PARTICIPATION CONDITION
This trip is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.
For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Required Documents for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you for the visa application.
In order to avoid any problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports should be renewed, and if the destination country applies visas to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
Since for our guests under 18 traveling alone or with only one parent, the police officer at the country entry/exit may request a document showing the mutual consent of the parents; we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive about this issue.
HEALTH
There is no vaccination requirement for entry into Germany. We do not think that you will encounter any problem that would threaten your health in meals taken in the region's good restaurants and hotels. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about eating and drinking, definitely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, eat meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and for fruit, eat fruits that can be peeled, such as bananas and pineapples.
OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency from which we receive service with a minimum participation of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If sufficient numbers are not reached, the excursions cannot be made, or the prices, content, and vehicle to be used for optional tours/activities may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to whether museums, ruins, or venues at the places to be visited are open/closed and according to weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than those stated in kilometers.
Triple rooms may be provided depending on the availability of the hotels, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding or coach beds, participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the congestion that may occur in the rooms and the type of bed in reservations for the 3rd person and/or child.
Child discounts are valid only for one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.
Breakfasts included among the services in the tour program are served at the hotel in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited and usually with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
CURRENCY
The European currency is Euro (EUR).
It is useful to have Euro (EUR) with you.
TIME ZONE
Germany is 1 hour behind Turkey in summer time and 2 hours behind in winter time.
For example, while it is 18:30 in Turkey in summer, it is 17:30 in Germany.
PHONE USE
Your mobile phone line can be used if international calls (roaming) are enabled.
CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS
If traveling in the summer season, we recommend bringing t-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton pants, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket for the evenings, and a light sweater. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards. In the winter period, we recommend clothing that will allow you to move comfortably and keep you warm.
FOOD CULTURE
When it comes to German cuisine, cakes, potatoes and of course beer come to mind first. In this cuisine, which has a great variety of meat and vegetables, there is also a wide variety of beer and wine.
French cuisine, whose roots go back to the Middle Ages, has a rich culture. French cuisine, which is famous worldwide for its famous local drinks and a wide variety of cheeses, is known for meat dishes cooked with different sauces and famous desserts such as crème brûlée, macaron and soufflé.
Belgian cuisine combines the traditions of German and French cuisines.
Although Dutch cuisine is not a very rich cuisine, its cheeses are worth trying. Other flavors are generally fast food style.

The electrical outlets are the same as in Turkey.

There are shopping centers in city centers and small stalls selling souvenirs.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for visa-required destinations/passports) does not mean that entry into the country will be allowed. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry into the country. Bin Rota is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
BinRota is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. BinRota is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees
The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically with commentary from inside the vehicle, lasting at most 2-3 hours and not including museum or site entrance fees. Bin Rota is not responsible for the inability to carry out the panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, if they are not permitted by local authorities on the day and time corresponding to the tour, or if they cannot be carried out due to closed roads because of any event, or when weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible in areas with closed roads or places where vehicle access is not permitted.
