This document will be provided to you by your agency for a fee. In addition to the C1 document, our guests will obtain their visas by paying at the border. 2 photos are required at the border (white background, 4x6 cm). As for the Cambodia visa; (a visa must be obtained for the Green Passport.) As of the tour end date, it must be valid for a minimum of 6 months and be one of the new chip passports. 2 photos (white background, 4x6 cm size) For Cambodia, our guests will be able to obtain their visas by paying 30 USD at the border. – Visa fees at the border may change according to the country’s decision.)

You are required to have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.

HEALTH

There is no vaccination requirement for Turkish citizens entering Vietnam and Cambodia. We do not think you will encounter any issue that could negatively affect your health during lunch and dinner at the good restaurants in the regions. We recommend that throughout the tour you do not drink tap water and only consume bottled water that is opened for the first time by you.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency from which we receive service with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, the excursions cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle to be used for optional tours/activities may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums, historical sites, or venues in the places to be visited, and on weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION

During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than those specified in km. 

3-person rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds and coach beds, participants are deemed to have accepted the possible crampedness in the rooms and the bed type in reservations for the 3rd person and/or children. 

Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section. 

Breakfasts received at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are served according to the breakfast culture of the country being visited and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served for groups in a separate hall allocated to the group.

CLOTHING AND REQUIRED ITEMS

We recommend that you bring T-shirts that you can easily put on and take off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket or cardigan for the evenings. We advise you to prefer non-synthetic, cotton clothing. You may also bring a raincoat and umbrella in case of rain. In addition, you may bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, their chargers, and spare memory cards.

CUISINE

The region has a cuisine quite similar to Far Eastern culinary culture. We recommend that you do not buy anything from street vendors. In addition, you will notice that the meals we have at the restaurants and hotels we visit suit your taste.

SHOPPING

Hanoi has a large shopping area spread across side streets. Rich in silk fabric and souvenirs, everything in Hanoi is very cheap. In Siem Reap, Psar Chaa and the Night Market are suitable places for buying clothing and souvenirs.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports where a visa is required) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger.  

The agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees. 

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities and conducted panoramically with narration from inside the vehicle, lasting at most 2-3 hours and not including museum or historical site entrance fees. The agency is not responsible if panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out on the day and time corresponding to the tour because they are not permitted to be visited or entered by local authorities, or because of closed roads due to any event, or when it becomes impossible to conduct the tour due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible in areas with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not allowed.

