The advertised prices are subject to a tiered pricing system that applies as the quota fills up.

Your travel documents and flight tickets must be with you throughout the journey.

Sufficient participation is required for the package tour to take place (typically, the minimum number of participants is set at 20 and the maximum at 40, though this may vary depending on the date and specific tour). In case sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days prior to the tour start. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

In necessary cases, we reserve the right to change the order of visiting tours/cities and the airline company without prior notice and without altering the program content.

Holding a valid passport and/or visa does not guarantee entry into the country. The border police have the authority to deny entry; BinRota is not responsible for this situation, and all responsibility lies entirely with the passenger.

BinRota acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays or cancellations in scheduled and special flights, and flight times may also change; BinRota is obligated to notify such changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.

             

ABOUT ACCOMMODATION

The hotels specified in the program are in the "and similar" category, and final hotel information will be provided 48 hours before the tour departure.

Hotel star ratings may vary according to local conditions in the destination countries.

During peak periods such as trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, or sports tournaments, hotels may be selected at distances greater than those specified.

Check-in at the hotel is earliest at 15:00 local time, and check-out is between 11:00 - 12:00.

Bed type cannot be guaranteed and is blocked based on hotel availability. Triple rooms are assigned according to hotel suitability and consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed; since extra beds are foldable or convertible sofa beds (coach bed), guests booking triple occupancy and/or children are deemed to accept potential crowding and the bed type. Child discounts apply only to one child staying with two adults and falling within the age group specified in the pricing section.

In group accommodations, breakfast, in accordance with the culture of the host country, may be served as a limited continental menu (butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee) in a separate room allocated to the group at a specific time designated for the group.

             

ABOUT FLIGHT TICKETS

Tickets are issued exactly matching the name/surname, date of birth, Turkish ID number, and passport details on the passport; our agency bears no responsibility for incorrect information provided.

You must be at the airport at least 3 hours before the flight time. Online check-in procedures are performed by the guest 24 hours before the flight. Some airlines do not allow online check-in or seat selection for group tickets.

Our agency is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in time/route/price caused by the airline.

Due to the sequential ticket rule of airlines; if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight may also be cancelled.

             

NOTES ON GUIDING AND TOURS

Panoramic city tours are guided tours conducted from inside the vehicle for general introduction to cities, do not include entrance to museums/sites, and last a maximum of 2-3 hours.

Our agency is not responsible for tours being unable to take place due to closures of sites by local authorities, road closures, or adverse weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot, where possible, due to closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.

Optional/extra tours are organized by the local agency subject to a minimum participation rate of one-third of the group size and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not met, tours may not take place, or the price, content, and vehicles used may vary according to the number of participants. The days and times of optional tours may be changed depending on whether museums/sites are open or closed and weather conditions.

             

VISA AND PASSPORT

Ordinary (red) passport holders are subject to visa requirements; Special (green) and Service passport holders are exempt from visas. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip and must not be older than 10 years. There must be blank pages in the passport for entry-exit stamps.

In destinations requiring a visa, applications must be made with the documents listed in the "Documents Required for Visa" list to be provided by your agency.

Torn, worn, wet, or otherwise damaged passports must be renewed; if the destination country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, a valid visa must be present in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.

Guests under 18 traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked for a joint consent document at border crossings; we recommend exercising caution in this matter.

             

HEALTH

There are no mandatory vaccinations for any European countries visited.

No health issues are expected in hotels and quality restaurants; however, during times outside the group, it is recommended that you consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, eat well-cooked meat/fish, and prefer fruits that can be peeled like bananas and pineapples.

             

CURRENCY

Countries using Euro (EUR): Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece, and other Eurozone countries.

Countries using their own currency: Switzerland (Swiss Franc / CHF), United Kingdom (Pound Sterling / GBP), Czech Republic (Czech Koruna / CZK), Hungary (Forint / HUF), Poland (Zloty / PLN), Denmark/Sweden/Norway (Kroner). TIME ZONES

Most Continental European countries (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Hungary, Poland, etc.) are 1 hour behind Turkey during daylight saving time and 2 hours behind during standard winter time.

