A tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

• Where deemed necessary, without prior notice and without altering the content of the program; the right to change the order in which tours/cities are visited and the airline company is reserved.

• Having a valid passport and/or visa does not mean that entry into the country will be permitted. The passport police have the authority to refuse entry; BinRota is not responsible for this situation and full responsibility belongs to the passenger.

• BinRota acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. • Optional/extra tours are organized by the local agency with the condition that at least one third of the group participates, and participation is not mandatory. If sufficient numbers are not reached, excursions may not take place, or the price, content, and vehicle used may vary depending on the number of participants. The days and times of optional tours may be changed depending on whether museums/archaeological sites are open or closed and on weather conditions.
