This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour, canceled due to insufficient participation, will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.

For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will send ձեզ.

To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports should be renewed, and if the country applies a visa to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the traveler.

Since our guests under the age of 18 may be asked by the police officer on duty at the country entry and exit points for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents when traveling alone or with only one parent, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive about this matter.

HEALTH

No vaccination is required for Turkish citizens entering Egypt. We recommend that you do not drink tap water during your trip and consume only bottled water that will be opened by you for the first time.

 EXTRA TOURS & ACTIVITIES             

Extra tours and activities are organized by the local agency we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, the tours may not be held, or extra tour/activity prices, content, and the vehicle to be used may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of the museums, ruins, or venues in the places to be visited and weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION   

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated km.

3-person rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed provided for the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding or coach beds, participants making 3rd person and/or child reservations are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible congestion in the rooms and the bed type.

Child discounts are valid only for one (1) child staying with 2 adults and fitting the age group specified in the pricing section.

Breakfasts taken at hotels among the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and usually as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.

CURRENCY    

The currency of Egypt is the Egyptian Pound (EGP).

It is useful to have USD (EUR) and US Dollar (USD) with you.

TIME ZONE     

There is a -1 hour difference between Turkey and Egypt. When it is 12.00 in Turkey, it is 11.00 in Egypt.

TELEPHONE USE    

Your mobile phone line can be used if it is open for international calls (roaming).

CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS    

When entering mosques and churches in the country, shorts, skirts, clothes that leave the shoulders exposed, and body-hugging garments should be avoided. We recommend that women bring a thin shawl or scarf with them. Also, if you have a hat or sunglasses, you must not use them while inside the place of worship. Both men and women are required to remove their shoes when entering a mosque.

Egypt, like many seaside countries, is full of fish restaurants and fish markets.

Having a valid passport and/or obtaining a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country will be granted. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the traveler.

The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay in scheduled and private flights, or the times before the current trip and flight may change. The agency is obliged to notify such changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees

The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration, and do not include museum or archaeological site entries. For panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they do not take place on the day and time of the tour because they are not allowed to be visited or entered by local authorities, or due to closed roads because of any event, or when the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, the agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out the aforementioned tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where possible in areas with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.

Tour Program
Istanbul - Sharm El Sheikh
At Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal, after check-in, baggage, and boarding procedures at Turkish Airlines’ counter, we depart on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight to Sharm El Sheikh. Following our arrival at Sharm El Sheikh International Airport, we transfer to our all-inclusive hotel awaiting us at the airport and have breakfast. Afterwards, free time at our all-inclusive hotel so you can enjoy the sun, sand, and sea. Overnight at our hotel.
Sharm El Sheikh
After breakfast at our hotel, you can enjoy all day long the activities of our hotel, discover the rich underwater world in the turquoise waters of the Red Sea, and fully enjoy local cuisine, the sea, sand, and sun at our all-inclusive hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Sharm El Sheikh - Cairo
After breakfast at the hotel, we check out and depart for Cairo. Upon arrival, we will take part in our panoramic city tour. During our Cairo city tour, the places we will see include the Old City Center, Mohamed Ali Mosque, Sadat’s Memorial Tomb, Baron Palace, Tahrir Square, the city center along the Nile, and Khan El Khalili Bazaar. At the end of the tour, after some free time, we will be transferred to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel. Guests who wish may join the optional Nile River boat tour with dinner (110 USD), organized by our guide. After our boat trip and dinner, where we will experience the magical atmosphere of the Nile River and Cairo, we return to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Cairo
After breakfast at our hotel, free time. Those who wish may join the optional Grand Egyptian Museum & Giza Pyramids & Sphinx Tour with Lunch (150 USD), organized by our guide. Our first stop will be the museum, which covers an area of 500,000 square meters (approximately 70 football fields) and is the world’s largest archaeology museum complex dedicated to a single civilization. Standing out with its magnificent plaster and glass facade, the complex is adorned with triangles of different sizes and colors as a tribute to Ancient Egypt. Next, we will visit the pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure, one of the seven wonders of the world, named after the pharaohs who had them built. These three pyramids, built thousands of years ago and still preserving their mysteries, were designed so that there is a Pythagorean triangle between them. Built years before Pythagoras, these pyramids show that the Egyptians had highly advanced knowledge of mathematics and geometry. After visiting the mysterious pyramids, we will see the Sphinx, with the head of a pharaoh and the body of a lion, symbolizing the rising sun and the pharaoh’s rebirth. We will have lunch at a local restaurant during the tour. Finally, after visiting the “Living Statue” Sphinx, which has a temple between its paws, free time will be given. Then we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Cairo
After breakfast at our hotel, we will check out and, for those who wish, take part in the optional Guided and Lunch Included Ancient Saqqara & Memphis Tour (95 USD per person), organized by our guide. First, we head to the Saqqara Valley (Valley of the Dead), where the people of Memphis, the oldest capital of Egypt, were buried. After about a half-hour drive, we arrive at Memphis, where we will see the statues of pharaohs, ancient temples, and the ruins of palaces. We visit the Step Pyramid of Djoser, named after King Djoser of the 3rd Dynasty, who ruled Egypt in the 27th century BC, known as the first and largest stone structure pyramid built in Egypt. After our tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel. Guests who wish may join the optional Felucca Boat Trip (60 USD) organized by our guide. (During the trip, we will offer 1 non-alcoholic drink, fruit, and snacks.) Note: If the weather is not suitable, motorboats will be used.
Cairo - Istanbul
After breakfast at our hotel, we will have free time. Following the free time, we will meet at the time specified by our guide and transfer to the airport. After our arrival, following baggage, ticket, and customs procedures, we will depart for Istanbul on Turkish Airlines’ scheduled flight. Upon our arrival, our tour and services come to an end.