United Kingdom and Portugal are 2 hours behind Turkey during daylight saving time and 3 hours behind during standard winter time.

Greece is in the same time zone as Turkey.

             

ELECTRICITY AND PLUGS

In Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Portugal, Greece, and most Continental European countries, plug types are the same as in Turkey (Type C/F, 220-230V).

In the United Kingdom, a different plug type (Type G, three flat pins) is used; you must bring a plug adapter for this country.

Istanbul – Marseille – Marseille Tour – Aix-en-Provence Tour – Nice
After meeting your guide at the Istanbul Airport International Terminal, we will proceed to the Turkish Airlines counter for baggage and ticket procedures before departing on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight to Marseille. Upon arrival in Marseille, we will meet our private vehicle and begin our panoramic city tour of this historic Mediterranean port city. First, we visit Vieux-Port, the heart of Marseille for centuries, renowned for its boats, historic facades, and vibrant waterfront atmosphere. Next, we admire the Pharo Palace, which commands a commanding view over the sea and features elegant architecture dating back to the era of Napoleon III. We then head toward Marseille's historic harbor district, where we explore La Major Cathedral, one of the city's most striking structures with its striped stone façade and majestic domes, as well as the surrounding area of Mucem, where the old port fabric meets contemporary architecture. Continuing our tour, we stroll along Canebière Boulevard, which stretches from Vieux-Port to the city center and has long been one of the busiest arteries of Marseille's commercial and social life. This journey allows us to experience the Mediterranean culture, historic port ambiance, and modern urban life all together. After completing our sightseeing in Marseille, we depart for Aix-en-Provence. Upon arrival, we begin our panoramic tour of Aix-en-Provence. First, we see Fontaine de la Rotonde, one of the city's most iconic landmarks. Then, we walk along Cours Mirabeau, a grand avenue extending approximately 440 meters, lined with magnificent mansions, cafés, fountains, and plane trees. Our tour continues into the Vieux Aix district, known for its narrow streets and warm-colored façades that reflect Aix's historic character. Here, we visit Place d'Albertas, noted for its elegant architecture and fountain, followed by Place de l'Hôtel de Ville, surrounded by the town hall and its clock tower. Finally, we stop at Saint-Sauveur Cathedral, which bears traces of various architectural periods, allowing us to intimately experience the tranquil lifestyle, historic texture, and unique atmosphere of Provence. After concluding our tour, we transfer to our hotel in Nice, check into our rooms, and spend the night there.
Nice – Eze – Monaco – Cannes – Nice
After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, you will have free time. Guests who wish may join our guide's optional tour of Eze, Monaco, and Cannes (€100). The tour begins with departure to Eze, our first stop. This medieval town perched on a high hill features narrow stone streets where we take a walk and listen to our guide share the village's history. Next, guests may visit the Fragonard Perfume Factory, known for its boutique production of famous perfume brands, and participate in a short guided presentation before having the opportunity to shop. Afterward, we depart from Eze and, after a short drive, arrive in the Principality of Monaco. We first explore the historic district of Monaco-Ville, visiting key landmarks such as the Prince's Palace, the Justice Palace, and Saint Nicholas Cathedral. Then, we pause for photos at Monte Carlo Casino Square, home to one of the world's most renowned casinos. We experience Monaco by driving along the routes used by the Formula 1 race track. Following this, we leave Monaco and head west along the Mediterranean coast to reach the city of Cannes. Here, we receive information about La Croisette Boulevard, the Palais des Festivals (Festival Palace), and the beachfront area, followed by some free time. Guests may enjoy coffee by the beach or browse the shops of luxury brands. At the end of our excursion, we transfer back to our hotel in Nice for an overnight stay.
Nice – Saint Paul de Vence Tour – Nice Tour – Genoa
