PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT  

This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days prior to the tour start date. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.

In destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be submitted using the documents specified in the "Documents Required for Visa" list provided by your agency.

To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the destination country due to torn, worn, wet, or otherwise damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and if the destination country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be affixed to the new passport. In case of non-compliance, responsibility lies with the traveler.

Since children under 18 traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked by border police for a document showing joint parental consent, we recommend that guests under 18 and their parents exercise caution in this regard.

HEALTH 

There is no mandatory vaccination requirement for entry into Spain. We do not anticipate any health-threatening issues from meals taken at good restaurants and hotels in the region. However, when you are not with the group, we advise you to be careful with food and drink consumption, strictly consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk, and dairy products, eat meat and fish products only if you are sure they are well-cooked, and for fruits, we recommend eating those that can be peeled like bananas and pineapples.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES       

Optional tours and activities are organized by our local partner agency with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people and are not mandatory. If the required number is not met, tours may not take place, or optional tour/activity prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the dates and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums, historical sites, or venues are open/closed and weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION     

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further than the specified kilometers.

Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability. In such rooms, the bed provided for the 3rd person may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or known as coach beds, participants (the 3rd person and/or children) booking these rooms are deemed to have accepted potential crowding and the type of bed.

Child discounts apply to one (1) child staying with two adults and falling within the age group specified in the pricing section.

Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.

CURRENCY     

The currency of Spain is Euro (EUR).

It is advisable to carry Euro (EUR) with you.

TIME ZONE      

Spain is 2 hours behind Turkey during summer time and 1 hour behind during winter time.

For example, when it is 18:30 in Turkey during summer, it is 17:30 in Spain.

TELEPHONE USAGE     

Your mobile phone line must be enabled for international calls (roaming) to be used.

CLOTHING AND ESSENTIAL ITEMS    

If traveling in summer, we recommend bringing easily wearable t-shirts, short and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket, and a thin sweater for evenings. Additionally, you may bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs for possible noise, a camera, video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards. For the winter season, we recommend clothing that allows comfortable movement and keeps you warm.

FOOD CULTURE            

Spanish cuisine originates from a complex history where Spanish invasions and conquests altered traditions and introduced new ingredients. Thus, Spain's current and traditional cuisine combines old and new traditions. Gazpacho soup, Fajita, and delicious tapas snacks are important flavors of the cuisine.

ELECTRICITY            

Electrical sockets are the same as in Turkey.

SHOPPING          

Shopping opportunities are available in shopping centers located in city centers and small souvenir stalls.

IMPORTANT NOTES            

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not guarantee entry into the country. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry. Bin Rota is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the traveler.

The agency acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change prior to the existing tour and flight. The agency is obligated to notify passengers of such changes as soon as possible. Passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes or airport service fees.

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction to cities, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include entrance to museums or historical sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, may not take place if local authorities do not permit visiting or entering on the scheduled day and time, or due to closed roads caused by any event. Similarly, if weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour, Bin Rota is not responsible for the inability to perform said tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot, depending on available options, at points where closed roads or vehicle access restrictions exist.

Tour Program
Istanbul - Malaga - Granada
After meeting our guide at the Istanbul Airport International Terminal, we proceed to the Turkish Airlines counter to complete our baggage and ticket procedures. We then fly to Malaga on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. Upon arrival in Malaga, we begin our panoramic city tour of this historic city, birthplace of the renowned painter Pablo Picasso. Highlights of the tour include Paseo de Parque (Park Avenue), Plaza de la Merced, Malaga Cathedral, Calle Marqués de Larios, Puerto Marina (Marina), as well as panoramic views of La Alcazaba Palace and Gibralfaro Castle. After the tour, we depart for Granada and check into our hotel. Following room allocation, you will have free time to rest. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Granada – Cordoba – Seville – Granada
After breakfast at the hotel, you will have free time throughout the day. Guests who wish may join our guide's optional tour of the Old City and Mosque of Cordoba and the Cathedral of Seville (entrance tickets included) for 130 euros. Cordoba was one of the most populous cities in the world during the 10th and 11th centuries and became a leading center in Europe for science, art, and culture. This ancient city, where Jews, Christians, and Muslims lived peacefully side by side for centuries, is now listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Our tour will include visits to historic and culturally significant landmarks such as the Roman Bridge, the City Walls, the Muslim and Jewish quarters, and Calle de las Flores (Flowers Street). Next, we will visit the Cordoba Mosque (Mezquita), construction of which began in 785 and was completed in 987, widely regarded as one of the most impressive works of Western Islamic art. This architectural masterpiece captivates visitors with its elegant details and historical atmosphere. Afterward, we will depart for Seville. Upon arrival, we begin our tour of the Seville Cathedral, which includes a visit to one of the largest Gothic cathedrals in the world. Following the tour, we return to Granada and transfer to our hotel for an overnight stay.
Granada
After breakfast at the hotel, we will embark on Granada's panoramic city tour. During this tour, we will explore the historic fabric of Granada, reflecting both its Christian and Andalusian Umayyad heritage. Highlights include Gran Via, Bib Rambla Square, the Arab Bazaar, and City Hall Square. Following the tour, guests will have free time. Those interested may join our guide's optional evening excursion to Albaicín & Sacromonte Gypsy Quarter (50 EUR). This experience includes an unforgettable Flamenco show set against the backdrop of the Alhambra Palace, nestled at the foot of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. After the performance, we will explore the Sacromonte and Albaicín neighborhoods and enjoy a view of the illuminated Alhambra Palace. The day concludes with a transfer back to our hotel and free time for overnight stay.
Granada
After breakfast at the hotel, you will have free time throughout the day. Guests who wish may join an optional tour of the Alhambra Palace organized by our guide (€75). The Alhambra, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the subject of countless fairy tales, is one of Andalusia's most significant historical monuments, renowned for its stunning Arab architecture, elegant gardens, and enchanting pools. (Note: Tickets for the Nasrid Palaces and the Alhambra Harems are subject to daily quotas; no guarantee can be provided for late reservations. Access without a quota applies only to areas outside the Harem.) After the tour, we will return to our hotel for overnight stay.
Granada - Seville - Istanbul
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for the city of Seville. Upon arrival, we will enjoy a panoramic tour of Seville, the capital of Andalusia. Highlights include the impressive Plaza de España, the historic Torre del Oro (Golden Tower), Maria Luisa Park with its fountains and lush gardens, and the charming Santa Cruz neighborhood, known for its narrow streets and authentic atmosphere. Following the panoramic city tour, there will be free time. Guests who wish may join an optional guided tour of the Alcazar Palace (entrance tickets included) for 30 euros. We will explore the magnificent halls, courtyards, tile decorations, and verdant gardens of the Alcazar, one of the finest examples of Andalusian architecture. After the visit, we transfer to the airport. Following baggage and passport procedures, we return to Istanbul on Turkish Airlines' scheduled flight. Upon arrival in Istanbul, our tour concludes.
