This trip is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people.  If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.

You must have a passport that is valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.

For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you for the visa application.

To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports should be renewed, and if it is a country that applies visas to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

Since our guests under the age of 18 who travel alone or with only one of their mother or father may be asked by the police officer on duty at the country entry-exit points for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents show sensitivity in this regard

HEALTH

There is no vaccination requirement for Turkish citizens entering Egypt. We recommend that you do not drink tap water throughout your trip and only consume bottled water that will be opened by you for the first time.

 EXTRA TOURS & ACTIVITIES             

Extra tours and activities are organized by the local agency we work with with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, the trips may not take place, or extra tour / activity prices, content, and the vehicle used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the extra tours / activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, ruins, or venues in the places to be visited and according to weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION   

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a distance greater than the stated km.

Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and called coach beds, participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the congestion and the bed type that may occur in rooms for 3rd person and/or child reservations.

Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.

Breakfasts taken at the hotel from the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country you are in, and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.

CURRENCY    

Egypt's currency is the Egyptian Pound (EGP).

It is useful to have USD (EUR) and US Dollars (USD) with you.

TIME ZONE     

There is a -1 hour difference between Turkey and Egypt. When it is 12.00 in Turkey, it is 11.00 in Egypt.

PHONE USAGE    

It can be used if your mobile phone line is open to international calls (roaming).

CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS    

When entering mosques and churches in the country, shorts, skirts, clothes that expose the shoulders, and tight-fitting clothing should be avoided. We recommend that women bring a thin shawl or scarf with them. Also, if you have a hat or sunglasses, you must not use them while inside places of worship. Both men and women are required to remove their shoes when entering a mosque.

Egypt, like many coastal countries, is full of fish restaurants and fish markets.

IMPORTANT NOTES           

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for a destination/passport requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country will be allowed. The passport police have the authority not to let you into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.

The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to announce these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees

The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration, lasting at most 2-3 hours, and not including museum or archaeological site entrance fees. Panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, if they do not take place on the day and time of the tour because local authorities do not allow visits or entry, or due to closed roads because of any event, or when the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, the agency is not responsible for the inability to conduct the tours in question. Some tours may, where possible, be carried out by public transport or on foot in places where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.

Tour Program
Istanbul - Alexandria - Cairo
We meet at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal and, after ticketing, baggage, and boarding procedures, we arrive in Alexandria on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. Upon arrival, we will take our panoramic city tour. After this tour, which will take us back in time in Alexandria, we transfer to our hotel in Cairo and have free time. Guests who wish may join the optional Evening Dinner Nile River Cruise (95 USD) organized by our guide. On this cruise with live music, you will witness the magic of Cairo. Afterwards, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Cairo
After breakfast at the hotel, we will start our panoramic Cairo city tour with our waiting vehicle. The places we will see include the old city center, the Muhammad Ali Mosque, the Sadat Memorial, Baron Palace, Tahrir Square, the city center along the Nile, and Khan El-Khalili Bazaar. At the end of the tour, after some free time, we will transfer to our hotel. Guests who wish may join the optional Grand Cairo Egyptian Museum tour with lunch (140 USD) organized by our guide. Covering an area of 500,000 square meters (approximately 70 football fields), the museum is the world’s largest archaeological museum complex dedicated to a single civilization. Standing out with a magnificent plaster and glass façade, the complex is decorated with triangles of different sizes and colors as a tribute to Ancient Egypt. We will have lunch at a local restaurant during the tour. After our museum visit, free time will be given, and then we will transfer to our hotel. Accommodation will be at our hotel.
Cairo
After breakfast at our hotel, free time. Guests who wish may join the optional Lunch Included Cairo Museum & Giza Pyramids & Sphinx Tour (95 USD), organized by our guide. Our first stop will be the Cairo Museum, which reveals Egyptian history in all its details and houses many fascinating mummies. Then we will visit the Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure pyramids, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, named after the pharaohs who had them built. These three pyramids, built thousands of years ago and still keeping their mysteries, were designed in the shape of a Pythagorean triangle. These pyramids, built long before Pythagoras, show that the Egyptians had very advanced knowledge of mathematics and geometry. After visiting the mysterious pyramids, we will see the Sphinx, with the head of a pharaoh and the body of a lion, representing the rising sun and the pharaoh’s rebirth. We will have lunch at a local restaurant during the tour. Finally, after visiting the “Living Statue” Sphinx, which has a temple between its paws, free time will be given. Then we will be transferred to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Cairo - Hurghada
After our breakfast at the hotel, we transfer to our all-inclusive hotel in Hurghada. After check-in, you will have free time at our all-inclusive hotel to enjoy the sea, sand, and sun. Guests who wish may join the optional Lunch Included Karnak & Luxor Temple Tour (120 USD), which will be arranged by our guide. Our first stop will be Karnak Temple, the largest temple complex in Egypt. We set off to see Karnak Temple, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is the largest ancient structure ever built in the world. Surrounded by mudbrick-covered walls 20 meters high and housing many temples within, this magnificent structure offers important insights into Egypt’s history and mythology. As we tour this impressive structure, whose construction took more than 2,000 years and to which each pharaoh added more than the previous one, we will feel tiny. After visiting Karnak Temple, we will tour Luxor Temple in Luxor, home to the world’s largest open-air museum, a temple built by the 9th Pharaoh in honor of Amun, the greatest of the ancient Egyptian gods. Our meal will be served at a local restaurant during the tour. After visiting this remarkable temple that resembles an open-air museum, we return to our all-inclusive hotel in Hurghada. Dinner and accommodation will be at our hotel.
Hurghada
After breakfast at the hotel, you will have free time at our all-inclusive hotel to enjoy the sun, sand, and sea. Guests who wish may join our optional King’s Valley & Hatshepsut Temple Tour with Lunch (135 USD), organized by our guide. We begin our tour by exploring the Valley of the Kings, where the tombs built for pharaohs and powerful nobles are located. The kings had their tombs built in this mysterious valley so that their valuable belongings would not be stolen and their immortality could continue in peace. After visiting the Valley of the Kings, we continue to the Hatshepsut Temple, built in memory of Hatshepsut, the first and only female pharaoh of Ancient Egypt. We will visit this monumental structure, one of the most important mortuary temples belonging to Hatshepsut, who dressed like a king and wore a false beard after becoming queen. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant during our tour. Afterwards, we return to our all-inclusive hotel in Hurghada. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Hurghada
After the breakfast we will have at the hotel in the morning, free time at our all-inclusive hotel so you can enjoy the sea, sand, and sun. Lunch, dinner, and accommodation at our Hurghada hotel.
Hurghada - Istanbul
After breakfast with a packed meal at our hotel, we transfer to the airport in the early hours. Upon arrival at the airport, after baggage, ticket, and customs procedures, we take a Turkish Airlines scheduled flight to Istanbul. Upon arrival, our tour and services come to an end.
