PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS  

This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days prior to the tour start date. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip and must not be older than 10 years.

In destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made using the documents specified in the "Documents Required for Visa" list that your agency will provide to you.

To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the destination country due to torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and if the destination country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be affixed to the new passport. In case of non-compliance, the responsibility lies with the passenger.

Since children under 18 traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked by immigration officers to present a document showing joint parental consent, we advise our guests under 18 and their parents to exercise caution in this matter.

HEALTH 

There are no mandatory vaccinations for entry into Spain. We do not anticipate any health-threatening issues with meals taken at good restaurants and hotels in the region. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend being careful with food and drink, strictly consuming bottled water, avoiding ice, milk, and dairy products, consuming meat and fish products only if you are sure they are well-cooked, and eating fruits like bananas and pineapples whose peels can be removed.

Optional tours and activities are organized by our local partner agency with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people and are not mandatory. If the required number is not met, the tours may not take place, or the prices, content, and vehicles used for optional tours/activities may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the dates and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide based on whether museums, historical sites, or venues are open/closed and weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION     

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further than the specified kilometers.

Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. In such rooms, the bed provided for the 3rd person may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or coach beds, participants (the 3rd person and/or children) booking triple rooms are deemed to have accepted potential crowding in the room and the type of bed.

Child discounts apply only to one child (1) accompanying two adults and falling within the age group specified in the pricing section.

Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.

CURRENCY     

The currency of Spain is the Euro (EUR).

It is advisable to carry Euros (EUR) with you.

TIME ZONE      

Spain is 2 hours behind Turkey during summer time and 1 hour behind during winter time.

For example, when it is 18:30 in Turkey during summer, it is 17:30 in Spain.

PHONE USAGE     

If your mobile phone line is enabled for international calls (roaming), it can be used.

CLOTHING AND ESSENTIAL ITEMS    

If traveling in summer, we recommend bringing easily wearable t-shirts, short-sleeved and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket, and a thin sweater for evenings. Additionally, you may bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards. For the winter season, we recommend clothing that allows comfortable movement and keeps you warm.

FOOD CULTURE            

Spanish cuisine originates from a complex history where Spanish invasions and conquests changed traditions and introduced new ingredients. Thus, Spain's current and traditional cuisine combines old and new traditions. Gazpacho soup, Fajitas, and delicious tapas snacks are important flavors of the cuisine.

ELECTRICITY            

Electrical outlets are the same as in Turkey.

SHOPPING          

Shopping opportunities are available in shopping centers located in city centers and small souvenir stalls.

IMPORTANT NOTES            

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports where a visa is required) does not guarantee entry into the country. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry. Bin Rota is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger.

The agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change before the existing tour and flight. The agency is obligated to notify passengers of these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes or airport service fees.

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction to cities, conducted panoramically with guide commentary from the vehicle, and do not include entrance to museums or historical sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, may not take place if local authorities do not permit visiting or entering on the scheduled day and time, or due to closed roads caused by any event. Similarly, if weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour, Bin Rota is not responsible for the inability to conduct the aforementioned tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot, depending on available options, at points where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.

