PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS  

This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date will be 20 days prior to the tour start date. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip and must not be older than 10 years.

In destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made using the documents specified in the "Documents Required for Visa" list provided by your agency.

To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the destination country due to torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and if the destination country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be affixed to the new passport. In case of non-compliance, the responsibility lies with the traveler.

Since police officers at entry/exit points may request a document showing joint parental consent when guests under 18 travel alone or with only one parent (mother or father); we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents exercise caution in this matter.

HEALTH 

There are no mandatory vaccinations for entry into Spain. We do not anticipate any health-threatening issues with meals taken at good restaurants and hotels in the region. However, when you are not with the group, we advise you to be careful with food and drink consumption, strictly consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk, and dairy products, consume meat and fish products only if you are sure they are well-cooked, and eat fruits like bananas and pineapples whose peels can be removed.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES       

Optional tours and activities are organized by our local partner agency with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people and are not mandatory. If the required number is not met, the tours may not take place, or optional tour/activity prices, content, and vehicles used may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the dates and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide based on whether museums, historical sites, or venues are open/closed and weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION     

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further than the specified kilometers.

Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability. In such rooms, the bed provided for the 3rd person may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or sofa-bed type, participants who are the 3rd person and/or children booking are deemed to have accepted potential crowding in the room and the type of bed.

Child discounts apply to a single (1) child accompanying 2 adults and falling within the age group specified in the pricing section.

Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally as a continental breakfast consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.

CURRENCY     

The currency of Spain is the Euro (EUR).

It is advisable to carry Euros (EUR) with you.

TIME ZONE      

Spain is 2 hours behind Turkey during summer time and 1 hour behind during winter time.

For example, when it is 18:30 in Turkey during summer, it is 17:30 in Spain.

If your mobile phone line is enabled for international calls (roaming), it can be used.

CLOTHING AND ESSENTIAL ITEMS    

If traveling in summer, we recommend bringing easily wearable t-shirts, short-sleeved and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket, and a thin sweater for evenings. Additionally, you may bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards. During the winter season, we recommend clothing that allows comfortable movement and keeps you warm.

FOOD CULTURE            

Spanish cuisine originates from a complex history where Spanish invasions and conquests altered traditions and introduced new ingredients. Thus, Spain's current and traditional cuisine combines old and new traditions. Gazpacho soup, Fajitas, and delicious tapas snacks are important flavors of the cuisine.

ELECTRICITY            

Electrical sockets are the same as in Turkey.

SHOPPING          

Shopping opportunities are available in shopping centers located in city centers and small souvenir stalls.

IMPORTANT NOTES            

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports where a visa is required) does not guarantee entry into the country. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry. Bin Rota is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the traveler.

The agency acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change prior to the existing tour and flight. The agency is obligated to notify passengers of such changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes or airport service fees.

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction to cities, conducted via vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include entrance to museums or historical sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, will not be held if local authorities do not permit visiting or entering on the scheduled day and time, or due to closed roads caused by any event. Similarly, Bin Rota is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours due to adverse weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot, depending on circumstances, at locations where road access is restricted or vehicle entry is not permitted.

