DAY 1 | ISTANBUL – BUKHARA

Our journey begins with our meeting in front of Turkish Airlines counters at Istanbul Airport’s International Terminal. After check-in and passport procedures, we arrive in Bukhara at 07:25 on Turkish Airlines flight TK266. Leaving the airport, we visit in Bukhara, one of the most important stops on the Historic Silk Road: the Ismail Samani Mausoleum, the Mausoleum and Fountain of Prophet Job, Bolo Hauz Mosque, Ark Fortress, and the Poi Kalyan Complex (Kalyan Minaret, Mir-i Arab Madrasah, Juma Mosque), Ulugh Beg Madrasah, Abdulaziz Khan Madrasah, Magoki Attori Mosque, Nadir Divan Begi Madrasah, and Char Minar. After free time for shopping in the Silk Road bazaars, overnight stay at our hotel in Bukhara.

DAY 2 | BUKHARA

After breakfast at the hotel, we visit the tombs of Seyyid Emir Külal and Bahaeddin Shah-i Naqshband (k.s.) and their mothers, one of the most exceptional stops on our Bukhara tour. After the visits, we continue by crossing the Kyzylkum Desert and traveling along the Amu Darya (Oxus) River toward Khiva, the ancient capital of Khorezm. Arrival in Khiva in the evening, hotel check-in, and dinner. Overnight at our hotel in Bukhara

DAY 3 | BUKHARA – SAMARKAND

After breakfast, once the rooms have been vacated, we set off by bus toward Samarkand. Upon arrival, the Imam Maturidi and Khoja Ubaydullah Ahrar Mausoleums will be visited. Afterwards, we will tour the other historic structures in the Shah-i-Zinda area, the Afrosiab Archaeological Site, and the Siyob Bazaar. After dinner, rest at the hotel and overnight in Samarkand.

DAY 4 | SAMARKAND

After breakfast at the hotel, we begin our Day 2 tour in Samarkand with Gur-i Emir (Tamerlane’s Mausoleum). Then Registan Square and the Ulugh Beg, Tilla Kari, and Sher-Dor Madrasahs located there will be visited. After visiting Bibi-Khanym Mosque, we proceed to the Shah-i-Zinda Mausoleums Complex and visit the grave of Qusam ibn Abbas, the cousin of the Prophet. Finally, we see the Ulugh Beg Observatory, visit the mausoleums of Imam Maturidi and Khoja Ubaydullah Ahrar, and then have our dinner. Overnight in Samarkand.

DAY 5 | SAMARKAND – TASHKENT

After breakfast at the hotel, we head to Tashkent train station. Upon arrival in Tashkent, we begin our tour of Tashkent. In Tashkent, which stands out with its wide and orderly avenues, we see the Kafal al-Shashi Mausoleum, Barak Khan Madrasah, which today houses souvenir and handicraft workshops, Hazrat Imam Mosque, and the original Mushaf of the Holy Qur'an, believed to date back to the time of Hazrat Uthman, located in the Muyi Mubarak Madrasah. After our visits to Emir Timur Square and Independence Square, we visit the Chorsu Bazaar, which has been used as a marketplace for about 2,000 years. After free time, we taste Uzbek pilaf at dinner and settle into our hotel in Tashkent. Overnight at our hotel.

DAY 6 | TASHKENT – ISTANBUL

We leave the hotel before dawn and head to Tashkent Airport. After baggage and passport procedures, we depart for Istanbul at 06:05 on Turkish Airlines flight TK365. Arrival at Istanbul Airport at 09:30 and the end of our pleasant tour.

General conditions are an integral part of the ‘Tour Brochure’ and the ‘Tour Registration Contract’ and cannot be considered separately.

 

Our tour program is organized subject to a minimum participation requirement. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the latest cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour departure. The canceled tour due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through the operation department.

In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying a hotel name and/or where alternatives are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by our agency 48 hours before departure.

Tours may be combined with other agency tours. In such cases, our Agency is responsible for the guests.

This price list and program are valid until a new price list is issued.

Our prices in all package programs are limited to quotas for up to a minimum of 10 people, and for groups exceeding this number, there may be a price increase. Please ask for price information.

If, in normal passports, the passport issue date is more than 10 years old, and in other passport types more than 5 years old, the person traveling cannot go abroad, even if they have a valid visa, and visa processing for the passport cannot be carried out. Please check your passport information and details.