Tour Program
Istanbul - Barcelona
After meeting your guide at the Istanbul Airport International Terminal, proceed to the Turkish Airlines counter for baggage and ticket procedures before departing on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight to Barcelona. Upon arrival, we will begin a panoramic city tour of Barcelona, exploring Catalonia's capital and Spain's second-largest city. Highlights of our tour include the Christopher Columbus Monument, La Sagrada Familia Basilica, La Rambla Boulevard, Montjuïc Hill, Spain Square and Catalunya Square, Passeig de Gràcia, Gran Via Avenue, the Plaza de Toros (Bullring), and the Olympic Port. Following the panoramic sightseeing, we will transfer to our hotel and check into our rooms. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Barcelona
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for an optional guided tour of Girona, Figueres, and the Dalí Museum (entrance tickets included: €80), available to guests who wish to join. The day begins in Girona, a jewel of Northern Catalonia. Rich in history, this city bears the unique imprint of numerous invasions and ruling powers. Highlights include its cobblestone narrow streets, the Lion Statue, the Jewish Quarter, Cathedral Square, historic city walls, churches, and museums. Next, we head to Figueres, the town where Salvador Dalí was born in 1904. Here, you can visit the Dalí Museum, which houses over 4,000 works created using various techniques. The artist himself designed every detail of the museum. Afterward, we proceed to La Roca Village Outlet, Barcelona's famous shopping paradise, offering discounted deals from world-renowned brands. In the evening, we transfer back to our hotel for overnight accommodation.
Barcelona - Zaragoza - Madrid
After breakfast at the hotel, we begin our enjoyable journey towards the interior of Spain and head to our first stop, Zaragoza. Upon arrival, our city tour of Zaragoza will include panoramic views of the life-giving Ebro River, the majestic Pilar Cathedral, a symbol of the city; the historic La Seo Cathedral, bearing traces of different architectural periods; San Pablo Church, notable for its Mudéjar style; Plaza España, one of the city's vibrant gathering spots; and the impressive Pilar Bridge offering stunning city vistas. Following our Zaragoza tour, we continue our journey to Madrid, the capital of Spain. Upon arrival, we start a panoramic city tour of Madrid, visiting Puerta de Alcalá, Cibeles Square and Fountain, Paseo del Prado and the Apollo Fountain, Retiro Park, Castellana Avenue, Arena, Botanical Garden, Neptune Fountain, and City Hall. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel, check into our rooms, and spend the night there.
Madrid - Toledo - Madrid
After breakfast at the hotel, you will have free time. Guests who wish may join an optional guided tour of Toledo (€95), organized by our guide. Known as the city of El Greco and one of the most important cities on UNESCO's World Heritage List, Toledo was once the capital of Spain and is among the rare cities that have preserved its character from the 16th century to the present day. Upon arrival, our city tour will include some of Toledo's grandest landmarks: Toledo Cathedral, the striking silhouette of Alcázar of Toledo, the historic Puerta de Bisagra gate, and panoramic views of the city. The city awaits us with buildings bearing traces of Roman, Visigothic, Arab, Gothic, and Renaissance architecture, narrow streets, El Greco's paintings, and, of course, its famous cathedral. We will take a walking tour through the narrow, authentic streets of the Jewish Quarter. After our guide's commentary in this unique city where history, art, and culture intertwine, you will have free time to explore the surroundings, go shopping, and enjoy your stay. Following the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel. Overnight accommodation at our Madrid hotel.
Madrid - Seville
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Seville. Upon arrival, we will enjoy a panoramic city tour of Seville, visiting the Plaza de España, Torre del Oro, the Convent of Santa Paula, Maria Luisa Park with its famous fountains and gardens, and Plaza de Santa Cruz. During the tour, we will also view the Alcazar Palace, one of the finest examples of Moorish architecture, and the Seville Cathedral, the third largest cathedral in the world (exterior view). In the evening, guests who wish to may join an optional Flamenco Show Night event, featuring classic Spanish performances (60 Euros). We return to our hotel at night and spend the night there.
Seville - Cordoba - Granada
After enjoying breakfast at our hotel, we head towards the heart of Andalusian history to Cordoba. Upon arrival, we begin the Old City & Mosque Tour (entrance tickets included). During the 10th and 11th centuries, Cordoba was one of the most populous cities in the world and a leading center for science, art, and culture in Europe. This ancient city, where Jews, Christians, and Muslims lived peacefully side by side for centuries, is now listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Our tour will include significant historical and cultural landmarks such as the Roman Bridge, the city walls, the Muslim and Jewish quarters, and Calle de las Flores (Flower Street). Next, we will visit the Great Mosque of Cordoba (Mezquita), construction of which began in 785 and was completed in 987. Recognized as one of the most impressive works of Western Islamic art, this architectural masterpiece captivates visitors with its elegant details and historic atmosphere. Afterward, we transfer to Granada and spend the night at our hotel.
Granada
After breakfast at our hotel, you will have free time. Guests who wish may join the optional Granada & Alhambra Palace tour organized by our guide (75 Euros, including entrance tickets). Please note: Nasrid Palaces and Alhambra Harem tickets are subject to daily quotas; no guarantee can be provided for late reservations. Access without a quota applies only to areas outside the Harem. Following this visit, we will proceed with the Granada city tour. Upon arrival, our city tour will take you through historic streets of Granada, showcasing monuments from the Umayyad and Abbasid eras. Highlights include Gran Via, La Rambla Avenue, the Arab Bazaar, and the Town Square. After the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel and allow some free time. In the evening, guests interested may join the optional Albaicin and Sacromonte Gypsy Quarter Night Tour (60 Euros) arranged by our guide. During this tour, you will enjoy an unforgettable Flamenco performance in the old Gypsy settlements located opposite the Alhambra Palace at the foot of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. After the show, you will have the opportunity to explore the Sacromonte and Albaicin neighborhoods and view the illuminated Alhambra Palace. Following the tour, we will return to our hotel for overnight stay.
Granada - Malaga - Istanbul
After breakfast at our hotel, you will have free time until the time set by your guide. Following this, we will transfer to Malaga Airport. After completing baggage, ticket, and customs procedures, we will fly to Istanbul on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. Upon arrival, our tour and services will come to an end.
