With the boat tour, you will see Paris's most magnificent buildings up close and pass under the bridges of the Seine River, experiencing unforgettable moments. After our tour, we cross to the Île de la Cité and visit the Notre Dame Cathedral, a marvel of Gothic architecture. With a history of more than 850 years, the cathedral has also been the subject of many stories. After our guide's narration of the cathedral, where the coronation ceremonies of many French kings including Napoleon were once held, our visit stop will be Montmartre (Painters' Hill), the only hill in Paris. 2 – Hotels or restaurants used on tours may also serve alcohol. Our company strives to use alcohol-free venues as much as possible depending on the suitability of the region’s conditions. However, especially in Europe, hotels and restaurants serve alcohol.

3 – Triple rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. In triple rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed may be a foldable bed smaller than a standard bed. Guests who wish to stay in a triple room are deemed to have accepted this in advance.

4 – Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.

5 – We recommend that guests joining tours requiring a visa read our cancellation and refund conditions and register for a tour for which their visa will be ready in time. For Europe tours, we recommend registering 2 months in advance and completing your visa procedures 1 month before the tour. In the event of any possible issue arising from the visa, our company’s cancellation and refund conditions apply.

6 – Our company bears no responsibility for visas obtained through our company. We only provide consulting services regarding document collection, organization, and delivery. If your visa is not issued, the fee paid for the visa is non-refundable. For the refund of the fee paid for the tour, the cancellation and refund conditions apply.

7 – On every tour, please remember to bring slippers and a prayer rug with you. Depending on the conditions of the region you are traveling in, we may not always have access to a mosque or prayer room. Our guide will direct you to a place where you can pray.

8 – Our guide has the right, with our agency’s approval, to make changes to the program and to cancel some places in the sightseeing points depending on the weather and/or force majeure. All guests participating in our tour are deemed to have accepted this.

9 – In cases such as the consumer or the agency canceling the tour, etc.; the refund is made in the currency in which the guest paid and in the same way it was paid. (If paid by credit card in TL, refund in TL to the card. If paid in foreign currency, refund in foreign currency.)

10 – Due to protocol agreements with airline companies, there is a sequential flight rule. If the consumer misses any flight leg, all remaining flight legs are canceled. No cancellation/refund or change can be made under any circumstances.

11 – We kindly ask our guests not to purchase domestic flights individually due to possible changes in flight times or delays in connecting flights that may occur on our tours. A connecting domestic flight arranged by our company also covers the next international flight. In the event of a delay on the domestic leg, etc., a free ticket is issued for the next international flight.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

The general conditions are an inseparable part of the ‘Tour Brochure’ and the ‘Tour Registration Contract’ ; they cannot be considered independently.

Our tour program is organized with a certain participation requirement. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before departure. The canceled tour due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through operations.

In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying the name and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by our agency 48 hours before the tour departure.

Tours may be combined with tours from other agencies. In such cases, our Agency is responsible for the guests.

This price list and program are valid until a new price list is issued.

Our prices in all package programs are limited to quotas for up to 10 people, and for groups exceeding this number, there may be a price increase. Please ask for price information.

In normal passports, if the passport issue date is more than 10 years ago, and in other passport types if it is more than 5 years ago, the person traveling cannot leave the country even if they have a valid visa, and visa processing on the passport cannot be carried out. Please check your passport information and details.

When exiting through Turkish customs at passport control, for all passport types, whether Turkish citizens or foreign nationals, even if they have a passport with a valid visa, a minimum validity of 6 months is required from the travel date for all passport types (Ordinary, Special Stamped, Service Stamped, Diplomatic). For this reason, our agency does not approve passports with less than 6 months validity. Our Agency has no compensation liability toward the passenger for the inability of holders of passports with less than 6 months validity to join the tour.

Our agency acts as an intermediary between the consumers joining the trip and all kinds of third parties and legal entities providing services related to the cruise, hotel, carriers, and the trip. Therefore, the parties know that consumers who register for the trip by applying to the Agency are not directly responsible as principal actors for not being present at the indicated vehicle schedules, times, and locations contrary to the agreements made between the Agency and the institutions undertaking transportation; for all kinds of delays of land, air, and sea vehicles; for strikes, terrorism, war and the possibility of war and similar force majeure; for all kinds of disruptions arising from the fault of the person operating the transportation vehicle or from personal faults of third parties or unforeseeable technical issues; for materially or morally damaged accidents; for incomplete accommodation or faulty service from the facilities; and that the Agency has no existing liability because it is not the operator, and is not directly liable as the principal offender.

For all customs-controlled international departures, passengers are required to be present at the relevant port 3 hours before the tour departure time on the departure day. In particular, guests arriving from other cities to ports or airports by domestic flight must arrange their flight times according to the time they are required to be at the port. Therefore, in case of delay and/or inability to join the tour, responsibility lies with the passenger, and our Agency has no compensation liability toward the passenger. If the relevant airline has an online check-in site, they are advised to complete check-in personally 24 hours before the tour departure.

Our Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and our passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before departure. All flight times must be confirmed by the passenger 48 hours before the tour departure time. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.

Breakfasts included in the tour program are served at the hotel in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally with a limited menu called Continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.

Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since the extra beds are foldable beds and couch beds, participants in the tour are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped space in the rooms and the bed type for 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts apply only for one child of the appropriate age group staying with 2 adults.

Due to the limited number of TWIN (2 separate beds) rooms in hotels, please check your TWIN room request before making a reservation.

If minors under 18 do not join the tour with one or both of their parents, the consent documents required for participation in the tour must be carried by the persons during travel.

Panoramic city tours are 2-3 hour tours organized for the promotion of cities and may be arranged on different days provided that the content does not change. They do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. Extra tours are carried out with the number of people determined by the tour leader, and their days may be changed by the tour leader according to the flow of the program. Tours may not take place depending on the weather. Excursions or tours that local authorities do not allow to be visited or undertaken for any reason are not carried out. Our Agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.

Participants must bring with them any health issues, pregnancy conditions, medications they use regularly, and reports related to these medications when joining the tour.

On extra tours to be made en route, guests who will not participate in the tour will be directed by the tour leader to rest areas where they can use public transportation located along the route before entering the city.

Tour – Venue – Tour Leader – Hotel information will be sent by the operations department by email 48 hours before departure.

The passport is an official document, and the passport police have the authority to prevent you from entering the country for reasons such as being damaged, dirty, or especially having tears in the stitching or pages in any way. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger.

For visa application, a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the tour and documents requested by the consulate are required. A Schengen visa is required for this program. No visa application is required for a green passport. Having obtained a visa does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed.