When departing through Turkish customs at passport control, passport police require a minimum validity of 6 months from the travel date for all passport types, whether for Turkish citizens or foreign nationals, or even if the passport has a valid visa (Ordinary, Special Stamped, Service Stamped, Diplomatic). Therefore, our agency does not approve passports with less than 6 months validity. Our Agency has no compensation obligation toward the passenger due to passport holders with less than 6 months validity being unable to join the tour.

Our agency acts as an intermediary for consumers participating in the trip, as well as for ships, hotels, carrier companies, and all kinds of third parties and legal entities providing other services related to the trip. Therefore, participants who apply to our agency and register for the trip acknowledge that, contrary to the agreements made between the Agency and the institutions undertaking transportation, we are not liable and not directly responsible as the principal perpetrator for any failure to be present at the indicated vehicle schedules, times, and locations; for any delays of land, air, and sea vehicles; for strikes, terrorism, war, and the possibility of war, these or similar force majeure reasons; for any disruptions arising from the fault of the person using the means of transport or from the personal fault of third parties or unforeseeable technical matters; for accidents causing material or moral damage; for inadequate accommodation or faulty service from the facilities; and that due to the Agency not having the status of operator, it bears no existing responsibility.

For all customs-controlled outbound trips abroad, participants must be present at the relevant port 3 hours before the tour departure time on the day of departure. Guests arriving from other cities by domestic flight to ports or airports should especially arrange their flight times according to the time they need to be at the port. Therefore, in the event of a delay and/or inability to join the tour, the responsibility belongs to the passenger, and our Agency has no compensation obligation toward the passenger. If the relevant airline has an online check-in website, it is recommended to complete check-in personally 24 hours before tour departure.

Our Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and our passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before departure. All flight times must be confirmed by the passenger 48 hours before the tour departure time. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.

Breakfasts included in the tour program services are served at the hotel in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and are generally presented with a limited menu called Continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served for groups in a separate hall allocated to the group.

Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and couch beds, participants of the tour are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible crowding in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid for one child who stays with 2 adults and fits the relevant age group.

Due to the limited number of TWIN (2 separate beds) rooms in hotels, please check your TWIN room request before making a reservation.

If children under 18 who are not considered adults do not join the tour together with one or both of their parents, the consent forms required for participation in the tour must be kept with them during travel.

Panoramic city tours are 2-3 hour tours organized to introduce the cities and may be arranged on different days provided that their content does not change. They do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees. Extra tours are carried out with the number of participants determined by the tour leader, and their days may be changed by the tour leader according to the flow of the program. Tours may not take place depending on weather conditions. Excursions or tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason are not carried out. Our Agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.

People must carry with them the health issues they have when participating in the tour, pregnancy status, medications they use regularly, and reports related to these medications.

On extra tours to be made along the route, our guests who will not participate in the tour will be directed by the tour leader to rest areas on the route where they can benefit from public transportation vehicles before entering the city.

The passport is an official document, and if it is damaged, dirty, especially if there are tears in the stitching or pages, passport police have the authority not to let you into the country. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

For visa application, a passport valid for at least 6 months from the tour end date and the documents requested by the consulate are required. There is no visa application for Turkish citizens for this program. Having a visa does not mean entry into the country is guaranteed. Bukhara

After breakfast at the hotel, we visit the graves of Bahaeddin Shah-i Naqshband (k.s.) and his mother, one of the most distinguished stops of our Seyyid Emir Külal and Bukhara tour. After the visits, we proceed toward Khiva, the ancient capital of Khwarezm, crossing the Kyzylkum Desert and traveling along the Amu Darya (Ceyhun) River. Arrival in Khiva in the late afternoon, check-in at the hotel, and dinner. Overnight at our hotel in Bukhara

Bukhara - Samarkand

After breakfast, upon vacating the rooms, we set off for Samarkand by bus. Upon our arrival, the tombs of Imam Maturidi and Khwaja Ubaydullah Ahrar will be visited. Subsequently, the other historical structures in the Shah-i Zinda area, the Afrosiyob Archaeological Site, and Siyob Bazaar will be toured. After dinner, rest and overnight stay at the hotel in Samarkand.
