ABOUT THE TOUR PROGRAM

The advertised prices are subject to a tiered pricing system that applies as capacity fills up.

Your travel documents and flight tickets must be with you throughout the journey.

A minimum level of participation is required for the package tour to take place (typically, the minimum number of participants is set at 20 and the maximum at 40, though this may vary depending on the date and specific tour). If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days prior to the tour start. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.

In necessary cases, we reserve the right to change the order of visits for tours/cities and the airline company without prior notice and without altering the program content.

Holding a valid passport and/or visa does not guarantee entry into the country. The border police have the authority to deny entry; BinRota is not responsible for this situation, and all responsibility lies entirely with the passenger.

BinRota acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays or cancellations in both scheduled and special flights, and flight times may change; BinRota is obligated to notify such changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.

             

ABOUT ACCOMMODATION

The hotels specified in the program are in the "and similar" category, and final hotel information will be provided 48 hours before the tour departure.

Hotel star ratings may vary according to local conditions in the destination countries.

During peak periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, or sports tournaments, hotels may be selected at distances greater than those specified.

Check-in at the hotel is earliest at 15:00 local time, and check-out is between 11:00 and 12:00.

Bed type cannot be guaranteed and is blocked based on hotel availability. Triple rooms are assigned according to hotel suitability and consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed; since extra beds are foldable or convertible sofa beds (coach beds), guests booking triple rooms and/or children are deemed to accept potential crowding and the bed type. Child discounts apply only to one child staying with two adults and falling within the age group specified in the pricing section.

In group accommodations, breakfast, in accordance with the culture of the host country, may be served as a limited continental menu (butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee) in a separate room allocated exclusively for the group at a designated time.

             

ABOUT FLIGHT TICKETS

Tickets are issued exactly matching the name/surname, date of birth, Turkish ID number, and passport details on the passport; our agency bears no responsibility for incorrect information provided.

You must be at the airport at least 3 hours before the flight time. Online check-in procedures are performed by the guest 24 hours before the flight. Some airlines do not allow online check-in or seat selection for group tickets.

Our agency is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in time/route/price caused by the airline.

Due to the sequential ticket rule of airlines; if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight may also be cancelled.

             

NOTES ON GUIDING AND TOURS

Panoramic city tours are guided tours conducted from inside the vehicle for general introduction to cities, do not include entrance fees to museums/sites, and last a maximum of 2-3 hours.

Our agency is not responsible for tours being unable to take place due to closures of sites by local authorities, road closures, or adverse weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot, where feasible, due to closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.

Optional/extra tours are organized by the local agency subject to a minimum participation rate of one-third of the group size and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not met, tours may not take place, or the price, content, and vehicles used may vary according to the number of participants. The days and times of optional tours may be changed depending on whether museums/sites are open or closed and weather conditions.

             

VISA AND PASSPORT

Ordinary (red) passport holders are subject to visa requirements; Special (green) and Service passport holders are exempt from visas. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip and must not be older than 10 years. There must be blank pages in the passport for entry-exit stamps.

In destinations requiring a visa, applications must be made with the documents listed in the "Documents Required for Visa" list to be provided by your agency.

Passports that are torn, worn out, wet, or otherwise damaged must be renewed; if the destination country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, a valid visa must be present in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.

Guests under 18 traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked for a joint consent document at border crossings; we advise exercising caution in this matter.

             

HEALTH

There are no mandatory vaccinations for visiting European countries.

No health issues are expected in hotels and quality restaurants; however, during times outside the group, it is recommended that you consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, eat well-cooked meat/fish, and prefer fruits that can be peeled like bananas and pineapples.

             

CURRENCY

Countries using Euro (EUR): Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece, and other Eurozone countries.

Countries using their own currency: Switzerland (Swiss Franc / CHF), United Kingdom (Pound Sterling / GBP), Czech Republic (Czech Koruna / CZK), Hungary (Forint / HUF), Poland (Zloty / PLN), Denmark/Sweden/Norway (Krona). TIME ZONES

Most Continental European countries (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Hungary, Poland, etc.) are 1 hour behind Turkey during daylight saving time and 2 hours behind during standard time.

