You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of the trip and issued within the last 10 years.
In destinations where a visa is required, the visa application must be submitted with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you for the visa application. In order to avoid problems with the customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visas to citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the passenger shall be responsible. Since guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one of their parents may be asked by the police officer at the country’s entry and exit points to provide a document showing the joint consent of both parents, we recommend that our guests under the age of 18 and their parents pay particular attention to this matter.
HEALTH
There are no vaccination requirements for entry into Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. We do not expect the meals served to cause any health problems. We recommend that you do not drink tap water.
OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES

If sufficient numbers are not reached, the excursions may not take place, or the prices, content and vehicles used for optional tours / activities may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours / activities may be changed by the guide depending on whether the museums, archaeological sites or venues at the destinations are open/closed and on weather conditions.

Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for a destination/passport where a visa is required) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. Passport control officers have the authority to refuse you entry to the country. Bin Rota is not responsible for this situation; the passenger is responsible.
BinRota is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the existing tour and flight. BinRota is obliged to notify passengers of these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children between 0 and 2 years of age do not pay airport taxes and airport service fees.
Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2–3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide’s narration from inside the vehicle, without including museum or archaeological site entrances. Bin Rota is not responsible if the panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, cannot take place because local authorities do not permit visits to or entry into the relevant places on the corresponding day and time, because roads are closed due to any event, or when weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, on roads that are closed or at locations where vehicle entry is not permitted.