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for a panoramic tour of Saint-Paul-de-Vence. First, we explore the old town of Saint-Paul-de-Vence, one of the most characteristic historic settlements on the Côte d'Azur, renowned for its medieval stone walls, narrow streets, and buildings reflecting Provençal architecture. Continuing our visit, we admire Porte de Vence, one of the village's iconic entrances, the Place du Jeu de Boules surrounded by centuries-old plane trees, art galleries nestled among stone-fronted houses, and traditional shops. In this inspiring setting that has captivated painters, artists, and writers for centuries, we conclude our tour while immersing ourselves in the historic atmosphere blending seamlessly with the Provençal hills. Afterward, we head toward Nice. Upon arrival, we begin a panoramic city tour of Nice. We start along the palm-lined beachfront stretching across Baie des Anges, famous for its signature blue chairs, following the Promenade des Anglais—the city's world-renowned landmark—where we spot the Hôtel Negresco, distinguished by its pink dome and grand Belle Époque architecture. Next, we explore Place Masséna, the heart of Nice's social life, featuring buildings in shades of red and ochre, a black-and-white geometric pavement, and the central Fontaine du Soleil. Our journey continues into Vieux Nice, where pastel-colored buildings, narrow alleys, small squares, and a vibrant Mediterranean ambiance best reflect the city's historic identity. We then proceed along Quai des États-Unis, bordering the Mediterranean coast, to view Port Lympia, one of Nice's liveliest areas, known for its colorful boats and distinctive seaside structures. Genoa – Portofino – Cinque Terre – La Spezia – Genoa
After breakfast at the hotel, you will have a full day of free time. Guests who wish may join our guide on an optional Riviera Dream and Colorful Coasts tour to Portofino, La Spezia, and Cinque Terre (€120). Our journey begins with a drive toward Rapallo, followed by a boat ride to Portofino. Nestled in a sheltered cove along the Ligurian coast, Portofino is one of the world-renowned symbols of Mediterranean luxury, blending its colorful seaside villas with enchanting natural beauty. The town's most iconic features include its charming crescent-shaped harbor, the historic Castello Brown perched atop the hill, and the San Giorgio Church overlooking the bay. After a walking tour in Portofino, we return to Rapallo for transfer to the Cinque Terre train excursion. From there, we continue by private vehicle to La Spezia, our first stop. Here, we begin our train journey through the breathtaking coastal villages of Cinque Terre. We make a stop at one of the five UNESCO World Heritage-listed villages, exploring its history and architecture before enjoying some free time. During this period, guests may choose to stroll along the waterfront, browse souvenir shops, or savor fresh seafood. Finally, we board our private vehicle and return to our hotel in Genoa for free time and overnight stay.
Genoa – Genoa Tour – Outlet – Turin – Istanbul
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for the Panoramic Genoa Tour to explore Genoa, the capital of the Liguria region and one of the Mediterranean's most powerful maritime centers for centuries. First, we visit Boccadasse, a neighborhood on the city's eastern coast that preserves traditional Ligurian coastal life with its pastel-colored houses, small fishing boats, and narrow streets leading down to the sea. Here, we pause briefly for photos in this tranquil fishing village atmosphere nestled beside Genoa's dense urban fabric. Next, we proceed to Genoa's historic center, stopping at Piazza Raffaele De Ferrari, the city's most important square and the heart of its social and cultural life, renowned for its magnificent fountain and monumental surrounding buildings. Nearby, we admire the grand Palazzo Ducale, which once served as the administrative center of the Republic of Genoa, and Teatro Carlo Felice, one of the city's key cultural landmarks. Continuing our tour, we view from outside the Cattedrale di San Lorenzo, Genoa's most significant religious building, distinguished by its striking black-and-white marble striped facade, monumental entrances, and architectural heritage spanning from the Middle Ages to the present. We then move to the Palazzi dei Rolli area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site reflecting the wealth of 16th- and 17th-century Genoa and the opulent lifestyle of its aristocratic families.