United Kingdom and Portugal are 2 hours behind Turkey during daylight saving time and 3 hours behind during standard time.

Greece is in the same time zone as Turkey.

             

ELECTRICITY AND PLUGS

In Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Portugal, Greece, and most Continental European countries, plug types are the same as in Turkey (Type C/F, 220-230V).

In the United Kingdom, a different plug type (Type G, three flat pins) is used; you must bring a plug adapter for this country.

             

TELEPHONE USE

If your mobile phone line is enabled for international use (roaming), it can be used abroad.

             

SHOPPING

You have the opportunity to shop at shopping malls and souvenir stalls in city centers. In EU countries, you can benefit from Tax Free (tax refund) facilities for purchases above a certain amount.

Istanbul-Venice Tour – Venice
After meeting your guide at the Istanbul Airport International Terminal, we will proceed to the Turkish Airlines counter for baggage and ticket procedures before departing on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight to Venice. Upon arrival, we begin with a panoramic city tour of Venice. After crossing to the historic peninsula by vaporetto, our tour includes San Marco Square, Venice's most famous and central square; St. Mark's Basilica, one of the world's grandest examples of Byzantine architecture and known as the "Golden Church"; the Bridge of Sighs, where prisoners took their last look at Venice before entering prison; the Grand Canal; the Rialto Bridge, an elegant arched structure spanning the Grand Canal; the Doge's Palace, which served as the political, administrative, and judicial heart of the Venetian Republic for centuries; the Campanile (Bell Tower); and St. George Maggiore Church, designed in the late 16th century by Andrea Palladio, one of the greatest architects of the Renaissance. These landmarks will be viewed during our panoramic tour. Following the tour, we transfer to our hotel for overnight accommodation.
Venice – Florence Tour – Florence
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Florence. Upon arrival, we begin our panoramic city tour. First, we pass through the historic center of Florence, widely regarded as the birthplace of the Renaissance, and proceed along the Arno River, which divides the city. We admire the Ponte Vecchio, meaning "Old Bridge," one of Florence's most iconic historical landmarks, renowned for its centuries-old row of small shops and distinctive silhouette. This bridge is among the most photographed spots in the city. Next, we move to Piazza della Signoria, the heart of Florence's political and historical life. Here, we visit the Palazzo Vecchio, a grand building that once served as the city's seat of government for many years, with its imposing façade drawing attention. Surrounded by statues and historic structures, we immerse ourselves in the city's deep-rooted past. Continuing our tour, we reach the Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral, which dominates Florence's skyline and is considered one of the masterpieces of world architectural history. The cathedral, with its magnificent red-tiled dome and façade adorned with white, green, and pink marble, stands as one of the strongest symbols of Renaissance architecture. Shortly after, we visit the nearby Baptistery of St. John, famous for its octagonal plan, elegant marble cladding, and especially its celebrated bronze doors, which Michelangelo famously dubbed the "Gates of Paradise." After exploring Florence's historical, artistic, and architectural identity on this city tour, we transfer back to our hotel and enjoy free time. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Florence – Pisa – Siena – San Gimignano – Florence
After breakfast at the hotel, you will have a full day of free time. Guests who wish may join our guide's optional excursion to Siena, San Gimignano, and Pisa (€95). Our tour begins with a departure for Siena. During the city tour in Siena, this UNESCO World Heritage site will transport you back through centuries. Highlights include the Church of San Domenico, which houses sacred relics; the Duomo Cathedral; Piazza del Campo, venue of the famous Palio horse races; the renowned Palazzo del Popolo, now used as the town hall; and narrow streets that still reflect traces of the past. Next, we visit San Gimignano, known as the "Medieval Manhattan" for its medieval charm, surrounded by historic walls and towers. From there, we proceed to Pisa. The tour includes the world-famous Leaning Tower of Pisa and the Piazza dei Miracoli. Upon completion of the tour, we transfer back to our hotel for free time and overnight stay.
