PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT

This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people.  If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the start of the tour. A tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

HEALTH

There is no vaccination requirement for entry into Germany. We do not expect any problem that could threaten your health in meals taken at good restaurants and hotels in the region. Nevertheless, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about food and drink, definitely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, and eat meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and for fruit, eat fruits that can be peeled, such as bananas and pineapples.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, the excursions cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicles to be used for optional tours/activities may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, archaeological sites, or venues in the places to be visited, and according to weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated km. 

Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable beds and coach beds, participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible congestion in the rooms and the bed type in reservations for the 3rd person and/or children. 

Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section. 

Breakfasts included among the services in the tour program are served at the hotel in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited and generally with a limited menu known as continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.

CURRENCY

The European currency is Euro (EUR). It is advisable to have Euro (EUR) with you.

TIME ZONE

Germany, Luxembourg, France, Belgium and the Netherlands are 1 hour behind Turkey in daylight saving time and 2 hours behind in winter time.

For example, when it is 18:30 in Turkey in summer, it is 17:30 in the relevant countries.

CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS

If you are going in the summer season, we recommend bringing T-shirts, short- and long-sleeved shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a thin jacket for the evenings, and a thin sweater. In addition; you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, their chargers, and spare memory cards. In the winter period, we recommend clothes that allow you to move comfortably and keep you warm.

CUISINE

When German cuisine is mentioned, the first things that come to mind are cakes, potatoes, and of course beer. In this culture, which has a wide variety of meat and vegetables, there is also a great diversity of beer and wine. 

French cuisine, whose roots go back to the Middle Ages, has a rich culture. French cuisine, famous worldwide for its renowned wines and many kinds of cheese, is known for meat dishes cooked with different sauces and for delicacies such as the famous desserts crème brûlée, macaron, and soufflé. 

Belgian cuisine combines the traditions of German and French cuisines. 

Dutch cuisine is not very rich, but its cheeses are worth trying. The other flavors are generally fast-food style.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for a destination/passport requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.  

The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or the hours may change before the current tour and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children between 0-2 years of age do not pay airport tax and airport services fee. 

The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically with commentary from the vehicle and not including museum or historical site admissions. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be carried out because the local authorities do not allow visits or entry on the day and time corresponding to the tour, or due to closed roads because of any event, and likewise if weather conditions make the tour impossible, the agency is not responsible for the inability to conduct the aforementioned tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible in areas with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not permitted.

