This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people.  If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.

You must have a passport that is valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.

In destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you for the visa application.

To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.  

Our guests under 18 years of age traveling alone or with only one of their mother or father

Since there is a possibility that the police officer on duty at the country entry and exit may ask for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents when traveling with one of them; we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive about this issue.

It is recommended that those who regularly use medication bring more medicine than they need with them. Because not all kinds of medicine can be found in the country. In addition, if you have a serious health problem (heart, blood pressure, diabetes, etc.), it would be useful to carry a signed document from your doctor. Also, we recommend that you do not drink tap water and drink bottled water that you open yourself for the first time.

Extra tours and Activities are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, the trips cannot be operated, or the prices, content, and vehicle used for extra tours / activities may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of extra tours / activities may be changed by the guide according to whether the museums, ruins, or venue in the places to be visited are open or closed and according to weather conditions.

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. 

Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child who stays with 2 adults and falls within the age group specified in the pricing section.

Breakfasts taken at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are presented in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country you are in and generally as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.

Japan's currency is Yen (JPY). For this trip, we recommend that you bring USD with you and also have small denominations of it with you.

There is a +6 hour difference between Turkey and both countries. When it is 12:00 in Turkey, it is 18.00. in the countries we will be traveling to.

All mobile phone operators can be used if your phone has international roaming enabled. However, there may be no network in some parts of the country.

We recommend that you bring T-shirts that you can easily put on and take off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, comfortable walking shoes, and a thin jacket or cardigan. We advise you to prefer non-synthetic and cotton clothing. You may also bring a raincoat and umbrella in case of rain. Besides these, you can also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs for possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards. 

There is a cuisine dominated by Far Eastern food culture in the region. We recommend that you do not buy anything from street vendors. In addition, you will notice that the meals we have at the restaurants and hotels we will visit are suitable for your taste.

In Japan, 100 V is generally used. In Japan, British-type three-pin plugs are used. To avoid problems where sockets do not fit, universal plug adapters sold in electronics stores can be purchased. Examples of sockets can be seen at http://localti.me/tokyo-japan. We recommend that you bring an adapter.

Both countries are truly a shopping paradise, especially when it comes to electronics. In addition, traditional clothing and souvenirs can be purchased.

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for the destination/passport requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country will be granted. The passport police have the authority not to let you into the country. Bin Rota is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility belongs to the passenger.

There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or the times may change before the current trip and flight. BinRota is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities and are panoramic tours conducted with guide narration from inside the vehicle, lasting at most 2-3 hours and not including museum or archaeological site entrance fees. Bin Rota is not responsible for the fact that panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out if they coincide with the tour on the day and time specified and are not permitted to be visited or entered by local authorities, or if they cannot take place due to closed roads because of any event, and likewise in cases where the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, within possibilities, at points where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.

