You must have a passport that is valid for 6 months from the end date of your trip and not older than 10 years.
In destinations where a visa is required, the visa application must be submitted with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide. In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border checkpoint of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the destination country applies visas to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger. Since our guests under 18 years of age traveling alone or with only one of their parents may be asked by the police officer on duty at the country entry-exit points for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents pay attention to this matter.
HEALTH
There is no vaccination requirement for entry into Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia. We do not think there will be any issue with the food served that would negatively affect your health. We recommend that you do not drink tap water.
EXTRA TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Extra tours and activities are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, the trips may not be carried out, or the extra tour/activity prices, content, and vehicle used may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, ruins, or venues at the destinations and weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than those specified in km.
3-person rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and coach beds, participants booking for a 3rd person and/or child are deemed to have accepted the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the type of bed.
Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and within the age group specified in the pricing section.
Breakfasts taken at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country you are in and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
CURRENCY
Singapore's currency (SGD) is the Singapore Dollar.
Malaysia's currency (MYR) is Ringgit,
and Indonesia's (IDR) is the Indonesian Rupiah.
We recommend that you bring small denominations in EURO and Dollars with you during your trip.
TIME ZONE
Between Southeast Asia, the location we will visit, and Turkey, there is a 5-hour time difference in winter time and a 4-hour time difference in summer time. When it is 12:00 in Turkey, it is 17:00 in Kuala Lumpur.
CLOTHING and NECESSARY ITEMS
We recommend bringing T-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket for the evenings. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs for possible noise, a camera, a video camera, their chargers, and spare memory cards.
FOOD CULTURE
Chicken and seafood are quite common in Southeast Asia. Local spices are used in the food, but during the tour you will feel that the meals we have are suitable for your palate.
ELECTRICITY
Although electricity in all the mentioned countries is 230 volts, the hotels where you will stay use 220 volts. The sockets are type A double and type B triple sockets. Examples of sockets can be seen at the following addresses: http://www.iec.ch/worldplugs/typeA.htm and http://www.iec.ch/worldplugs/typeB.htm. You will need to bring an adapter
SHOPPING

You can also buy electronic goods, etc. However, there are restrictions on bringing electronic items into our country.. Quantities above this are confiscated at customs.
IMPORTANT NOTES
The existence of a valid passport and/or visa obtained (for a destination/passport requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger.
The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and charter flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes or airport service fees.
Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours arranged for the general introduction of the cities, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. If panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, do not take place on the day and at the time of the tour due to local authorities not allowing visits or entry, or because of closed roads due to any event, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, the agency is not responsible for the non-performance of the said tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted, within the realm of possibility.
