door visa fees may change according to country decisions.)
You are required to have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of the trip and not older than 10 years.
HEALTH
There is no vaccination requirement for Turkish citizens entering Vietnam and Cambodia. We do not think you will encounter any issue that may negatively affect your health during lunch and dinner in the region’s good restaurants. During the trip, we recommend that you do not drink tap water and only consume bottled water that is opened for the first time by you.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency from which we receive service, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, the excursions cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle used for the optional tour/activity may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums, historical sites, or venues in the places to be visited, and according to weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated km.
Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds or coach beds, participants are deemed to have accepted the room congestion and bed type that may occur in bookings for the 3rd person and/or child.
Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.
Breakfasts included in the tour program are served at the hotel in line with the breakfast culture of the country, and are generally served with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate room allocated to the group.

All mobile phone operators can be used if your phone has international roaming enabled. However, network problems may occur in some areas to be visited.
CLOTHING AND REQUIRED ITEMS
We recommend that you bring T-shirts, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton pants, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket or cardigan for the evenings. We advise you to prefer non-synthetic, cotton clothing. You may also bring a raincoat and umbrella in case of rain. In addition, you may bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs for possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards.
FOOD CULTURE
The region is dominated by a cuisine very similar to Far Eastern food culture. We recommend that you do not buy anything from street vendors. In addition, you will notice that the meals we will have at the restaurants and hotels we visit suit your taste.
SHOPPING
Hanoi has a large shopping area spread across side streets. Hanoi, rich in silk fabrics and souvenirs, is very inexpensive. In Siem Reap, Psar Chaa and Night Market are suitable places to buy clothing and souvenirs.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or a visa obtained (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not necessarily mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. The passport police have the authority to refuse your entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger.
The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or the times may change before the current tour and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting no more than 2-3 hours, and are conducted panoramically with guide commentary from the vehicle, without entrance to museums or historical sites. In the event that panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour due to local authorities not permitting visits or entry, or due to closed roads caused by any event, or when the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, the agency is not responsible for the failure to carry out the said tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, at closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.
