PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT

This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people.  If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.

HEALTH

There is no vaccination requirement for entry into Italy. We do not think there will be any problem that could threaten your health in meals taken at the region's good restaurants and hotels. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about food and drink, definitely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, consume meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and eat fruits with peels that can be removed, such as bananas and pineapple.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we work with with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If sufficient numbers are not reached, the excursions cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle used for the optional tour/activity may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on whether the museums, ruins, or venues at the destinations to be visited are open/closed and according to weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a distance greater than the specified km. 

Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldaway or coach beds, participants making reservations for a 3rd person and/or child are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the type of bed. 

Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section. 

Breakfasts included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country where you are staying and are generally served as a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, commonly referred to as continental breakfast, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.

CURRENCY

The currency of Italy is the Euro (EUR). It is recommended that you carry Euro (EUR) with you.

TIME ZONE

Italy is 3 hours behind Turkey in daylight saving time and 2 hours behind in winter time. For example, when it is 18:30 in Turkey in summer, it is 15:30 in Italy.

CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS

If you are going in the summer season, we recommend that you bring T-shirts, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket for the evenings, and a light sweater that can be easily put on and taken off.  In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs for possible noise, a camera, a video camera, their chargers, and spare memory cards. In the winter period, we recommend clothing that allows you to move comfortably and keep warm.

CUISINE CULTURE

Italian cuisine, which varies by region, is among the world's richest cuisines thanks to the influence of the Mediterranean. It offers a wide range of options, from snacks prepared with fresh tomatoes, greens, and country-specific cheeses, to pizzas with magnificent flavors, pasta made with various sauces, and seafood.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.  

The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or hours may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees. 

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities and conducted panoramically from the vehicle with guide narration, lasting at most 2-3 hours and not including museum or archaeological site entrance fees. The agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out the aforementioned tours if panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour due to being disallowed by local authorities, closed roads due to any event, or when weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot, where possible, at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not permitted.

