REGARDING THE TOUR PROGRAM

The advertised prices are subject to a tiered pricing system applied as capacity fills up.

You must have your travel documents and flight tickets with you throughout the journey.

Sufficient participation is required for the package tour to take place (generally, the sufficient participation number is planned as a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 40 people, but this may vary depending on the date and tour). If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification deadline is 20 days before the start of the tour. A tour cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

When deemed necessary, the right to change the order in which the tours/cities are visited and the airline company is reserved, without prior notice and without altering the program content.

Having a valid passport and/or visa does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. Passport control officers have the authority to deny entry into the country; BinRota is not responsible for this situation, and responsibility lies entirely with the passenger.

BinRota acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and charter flights, and flight times may also change; BinRota is obliged to notify passengers of these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. REGARDING

REGARDING ACCOMMODATION

The hotels specified in the program are in the “or similar” category, and the final hotel information will be notified 48 hours before the tour departure.

The star classification of hotels may vary according to the local conditions of the countries visited.

During busy periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events or sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be selected farther away than the specified distances.

Check-in to the hotel is no earlier than 15:00 local time, and check-out is between 11:00 and 12:00.

The bed type cannot be guaranteed and will be allocated according to the hotel's availability. Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability and consist of 1 double bed + 1 extra bed; as extra beds are of the pull-out or folding chair (coach bed) type, guests making reservations for a third person and/or child are deemed to have accepted the possible lack of space and the bed type. Child discounts are valid for one (1) child staying with 2 adults and belonging to the age group specified in the pricing section.

For group accommodation, breakfast may be served as a limited menu, generally consisting of a continental breakfast (butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee) in accordance with the culture of the country visited, in a separate room allocated to the group and at a specific time designated for the group.

REGARDING FLIGHT TICKETS

Tickets are issued exactly in accordance with the first name/surname, date of birth, Turkish ID number and passport details in the passport; our agency bears no responsibility for incorrect declarations.

You must be at the airport at least 3 hours before the flight departure time. Online check-in is completed by the guest 24 hours before the flight. Some airlines do not allow online check-in and seat selection for group tickets.

Our agency is not responsible for airline-related delays, cancellations, or changes to flight times/routes/prices.

Due to the airlines' sequential ticket rule, when the outbound flight is not used, the return flight may also be cancelled.

NOTES REGARDING GUIDING AND TOURS

Panoramic city tours are tours lasting no more than 2–3 hours, conducted with a guide's narration from inside the vehicle for a general introduction to the cities and not including entrance fees to museums/archaeological sites.

Our agency is not responsible for tours not taking place due to the closure of places to be visited by local authorities, road closures or adverse weather conditions. Some tours may, where possible, be conducted by public transportation or on foot due to closed roads or locations where vehicle access is not permitted.

Optional / extra tours are organized by the local agency subject to participation by at least one-third of the minimum group size, and participation is not mandatory. If sufficient numbers are not reached, excursions may not take place, or the price, content and vehicle to be used may vary according to the number of participants. The days and times of optional tours may be changed depending on whether museums/archaeological sites are open or closed and on weather conditions.

VISA AND PASSPORT

Holders of Ordinary (burgundy) passports are subject to visa requirements; holders of Special (green) and Service passports are exempt from visas. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip and must not be more than 10 years old. The passport must contain blank pages for entry and exit stamps.

For destinations requiring a visa, applications must be made with the documents listed in the “Documents Required for a Visa” list that your agency will provide to you.

Torn, worn, wet or otherwise damaged passports must be renewed; if the country to be visited requires visas for Turkish citizens, the valid visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.

When guests under the age of 18 travel alone or with only one parent, a joint consent document may be requested at border crossings; we recommend paying particular attention to this matter.