Florence – Portofino – Cinque Terre – La Spezia – Florence
After breakfast at the hotel, you will have a full day of free time. Guests who wish may join our guide's optional Riviera Dream and Colorful Coasts tour: Portofino, La Spezia, and Cinque Terre (€120). Our journey begins with a drive to Rapallo, followed by a boat ride to Portofino. Nestled in a sheltered cove along the Ligurian coast, Portofino is one of the world-renowned symbols of Mediterranean luxury, blending its colorful seaside villas with breathtaking natural scenery. The town's most iconic features include its charming crescent-shaped harbor, the historic Castello Brown perched on the hilltop, and the San Giorgio Church overlooking the bay. After a walking tour in Portofino, we return to Rapallo for transfer to the Cinque Terre train excursion. From there, we continue by private vehicle to our first stop, La Spezia. Here, we begin our train journey to the enchanting coastal villages of Cinque Terre. We make a stop at one of the five UNESCO World Heritage-listed villages, notable for its historical and architectural significance. After exploring the village's heritage and architecture, you will have free time. Those interested can stroll along the waterfront, browse souvenir shops, or sample fresh seafood. Finally, we board our private vehicle and return to our Florence hotel, where you will enjoy some free time before spending the night.
Florence – Rome Tour – Rome
After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for Rome. Upon arrival, we begin our panoramic city tour of Rome. First, we visit Castel Sant'Angelo, one of the most significant structures in Christian history and the Papal era, which once served as a prison for Cem Sultan. Next, we proceed to Piazza Venezia, a square of great political and historical importance in Rome. Here, we admire the grand plaza where Benito Mussolini addressed the crowds, along with the monumental structure nearby erected in honor of Vittorio Emanuele II, the first king of the Kingdom of Italy. Continuing our tour, we reach the Colosseum, one of the most powerful symbols of Ancient Rome. Constructed in 72 AD during the reign of Emperor Vespasian, this magnificent building served for centuries as one of Rome's primary entertainment venues, hosting numerous grand spectacles including gladiatorial combats. It remains one of the most impressive monuments conveying the splendor of the Roman Empire to the present day. Afterwards, we head to the Trevi Fountain, one of Rome's most romantic and frequently photographed landmarks. Known for its Baroque architecture, sculptural details, and fame from the film "La Dolce Vita," the fountain has become an iconic symbol of the city. Following this, we move on to the Spanish Steps, notable for their 135 steps, elegant surrounding buildings, and the Fontana della Barcaccia (Boat Fountain) at their base. After completing our panoramic city tour, which allows us to explore Rome's historical, political, and artistic identity, we transfer back to our hotel. Upon arrival, you will have free time. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Rome – Vatican – Castel Romano – Castel Gandolfo – Nemi – Rome – Istanbul
After breakfast at the hotel, you will have free time. Guests who wish may join an optional tour organized by our guide to the Holy Vatican, Castel Romano, the Lakes District (Castel Gandolfo and Nemi) for 100 EUR. Our first stop is the Vatican, a place of unique significance in the history of faith and art in the Christian world, dazzling with its priceless cultural heritage (entrance not included). Located in the heart of Rome, Italy's capital, it stands as an independent city-state. The colossal St. Peter's Basilica, one of the most magnificent places of worship in the world, the Sistine Chapel, home to Michelangelo's mesmerizing frescoes, and the vast St. Peter's Square surrounded by monumental columns are its most iconic features. After your free time in the Vatican, we will visit Castel Gandolfo, where you will see the Pope's summer residence and enjoy breathtaking views over Lake Albano. Upon arrival at our next stop, the village of Nemi, we will take a pleasant walk through the village. Following the walk, you will have some free time to taste Nemi's famous mountain strawberry tart and go shopping. We will then arrive at Castel Romano Outlet, Italy's most famous outlet, where you will have free time. At the end of the tour, we will transfer you to the airport. After baggage handling, ticket procedures, and customs formalities, we will fly back to Istanbul on a Turkish Airlines scheduled flight. With your arrival, the tour and our services come to an end.