Tour Program
Istanbul - Dubai
Our tour begins with our meeting at the International Departures Terminal of Istanbul Airport. After completing ticketing, baggage, and boarding procedures, we depart for Saigon on Emirates Airlines’ scheduled flight via Dubai. We spend the night on the plane.
Dubai - Saigon
We arrive in Dubai early in the morning and, after a short wait, continue on to our flight to Saigon. Upon arrival in Saigon with our scheduled Emirates flight, we will begin our panoramic city tour. We will visit the War Museum, one of the country’s most striking museums that conveys the impact of the Vietnam War; the Opera House, built during the French colonial period and one of the city’s most iconic and elegant landmarks; the Yellow Facade, the Historic Post Office, an architectural marvel with walls adorned with old maps and nostalgic counters; the Notre-Dame Cathedral, built by the French and bearing elegant traces of colonial architecture; and Ben Thanh Market, one of Saigon’s most famous markets. After our tour, we will transfer to our hotel. Then, free time. Overnight at our hotel.
Saigon - Mekong Delta - Saigon
After breakfast at our hotel, free time. Those who wish may join the optional Mekong Delta Tour with lunch for 80 Euros, arranged by our guide. We head to My Tho town, a world where life is lived on and with the water. Upon arrival, we begin a boat ride through intersecting canal streets by a local boat. Our first stop is Thoi Son Island, where we will see locally made handicrafts, coconut candy workshops, and colorful fruit orchards. Here, while tasting fresh fruits in the shade of beautiful gardens, you will enjoy the music of local artists. We then stop at a farm to taste homemade honey tea and, as our tour continues through the canals, learn all about the local way of life. We visit Vinh Trang Pagoda. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant during the tour. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and free time. Overnight at our hotel.
Saigon - Ba Den Mountain - Cao Dai Temple - Saigon
After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish may join the optional Vietnam’s Roof, Ba Den Mountain and Cao Dai Temple Tour with Lunch (115 Euro), which will be organized by our guide. Our first stop on this tour will be Ba Den Mountain, which holds a legendary place in the southern geography of Vietnam and in Buddhist belief culture, and stands out with its enchanting summit. After an enjoyable cable car ride to the summit, the first things we will see are the Bodhisattva statues located at the top. The Compassion Bodhisattva is 72 meters high and holds the title of the tallest Bodhisattva statue on a mountain summit in Asia. Then we will see the Di Lac Bodhisattva, known as the Buddha of the Future, weighing over 5,000 tons and representing joy, peace, and abundance. After viewing these fascinating statues, we will visit the Ba Linh Temple Complex, one of the points along the cable car line, which features mystical worship areas integrated into natural rock caves and is dedicated to the mountain’s guardian goddess. We then return to Saigon and visit the Cao Dai Temple Complex. Here we will learn about the Cao Dai faith; this temple is known as the center of the “Cao Dai” religion born in Vietnam, with its architecture blending Gothic towers, Chinese temple roofs, and cathedral layout. We will have lunch at a local restaurant during the tour. At the end of the tour, we will return to our hotel to rest. Accommodation at our hotel.
Saygon - Siem Reap
After breakfast at our hotel, we will have free time. Following our free time, at the time determined by our guide, we will transfer to the airport for our scheduled Siem Reap flight with a local airline. After completing our ticketing, baggage, and check-in procedures, we will fly to Siem Reap. Upon arrival, we will go to our hotel to rest. Overnight at our hotel.
Siem Reap
After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish may join the optional Lunch Included Grand Angkor Thom & Angkor Wat Tour (85 Euro), organized by our guide. Our first stop is the South Gate, one of the most magnificent entrances to the city surrounded by 3.5-kilometer-long walls. Here, stone sculptures depicting the mythological Churning of the Ocean of Milk scene are lined up. Next, we visit Baphuon Temple, built in the 11th century and one of the important examples of temple-mountain architecture. We then continue to Bayon Temple, located in the heart of Angkor Thom and famous for its more than 200 facial expressions carved onto 54 towers. Our program continues with Ta Prohm Temple. Built in the 12th century, this temple stands out with its giant tropical tree roots fused with the stone walls and has been preserved in its unrestored state. During our visit, we also see the Terrace of the Leper King, where royal ceremonies were held, and the Terrace of the Elephants, which hosted official processions carried out with elephants. We have lunch at a local restaurant during the tour. In the afternoon, we visit Angkor Wat, considered the largest religious structure in human history. Built in the 12th century by King Suryavarman II, this massive complex covers an area of 162 hectares and is regarded as the pinnacle of Khmer architecture. The reliefs and detailed carvings in its galleries depict scenes from Hindu mythology. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Accommodation at our hotel.
Siem Reap – Tonle Sap – Siem Reap – Hanoi
After breakfast at our hotel, free time. Guests who wish may join the Tonle Sap Lake Boat Tour (45 Euro), organized optionally by our guide, to the largest lake in Southeast Asia. On this boat tour, we closely see the stilt houses and floating houses of the families who make their living from fishing, which is Cambodia’s most important source of income. After the tour, we transfer to the airport for our scheduled domestic flight to Hanoi. Upon our arrival in Hanoi, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Hanoi
After breakfast at our hotel in Sabah, we begin our panoramic city tour of Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. Our first stop will be the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, built for Vietnam’s legendary leader, who died in 1969 and is a symbol of the country’s struggle for independence. Then we take a photo break by viewing the Presidential Palace from the outside, notable for its architecture dating back to the French colonial period. Our next stop is the Temple of Literature, founded in 1070, which holds the distinction of being Vietnam’s first university and is also a symbol of wisdom and Confucian culture. Here, we will have the opportunity to closely examine the stone steles standing on turtle bases and the traditional architecture. Next, we visit the One Pillar Pagoda, one of Hanoi’s most unique temples, resembling a lotus flower and built in the 11th century by Emperor Ly Thai Tong. After completing our tour, we transfer to the hotel. Guests who wish may join, on an optional basis organized by our guide, the Evening Dinner Water Puppet Theater and Night Tour (65 Euro). The Water Puppet Theater, one of Hanoi’s cultural heritages protected by UNESCO, is a traditional art form that has been performed for centuries in the Red River Delta, offering a unique show of puppets performed on water. You can also enjoy your dinner while watching this entertaining performance. At the end of the day, we complete our tour and transfer by private vehicle to our hotel in Hanoi. Accommodation is at our hotel.
Hanoi – Ninh Binh – Hoa Lu – Hanoi
After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish may join the optional Ninh Binh and Hoa Lu Kingdom Tour with lunch (90 Euro), organized by our guide. For guests joining the tour, we set off for Ninh Binh. In Ninh Binh, one of the most impressive nature experiences, where limestone mountains rise all around, we head to the pier for our boat tour and travel along the Ngo Dong River toward the caves. “Tam Coc,” which means “Three Caves,” is known as the “Halong Bay on land” because of its limestone cliffs rising from the rice fields. At lunch, we will taste local specialties of the region. After the meal, we continue to Hoa Lu, which was the capital of Vietnam between 968 and 1009, and visit the temples dedicated to the kings of the Dinh and Le Dynasties. Although very little remains of the old 300-hectare citadel over time, the ruins and temples in the area give us the opportunity to closely discover Vietnam’s early history. After our tour, we return to our hotel in Hanoi. Overnight at the hotel.
Hanoi – Halong Bay – Hanoi – Dubai
After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we will have free time. Guests who wish may join the optional Halong Bay Tour with lunch (95 Euro), organized by our guide. Halong Bay, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and regarded as one of the world’s most mesmerizing natural wonders, spans approximately 1,500 km² and consists of 1,969 limestone islets. With its breathtaking scenery, this unique bay invites our guests into a true natural marvel. During our full-day boat tour, while cruising among the fairy-tale limestone formations, we will have the chance to see some of Halong Bay’s most famous highlights, such as Dinh Huong Island, Ga Choi (Kissing Chickens) Island, and the impressive Thien Cung (Heavenly Palace) Cave. On board, we will enjoy a specially served lunch featuring Vietnamese cuisine, especially fresh seafood. At the end of the tour, in the evening, we will transfer to the airport and complete our ticketing and baggage procedures for our Emirates Airlines scheduled flight to Istanbul via Dubai.
Dubai - Istanbul
With the start of a new day, we will board our Dubai-transit Hanoi–Istanbul flight. After arriving in Dubai, we will transfer to our Istanbul flight. Following an approximately 4-hour flight, we arrive at Istanbul Airport around midday Turkish time. Upon arrival, our tour and services come to an end.