Tour Program
Istanbul - Madrid
We meet our guide at Istanbul Airport's International Terminal. After our scheduled Turkish Airlines flight to Madrid, we arrive in Spain's capital, Madrid. From the airport, we begin our panoramic city tour with a vehicle waiting for us. During this tour of Madrid, Spain's elegant capital, we will have the opportunity to closely explore the city's historic fabric, grand squares, and impressive architectural landmarks. Along the way, we will see one of Madrid's iconic structures, the Puerta de Alcalá, and take a photo stop at Cibeles Square and the magnificent Cibeles Fountain, considered the heart of the city. We then proceed along Paseo del Prado, surrounded by art, history, and splendor, to discover the elegant Apollo Fountain. Other highlights of our tour include Retiro Park, where greenery and tranquility meet; Castellana Avenue, one of the city's main arteries; Arena, noted for its historical atmosphere; the Madrid Botanical Garden, captivating with its botanical diversity; Neptune Fountain, standing out for its elegance; and the Madrid City Hall, renowned for its striking architecture. After this enjoyable tour that allows us to experience Madrid's spirit from past to present, its grand squares, and its unique urban atmosphere, we transfer to our hotel and enjoy free time. In the evening, guests who wish may join an optional Flamenco Show organized by our guide (60 Euro). On this special night, you will have the chance to witness an unforgettable performance of flamenco dance, one of the most important symbols of Spanish culture, blending passion, music, and rhythm. Accompanied by traditional guitar melodies, captivating dance displays, and powerful vocals, this memorable experience promises to be truly unforgettable. Following the show, we transfer back to our hotel for overnight stay.
Madrid - Segovia - Madrid
After breakfast at our hotel, you will have free time. Guests who wish may join the optional Segovia & Outlet Tour (€110) organized by our guide. We depart for Segovia, one of Spain's best-preserved Roman monuments and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Upon arrival, our city tour includes the iconic Segovia Aqueduct, a masterpiece of Roman engineering; the historic city center; and Plaza Mayor, the heart of the city. We will also view the Segovia Cathedral, considered one of the most important examples of Spanish Gothic architecture, and the fairytale-like Alcázar of Segovia from panoramic viewpoints. Afterward, we stop at Mirador del Alcázar for a photo break, offering breathtaking views of both the city and the Alcázar. Following our visit to Segovia, we head back to Madrid. Upon arrival in Madrid, we proceed to Las Rozas Village Outlet Center, home to stylish boutiques of world-renowned prestigious brands, select shopping areas, cafes, and restaurants. As one of Madrid's most popular shopping destinations, this exclusive outlet offers you free time to enjoy advantageous shopping across a range of distinguished brands. After your enjoyable shopping experience, we transfer back to our hotel.
Madrid - Toledo - Granada
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Granada. Our first stop along the way is Toledo, Spain's former capital and one of the cities inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List, famously known as the city of El Greco. It is one of the rare cities that has remained largely unchanged from the 16th century to the present day. Upon arrival, our city tour will include some of its most iconic landmarks: the majestic Toledo Cathedral, the striking silhouette of the Alcázar of Toledo, the historic Puerta de Bisagra (Bisagra Gate), and panoramic views of the city. We will explore a city where structures bear the traces of Roman, Visigothic, Arab, Gothic, and Renaissance architecture, winding through narrow streets, encountering El Greco's paintings, and admiring its renowned cathedral. During the tour, we will also stroll through the narrow, authentic alleys of the Jewish Quarter. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel in Granada.
Granada
After breakfast at our hotel, you will have free time. Guests who wish may join the optional Granada & Alhambra Palace tour organized by our guide (75 Euros, including entrance tickets). Please note: Nasrid Palaces and the Alhambra Harem tickets are subject to daily quotas; late reservations cannot be guaranteed. Access without a quota applies only to areas outside the Harem. We will then visit the Alhambra Palace, renowned for its Arabesque architecture, pools, and gardens, and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Following this visit, we proceed to the Granada city tour. Along Gran Via, La Rambla Street, the Arab Bazaar, and the Town Square, you will explore historic streets of Granada featuring artifacts from the Umayyad and Abbasid periods. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel and provide free time. In the evening, guests who wish may join the optional Albaicin and Sacromonte Gypsy Quarter Night Tour organized by our guide (60 Euros). During this tour, you will enjoy an unforgettable Flamenco performance in the old Gypsy settlements located opposite the Alhambra Palace at the foot of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. After the show, you will have the opportunity to explore the Sacromonte and Albaicin neighborhoods and view the illuminated Alhambra Palace. Following the tour, we return to our hotel for overnight stay.
Granada - Cordoba - Seville
After enjoying breakfast at our hotel, we head to Cordoba, the heart of Andalusian history. Upon arrival, we begin our tour of the Old City and Mosque of Cordoba. During the 10th and 11th centuries, Cordoba was one of the most populous cities in the world and a leading center for science, art, and culture in Europe. This ancient city, where Jews, Christians, and Muslims lived peacefully side by side for centuries, is now listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Our tour includes visits to some of Cordoba's iconic landmarks: the Roman Bridge, the city walls, the Muslim and Jewish quarters, and Calle de las Flores (Flowers Street). Next, we visit the Great Mosque of Cordoba (Mezquita), construction of which began in 785 and was completed in 987. Recognized as one of the most impressive masterpieces of Western Islamic art, this architectural marvel captivates visitors with its elegant details and historic atmosphere. After the tour, we continue our journey to Seville. Upon arrival, we transfer to our hotel and spend the night there.
Seville - Istanbul
After breakfast at our hotel, we begin a panoramic city tour of Seville. Our first stops include the impressive Plaza de España, known for its striking architecture; the historic Torre del Oro (Golden Tower); Maria Luisa Park, with its fountains and lush green gardens; and the charming Santa Cruz neighborhood, famous for its narrow streets and authentic atmosphere. Following the panoramic city tour, we proceed to visit the Alcazar Palace and Seville Cathedral. During this segment, we will see the Alcazar Palace, one of the most elegant examples of Andalusian architecture, and Seville Cathedral, which holds the title of the world's largest Gothic cathedral (viewed from outside). Next, we transfer to Seville Airport. After completing baggage check-in, ticket procedures, and customs formalities, we board our Turkish Airlines scheduled flight back to Istanbul. Upon arrival, our tour and services come to an end.