Tour Program
Istanbul - Rome
After meeting your guide at the New Airport International Terminal, and completing your baggage and ticket procedures at the Turkish Airlines counter, we depart for Rome on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. Upon arrival, we will begin our panoramic Rome city tour with our private vehicle waiting for us. In Rome, places we will see include Castel Sant'Angelo, located on the banks of the Tiber River and built as Hadrian’s mausoleum; Piazza Venezia, situated in the center of Rome and at the intersection of the city’s main streets; the Vittorio Emanuele II Monument, built to symbolize the unification of Italy; the Colosseum, which hosted gladiatorial contests and public spectacles during the Ancient Roman period; the Trevi Fountain, Rome’s most famous Baroque fountain, where it is believed that those who toss a coin into it will return to the city; and the Spanish Steps, one of Rome’s most famous and vibrant stairways connecting the Spanish Square and the Monti Church. We then transfer to our hotel and have free time. Guests who wish may join the optional Rome Masterpieces & Vatican & Night Tour (65 Euros per person), organized by our guide. On this tour, places we will see panoramically include the Caracalla Baths, one of the largest bath complexes of Ancient Rome; Circo Massimo, where chariot races were held in Ancient Rome; the Vatican, the world’s smallest independent state located within Rome; the Palace of Justice, known for its magnificent façade; Piazza Navona, one of the most elegant and lively districts of Rome; the Fountain of the Four Rivers, designed by Bernini and located in Piazza Navona; the Italian Senate Building; and the Pantheon, one of the best-preserved structures from Ancient Rome to the present day. After our tour and free time, we return to our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Rome
After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, free time. Those who wish may join our optional Lake District & Castel Romano Shopping Tour (60 Euro per person), organized by our guide. Our first stop is Castel Gandolfo, where we will see the Pope’s summer residence and the magnificent Albano Lake view. After arriving at our next stop, Nemi Village, we will take a pleasant walk through Nemi. Following the walk, we will have a short free time to taste Nemi Village’s famous strawberry tart and shop. After our free time, we transfer to Castel Romano Outlet, Italy’s most famous outlet, and give our guests free time for shopping. At the end of the tour, we return to Rome and transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Rome - Naples - Rome
After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we will have free time. Guests who wish may join the optional Naples & Pompeii Tour (90 Euros per person), arranged by our guide. We set off for Naples to begin our tour. Upon arrival, we will first take our Naples tour. During our tour, the Royal Palace, built in the 16th century, San Carlo Theater, which hosts some of the world’s most important performances, Umberto I Gallery, famous for its cafés and shops, San Francesco di Paola Church, inspired by the Pantheon in Rome, Plebiscito Square, Castel Nuovo, and Naples Port will be seen from the outside. After our Naples tour, we continue on to Pompeii. In this ancient city, preserved for centuries in the shadow of Mount Vesuvius, we will have the chance to see structures such as the Basilica, Forum, baths, and bakeries. At the end of our tour, we return to Rome. Overnight at our hotel in Rome.
Rome - Florence
After breakfast at our hotel in Sabah, we transfer to Florence. Upon arrival, we will take part in our panoramic Florence city tour. During our tour, we will see the Arno River, which divides Florence into two, the Ponte Vecchio bridge famous for its jewelers, Palazzo Vecchio, where the Medici family ruled Florence, Piazza della Signoria, home to the masterpieces Hercules and David from the Renaissance, the Santa Maria del Fiore Duomo, which has the 3rd highest dome in Italy, and the Baptistery, famous for its doors. After ending our tour with a photo stop at Michelangelo Hill, where we can enjoy views of the whole city and the Arno River, we transfer to our hotel and have free time. Overnight at our hotel.
Florence
After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, free time. Guests who wish may join the Siena & San Gimignano & Pisa Tour (95 Euros per person), which will be organized optionally by our guide. For our tour, we first head to Siena. During our city tour in Siena, this UNESCO World Cultural Heritage city will take you back centuries in time. Places to be seen include the San Domenico Church, the Duomo Cathedral, Piazza del Campo where the Palio horse race takes place, the famous Palazzo del Popolo, now used as the City Hall, and the narrow streets that still reflect all the traces of the past. Afterwards, we visit San Gimignano, which reflects the charm of the Middle Ages with its surrounding walls and towers, and is therefore called the Manhattan of the Middle Ages. Then we head to Pisa. After seeing the Leaning Tower of Pisa and Miracoli Square during our tour, we return to our hotel and have free time. Overnight at our hotel.
Florence - Milan
After breakfast at our hotel, we will depart for Milan. During our journey to Milan, we will stop at Fidenza Village Outlet. We will have free time for shopping and rest in this open-air outlet area featuring Italian and international brands such as Armani, Dolce & Gabbana, Versace, Missoni, and similar names. After the break, we will continue our journey. Upon arrival in Milan, we will begin our panoramic city tour. During the panoramic Milan city tour, among the sights to be seen are the Milan Duomo, the second-largest church in Italy, which took approximately 500 years to complete, the Fortezza Castle, and the Vittorio Emanuele Gallery, home to some of the world’s most famous fashion stores. At the end of our tour, we will transfer to the hotel. Accommodation will be at our hotel.
Milan - Verona - Venice
After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we depart for Venice. En route, we will visit Verona. Upon our arrival in Verona, sights to be seen include the home of Romeo and Juliet, which inspired the greatest love story in history, the Verona Arena, the Scaligero Bridge with its distinctive architecture, and Verona Cathedral. After our tour, we continue our journey to Venice. Upon arrival in Venice, transfer to our hotel and free time. Overnight at our hotel.
Venice - Istanbul
After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we depart for the Panoramic Venice City Tour. After crossing to the historic peninsula by vaporetto, our city tour will include the famous St. Mark’s Square and Basilica, the Bridge of Sighs where prisoners took one last look at Venice before entering the prison, the Grand Canal and the Rialto Bridge on it, the Doge’s Palace, the Bell Tower and Clock Tower, and the Church of San Giorgio Maggiore. After the tour, we transfer to Venice Airport for our return flight. Following baggage, ticket, and customs procedures, we fly to Istanbul on a scheduled Turkish Airlines service. Upon arrival, our tour and services come to an end.
