Day 1                                             ISTANBUL – CATANIA

Meeting with our valued guests 3 hours before the flight in front of the Turkish Airlines International Terminal counter at Istanbul Airport. After baggage and ticket procedures, we fly to Catania on Turkish Airlines’s scheduled flight. Upon arrival, we depart for a city tour of Catania with our private bus waiting for us. Places to be visited during our tour include Duomo Cathedral, Fontana dell’Elefante, Republic Square (Piazza Repubblica), and Etna Street. Free time after the tour. Guests who wish may join the Syracuse & Ortigia tour organized additionally by our guide (65 Euro). During our tour to Syracuse, the city where the famous mathematician Archimedes lived, places to be seen include the famous Arethusa Fountain, Syracuse Cathedral, Diana Fountain, Temple of Apollo, and Golden Castle. Transfer to our hotel after the tour. Overnight at our hotel. 

Day 2                                              CATANIA

After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish may join the Etna & Taormina & Savoca tour organized additionally by our guide (100 Euro). During our tour, after visiting Mount Etna, Europe’s only active volcano, we will proceed to Taormina, one of Sicily’s most beautiful coastal towns. In this town located at the foot of Mount Tauro, after seeing the Roman-Greek style theater, you will have an opportunity for free time for shopping. After our free time, we move towards Savoca. In this city, considered one of the best film trilogies ever made, The Godfather (Baba), you can drink coffee at the cafe where Al Pacino drank coffee and spend your free time in the streets where the film was shot. Transfer to the hotel after the tour. Overnight at our hotel.    

Day 3                                             CATANIA – PALERMO  

After breakfast, we move towards Palermo. Upon arrival, we take a city tour of Palermo. Places to be visited during our tour include Cappella Palatina, San Giovanni Cathedral, Politeama Square, Norman Palace, Quattro Canti Square, Via Roma, and Via Liberta streets. Transfer to the hotel after the tour. Overnight at our hotel.   

Day 4                                              PALERMO

After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish may join the Erice & Monreale & Castellammare del Golfo tour organized additionally by our guide (95 Euro). After our visit to Erice, a typical medieval town with its walls, stone houses with courtyards, and streets, we move towards Monreale, home to Sicily’s most important church. During our city tour of Monreale, places to be seen include the shopping street, Vittorio Emmanuel Square, and Monreale Cathedral. Afterwards, Castellammare del Golfo, which we will visit, has become one of the island’s famous towns despite being a small fishing village. During the city tour we will conduct here, after seeing the Aragonese castle and the seaside strip, we will have free time at the public beach. Transfer to our hotel after the tour. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 5                                             PALERMO – ISTANBUL

After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish may join the Cefalu tour organized additionally by our guide (55 Euro). During our trip, after spending time in the charming fishing town of Cefalu, located on the coast of the Tyrrhenian Sea, visiting the 12th-century historic cathedral, the fishermen’s gate, and wandering through the city’s unique streets, we continue to Palermo Airport. After our arrival, following baggage and ticket procedures, we depart for Istanbul on Turkish Airlines’s scheduled flight. Arrival in Istanbul and the end of our tour.