Istanbul - Cologne - Amsterdam
After meeting your guide at Istanbul Airport International Terminal, following your baggage and ticket procedures at the Turkish Airlines counter, we depart for Cologne on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. Upon arrival, we will take a panoramic city tour of Cologne. In this small and charming city, which experienced its most prosperous period in the 16th century, we will begin our panoramic city tour after arrival. Following our Cologne city tour, we continue on to Amsterdam. During our panoramic Amsterdam city tour, Dam Square, the Royal Palace, the National Monument, and Central Station are among the sights to be seen. Afterwards, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Amsterdam
We start the day with breakfast at our hotel. Then, for those who wish, we depart for the Marken & Zaanse Schans & Volendam Tour (110€), which our guide will organize optionally. In Marken, you can observe the lives of fishermen in charming little houses. After having the opportunity to see and take photos in Zaanse Schans, a magical town with windmills, we head to Volendam, a charming seaside town. You will not want to leave the harbor area of Volendam, an old fishing village that inspired the song “If you want to see the real beauty of the Netherlands, you should go to Volendam.” After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel. Then we give free time. Overnight at our hotel.
Amsterdam - Brussels - Bruges
We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, we check out of the hotel and set off for Bruges. Upon arrival, during our tour of Bruges, the city known as the “Venice of Belgium” for its houses built in the water and its canal-lined streets, and whose historic structure has remained intact thanks to the fact that it was not damaged during World War II, will enchant us with its medieval architecture preserved to this day. In the city square, the colorful, cake-like, single-story houses, churches, statues, and cobblestone medieval streets will make us feel as if we have stepped into a fairy tale. After our Bruges tour, we head to Brussels. Upon arrival, we will take a panoramic city tour. Brussels, the capital of Belgium, is also home to many institutions related to the European Union and NATO. In this city, which has managed to preserve many historical artifacts throughout history, we will take a panoramic city tour along Grand Place, one of Europe’s most famous and lively squares, as well as many historic sites and streets known for their Gothic style and architectural character. After our Brussels tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Bruges - Paris
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Paris. Upon our arrival in Paris, we will take a panoramic city tour. During our panoramic tour, we will see the Opera Square and Opera House, the Tuileries Gardens, Concorde Square, the world-famous shopping avenue Champs-Élysées, the Arc de Triomphe, the Eiffel Tower, the Military Museum, the Parliament building, Napoleon’s Tomb, the Louvre Palace and Museum, the National Assembly Building, the Madeleine Church, the Grand Palais, the Petit Palais, the Comédie-Française, the Palais de Chaillot, Vendôme Square, and Trocadéro Square. Afterwards, we transfer to the hotel to rest. Overnight at our hotel.
Paris
After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, guests who wish will set off for the optional Paris Dream Tour (Paris Icons & Artists’ Hill, - €70) organized by our guide. We are departing for our Paris Dream Tour. On this tour, after passing through the lively Pigalle District, one of the city’s most attractive centers, we will ascend Montmartre Hill, known as Artists’ Hill, where bohemian life still continues today. After seeing the Sacré-Coeur (Basilica of the Sacred Heart), you will have free time at Artists’ Square to have your portrait drawn and take photos. Following the Artists’ Hill tour, with the Paris Icons tour, we will visit the Eiffel Tower, the symbol of France as well as Paris, to enjoy the city’s breathtaking views. During the photo break, guests who wish may purchase a ticket and go up the tower. We will then have free time. After our free time, we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Paris
After breakfast at our hotel, free time. For those who wish, we will take the St. Germain & Outlet tour (60 EUR per person). We begin this tour by experiencing St. Germain, famous for its jazz music and cafés, and where many thinkers and philosophers such as Jean-Paul Sartre and writer Simone de Beauvoir lived. We will take a walking tour where we will see the Luxembourg Gardens, the Pantheon, and St. Michel, and then enjoy panoramic views of Notre Dame Cathedral and Sorbonne University. The tour will continue with free time for pleasant shopping at Paris’s famous outlet shopping center. At the end of the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Paris - Reims - Luxembourg
After breakfast at our hotel, we stop by the city of Reims. During the break we will have free time in Reims, where you will have the opportunity to taste champagne and shop. After the city tour and the free time we are given, we will board our transfer vehicle again and set off for Luxembourg. Upon arrival, we will take a panoramic city tour of Luxembourg. On our tour, you will have the opportunity to see the Petrus Valley, the old town center and its narrow streets, the city cathedral, and the Duke’s Palace. At the end of the excursion, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Luxembourg - Istanbul
After breakfast at the hotel, free time until check-out. Guests who wish may join the optional Remich & Schengen tour organized by our guide (50 EUR). On this tour, we set off. We begin with the Schengen town tour, located at the intersection of Luxembourg, Germany, and France. In the Schengen area, where a free movement agreement was signed by European Union countries, you may take souvenir photos in front of the building and monument. We then arrive in the Remich region, surrounded by vineyards. Thanks to Luxembourg’s low tax policies, you can enjoy shopping in this charming and peaceful town. After our Remich & Schengen tour, we transfer to our hotel. Then, at the time specified by your guide, we transfer to Luxembourg Airport. After baggage, ticket, and customs procedures, we fly to Istanbul on Turkish Airlines’ scheduled flight. Upon arrival, our tour and services come to an end.
