IMPORTANT NOTES
REGARDING THE TOUR PROGRAM
The advertised fees are subject to a tiered pricing system applied as capacity fills up.
You must have your travel documents and airline tickets with you throughout the trip.
Sufficient participation is required for the package tour to take place (generally, the required number of participants is set at a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 40 people, but this may vary depending on the date and tour). If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour begins. A tour cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.
When deemed necessary, the right is reserved to change the order in which tours/cities are visited and the airline company without prior notice and without compromising the program content.
Having a valid passport and/or visa does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. Passport control officers have the authority to deny entry into the country; BinRota is not responsible for this situation, and all responsibility rests entirely with the passenger.
BinRota acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Scheduled and charter flights may be subject to delays, and flight times may also change; BinRota is obliged to notify you of these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. REGARDING
REGARDING ACCOMMODATION
The hotels specified in the program are in the “or similar” category, and the final hotel information is notified 48 hours before the tour departure.
The star classification of hotels may vary according to the local conditions of the countries visited.
During busy periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events or sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be selected farther away than the stated distances.
Check-in at the hotel is no earlier than 15:00 local time, and check-out is between 11:00 and 12:00.
The bed type cannot be guaranteed and is allocated according to hotel availability. Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability and consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed; since extra beds are pull-out, foldable or folding chair (coach bed) types, guests in reservations for a third person and/or children are deemed to have accepted any possible lack of space and the bed type. Child discounts apply to one (1) child staying with 2 adults and belonging to the age group specified in the pricing section.
For group accommodation, breakfast may be served as a limited menu, generally in the form of a continental breakfast (butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee), in a separate room allocated to the group and at a time specifically designated for the group, in accordance with the culture of the country visited.
REGARDING AIRLINE TICKETS
Tickets are issued exactly in accordance with the first name/surname, date of birth, Turkish ID number and passport details in the passport; our agency bears no responsibility for incorrect declarations.
You must be at the airport at least 3 hours before the flight time. Online check-in is completed by the guest 24 hours before the flight. Some airlines do not allow online check-in and seat selection for group tickets.
Our agency is not responsible for delays, cancellations or changes in flight times/routes/prices caused by the airline.
In accordance with airlines' sequential ticket rule, when the outbound flight is not used, the return flight may also be cancelled.
NOTES REGARDING GUIDING AND TOURS
Panoramic city tours are tours conducted with a guide's narration from inside a vehicle for a general introduction to the cities, do not include museum/site entrance fees, and last a maximum of 2–3 hours.
Our agency is not responsible for tours being unable to take place due to the closure of attractions by local authorities, road closures or adverse weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted, where possible, by public transport or on foot due to closed roads or locations where vehicle access is not permitted.
Optional / extra tours are organised by the local agency subject to participation by at least one-third of the group and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, the excursions may not take place, or the price, content and vehicle to be used may vary according to the number of participants. The dates and times of optional tours may be changed depending on whether museums/sites are open or closed and on weather conditions.
VISA AND PASSPORT
Holders of ordinary (burgundy) passports are subject to visa requirements; holders of special (green) and service passports are exempt from visas. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip and must not be more than 10 years old. There must be blank pages in the passport for entry and exit stamps.
For destinations requiring a visa, applications must be made with the documents listed in the “Documents Required for a Visa” list that your agency will send to you.
Torn, worn, wet or otherwise damaged passports must be renewed; if the country to be visited requires visas for Turkish citizens, the valid visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility rests with the passenger.
When guests under the age of 18 travel alone or with only one of their parents, a joint consent document may be requested at border crossings; we recommend paying particular attention to this matter.
HEALTH
No vaccinations are required in the European countries visited.
No health-related problems are expected in hotels and qualified restaurants; however, outside group activities, it is recommended that you consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, eat well-cooked meat/fish, and choose fruits such as bananas and pineapples that can be peeled.