Tour Program
Istanbul – Tokyo
We meet at Istanbul Airport International Terminal. After ticketing and baggage procedures, we take a Turkish Airlines flight to Tokyo. We start the new day on the plane.
Tokyo
After arrival in Tokyo and the completion of baggage and passport procedures, we begin our panoramic Tokyo city tour with our private vehicle. First, we visit Senso-ji Temple in Asakusa, the oldest Shinto temple (645) famous for its enormous lanterns, which captures the atmosphere of Tokyo. You can buy gifts for your loved ones at the authentic Nakamise Street, Japan’s first open-air shopping arcade, where more than 70 shops are located. We then continue to Ginza, Japan’s luxury shopping district and perhaps the most famous street in the world. Ginza, which was Japan’s silver mint until 1800 and became a luxury shopping district after the Great Kanto Earthquake, takes its name from the combination of the kanji for “silver” (gin) and “lodge/office” (za). In the final part of our tour, we experience Shibuya Crossing, the pedestrian crossing used by millions of people every day and tens of thousands at the same time; as they say, “A Tokyo tour is not complete unless you step on Shibuya.” At the end of our tour, we transfer to our Tokyo hotel. Tokyo - Kamakura - Tokyo
After breakfast at our hotel, you will have a full day of free time to enjoy at your leisure. Guests who wish may join our optional Kamakura & Outlet tour (195 USD), organized by our guide. On our journey to Kamakura, the birthplace of Japan’s shogunate system, we first visit the Kotoku-in Temple, famous for the Great Buddha of Kamakura, one of the country’s symbols. We then continue to Hokokuji Temple, known for its peaceful atmosphere and bamboo groves. There, we have the opportunity to taste mochi, a traditional Japanese sweet, accompanied by green tea. In the final part of our tour, we stop at a large open-air outlet center and enjoy free time for shopping. At the end of the day, we return to our hotel in Tokyo. Overnight at our hotel.
Tokyo – Mount Fuji - Kawaguchi
After breakfast at our hotel, you can enjoy a full day at leisure. Guests who wish may join our optional Mount Fuji – Kawaguchi tour, organized by our guide for 195 USD. Our first stop on the tour will be the Mount Fuji Museum, where we will learn about Mount Fuji. Then we head to Oshino Hakkai Village, where we can experience natural spring waters and traditional Japanese life. Here, you can drink Fuji’s ice-cold water, taste local delicacies, and enjoy shopping among authentic souvenirs. If you wish, you can also try mochi rice cake, a traditional Japanese snack. The final stop of the tour is Lake Kawaguchi, which offers one of the most beautiful views of Mount Fuji. On a peaceful boat ride here, you will be amazed by the magnificent view of Mount Fuji. At the end of the tour, we transfer back to our hotel in Tokyo. Overnight at our hotel.
Tokyo – Nikko – Tokyo
After breakfast at our hotel, the entire day is free at leisure. Guests who wish may join the enchanting Nikko tour (195 USD), which our guide will organize as an optional excursion. Nikko, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Japan’s most impressive regions distinguished by its natural beauty, welcomes us with magnificent scenery and historic landmarks. We begin our tour with a short walk around Lake Chuzenji, known for its striking mountain views and tranquil atmosphere. We then visit Kegon Falls, formed by the waters flowing down from the lake and regarded as one of Japan’s most beautiful natural wonders. Later in the day, we explore Toshogu Shrine, captivating with its architecture and symbolism. Built by approximately 15,000 artisans, this shrine stands out both for its architectural richness and for the famous three monkey figures on its interior walls, conveying the message “See No Evil, Hear No Evil, Speak No Evil.” At the end of the tour, we return to Tokyo and check in to our hotel. You may enjoy the evening as you wish. Overnight at our hotel.
Tokyo – Osaka
After breakfast at our hotel, we transfer to Osaka by high-speed train. Osaka is traditionally regarded as the “Nation’s Kitchen” or the gourmet food capital of Japan. On our city tour in Osaka, we first begin with Osaka Castle, built in the 16th century and one of the finest examples of Japanese architecture. We then head to the Shinsaibashi district, the most central area of Osaka. We will have free time in the Dotonbori arcades of the Shinsaibashi district, where we will have the opportunity to explore the city’s culinary stops, considered a paradise for shopping and dining. At the end of our tour, we transfer to our Osaka hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Osaka
After breakfast at our hotel, the rest of the day is at leisure. Guests who wish may join our optional Nara & Kobe tour organized by our guide for 195 USD. We will take a full-day tour of Nara and Kobe. First, we head to Nara, one of Japan’s former capitals and historically the cradle of Japanese arts, crafts, literature, culture, and industry, located about an hour away, where we visit Todaiji Temple. Todaiji is not only the largest wooden structure in the world, but also houses the world’s largest Buddha statue. In Nara Park, we will also be able to see the Nara deer. Afterwards, we head to Kobe, famous for its beef. During free time in Kobe, guests may choose to try the famous Kobe beef. Then we proceed to the Nunobiki Herb Garden, one of Japan’s largest gardens, spread over 40 acres. We reach the garden by cable car, located atop Mount Rokko. The Nunobiki Herb Garden contains more than 75,000 different plant varieties. At the end of our tour, we transfer back to our hotel in Osaka. Overnight at our hotel.
Osaka
After breakfast at our hotel, we will have a full day at leisure. Guests who wish may join the optional Kyoto tour organized by our guide for 195 USD. Our first stop on the tour will be Kinkaku-ji Temple, made of gold. Kinkaku-ji Temple is an iconic Zen Buddhist temple in Kyoto, famous for its gold-plated exterior and elegant architecture by the pond. Afterwards, we will visit Fushimi Inari Shrine, where scenes from the film “Memoirs of a Geisha” were also shot. Here, we will see hundreds of Torii gates placed one after another. Next, we will visit the mystical atmosphere of the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove in the Arashiyama area. At the end of our tour, we will have free time in the Gion district, famous for its geishas. After the free time, we will meet at the time determined by our guide and transfer to Osaka Airport. Following ticketing and baggage procedures, we will begin our flight to Istanbul on Turkish Airlines’ scheduled service. Overnight will be on the plane.
