After receiving clear information from our guests at the time of reservation regarding whether they will purchase the optional Disneyland Park Ticket, we kindly ask you to enter the information in the reservation note field by specifying the quantity / day for the guests who will purchase it. Since tickets are obtained early, unfortunately ticket procurement will not be possible for reservations without a note. Reserved tickets may be canceled 7 days before the tour date. Cancellation conditions may vary on busy dates.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT

This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

HEALTH

We do not expect to encounter any issues that would threaten your health with meals taken at good restaurants and hotels in the region. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about food and drink, definitely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, eat meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and for fruit, eat fruits that can be peeled such as bananas and pineapples. Current vaccination/PCR rules must be followed at country entry and upon return home.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and there is no obligation to participate. If the required number is not reached, the excursions cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicles to be used for optional tours / activities may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours / activities may be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of museums, ruins, or venues at the destinations and on weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than those specified in km. 

Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable/expandable beds and so-called coach beds, participants in 3rd-person and/or child reservations are deemed to have accepted the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the type of bed. 

Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section. 

Breakfasts taken at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.

TIME ZONE

France is 1 hour behind Turkey during daylight saving time and 2 hours behind during winter time.

For example, when it is 18:30 in Turkey in summer, it is 17:30 in Germany.

CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS

If you are going in the summer season, we recommend that you bring T-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton pants, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket, and a light sweater for the evenings. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards. In the winter period, we recommend clothing that will keep you warm and allow you to move comfortably.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for the destination/passport requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country will be permitted. Passport police have the authority to deny you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger.  

The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and private flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees. 

The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically from the vehicle with guide commentary and not including museum or archaeological site entrances. The agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out such tours if, including the other tours specified in the program, they cannot take place on the day and time corresponding to the tour because local authorities do not allow visits or entry, or because of closed roads due to any event, or when weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot where possible at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not allowed.

Tour Program
Istanbul - Paris
After meeting your guide at Istanbul Airport International Terminal, you will complete your baggage and ticket procedures at the Turkish Airlines counter and depart for Paris on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. Upon arrival, we will be met and set off for a panoramic tour of Paris by our private bus. During our panoramic tour, the places to be seen include Opera Square and Opera House, Tuileries Gardens, Concorde Square, the world-famous shopping avenue Champs-Élysées, Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, Military Museum, Parliament Building, Napoleon's Tomb, Louvre Palace and Museum, National Assembly Building, Madeleine Church, Grand Palais, Petit Palais, Comédie-Française, Chaillot Palace, Vendôme and Trocadéro Squares. After our tour, we will proceed with our guide for an optional Seine River Boat Tour (35 Euro) for those who wish to participate. While taking the boat tour, you will have the chance to see the most magnificent buildings of Paris up close and enjoy unforgettable moments as you pass under the bridges of the Seine River. Among the places to be seen during this boat tour are the American Church, National Assembly, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Orsay Museum, Île de la Cité, Notre-Dame Cathedral, Palais de Justice, Conciergerie Prison, City Hall, Museum of Modern Art, and the Louvre Palace. At the end of the boat tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Paris
After breakfast at our hotel, guests who wish may join our guide on the optional Paris Saint-Germain & Luxembourg Gardens and Paris Dream Tour [Paris Icons & Painters’ Hill] (110 Euros) program. The first stop on our tour will be the Notre-Dame Cathedral (panoramic). We will then visit the Sorbonne University, France’s oldest university, and Sorbonne Square; the Pantheon Mausoleum, where the graves of famous French writers and poets are located; the French Senate Building; and Saint-Sulpice Church, regarded as the jewel of Parisian artistic architecture and having hosted the weddings of many world-famous names. Afterwards, we will visit Luxembourg Gardens, a source of inspiration for painters with its colorful flowers, striking lake view, enchanting statues, and historic monuments. Passing through the lively Pigalle district, one of the most interesting centers of the city, we will head up Montmartre Hill, also known as Painters’ Hill, where bohemian life still continues today. After seeing Sacré-Cœur (the Basilica of the Sacred Heart), there will be free time in the Painters’ Square for portraits and photos. Following the Painters’ Hill tour, we will continue with the Paris Icons tour and visit the Eiffel Tower, the symbol of both Paris and France, to enjoy the city’s captivating view. During the photo stop, guests who wish may, depending on time, purchase a ticket and go up the tower. At the end of our tour, we will transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Disneyland Paris
After breakfast at our hotel, we transfer to our hotel near Disneyland. After room distribution, free time. Guests who wish may purchase the optional Disneyland Park ticket organized by our guide and spend the day in the enchanting world of Disneyland: 1 Day / 1 Park Ticket 135 Euros, 1 Day / 2 Park Ticket 155 Euros. Located in Marne-la-Vallée, east of Paris, this world-famous Disney-themed park is also Europe’s most visited theme park. With activities suitable for all ages such as Big Thunder Mountain, Indiana Jones, Pirates of the Caribbean Cave, Robinson’s House, Mark Twain’s Ship, Space Mountain, and Star Tours, it will take you to an epic world. Inside the Walt Disney Studios Park, fun activities where you can experience adrenaline to the fullest, such as the Tower of Terror, Aerosmith Roller Coaster, Armageddon, and the Studio Tram Tour, await you. Overnight at our hotel.
Disneyland Paris
After breakfast at our hotel, free time. Guests who wish may optionally purchase Disneyland Park tickets (1 Day / 1 Park Ticket 135 Euro) (1 Day / 2 Park Ticket 155 Euro) and spend the day in the fun-filled world of Disneyland. Overnight at our hotel.
Paris (Disneyland) - Istanbul
After breakfast at our hotel, we complete the check-out procedures and then transfer to the airport at the time specified by your guide. Following baggage, ticket, and customs procedures, we fly to Istanbul on a Turkish Airlines scheduled service. Upon arrival, our tour and services come to an end.
