This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of the trip and not older than 10 years.
For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will send you.
To avoid any problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visas to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
Since our guests under the age of 18 may be asked by the police officer at the country entry-exit points for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents when traveling alone or with only one of their parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive about this matter.
HEALTH
There is no vaccination requirement upon entry to Spain. We do not think there will be any health-threatening issues with meals taken at the region's good restaurants and hotels. Nevertheless, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about food and drink, definitely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, eat meat and fish that you are sure are well cooked, and choose fruits that can be peeled, such as bananas and pineapples.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and there is no obligation to participate. If sufficient numbers are not reached, the trips may not take place, or the prices, content, and vehicle used for optional tours/activities may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to whether the museums, archaeological sites, or venues at the destinations are open or closed, and according to weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km.
Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are made up of foldaway and coach bed beds, participants making 3rd-person and/or child reservations are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type.
Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.
Breakfasts taken at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and are generally offered as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.

The currency of Spain is Euro (EUR).
It is useful to have Euro (EUR) with you.
TIME ZONE
Spain is 2 hours behind Turkey in summer time and 1 hour behind in winter time.
For example, when it is 18:30 in Turkey in summer, it is 17:30 in Spain.

Your mobile phone line can be used if it is open for international calls (roaming).
CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS
If you are going in the summer season, we recommend that you bring T-shirts, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton pants, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket, and a light sweater for the evenings that can be easily put on and taken off. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards. In the winter period, we recommend clothing that allows you to move comfortably and keeps you warm.
CUISINE
Spanish cuisine derives from a complex history in which invasions and conquests of Spain changed traditions and introduced new ingredients. Thus, Spain's current and old cuisine combines old and new traditions. Gazpacho soup, Fajita, and delicious snack Tapas are among the important flavors of the cuisine.

The power outlets are the same as in Turkey.

There are shopping centers in city centers and small stalls selling souvenirs.

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for visa-required destination/passport) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry to the country. Bin Rota is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a delay risk on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children between 0-2 years of age do not pay airport tax and airport service fees
Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours organized for the general introduction of cities and conducted panoramically with commentary from the vehicle, excluding museum and site entrance fees. Bin Rota is not responsible if panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour because local authorities do not allow sightseeing or entry, or due to closed roads because of any event, or when weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may, where possible, be conducted by public transportation or on foot in places where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed.
