Are you ready to enjoy the unique canyons of Dahab, Egypt's hidden paradise, and the Red Sea? Picked up from our hotels, after crossing the border gate, we visit the Three Pools area, one of the most beautiful bays of the Red Sea. You are invited to a boat tour to discover the untouched coral reefs and vibrant underwater world of Ras Mohammed National Park, one of the most important reserve areas of the Red Sea! You will be picked up from your hotel and start your tour from Ras Mohammed Natural Park. You can snorkel with diving guides along the coral reefs. Also, a stop will be made at "White Island," a white sand island formed naturally above the sea. Here you can take pictures and pamper yourself with the sands believed to have healing properties. IMPORTANT NOTES

To benefit from Advantageous Tour Package prices on extra tours, the payment must be made to the local agency authority during the tour.

Extra tours require a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, there may be changes in tour prices or the tour may be conducted via metro. Our guide may change the dates of extra tours while keeping the content the same.

Price changes may occur in extra tours depending on regional density or season. Prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply for extra tours.

If only category information is given without specifying names in the tour program and/or options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.

In our programs, the guide must meet the guest at the destination. The included guiding service covers only panoramic city tours and round-trip transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.

Guests must notify the guide of any cancellation or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such cases, the agency will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours organized for general introduction of cities, conducted panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites.

Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may become impossible to conduct if places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. In such cases, the Agency is not responsible for the inability to conduct the mentioned tours. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot where possible in areas with closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.

Guide meetings in our tour programs take place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, the guide must be present at the reception of the hotel where accommodation is provided before the pickup time given by the guide.

Hotels, etc., listed in the program are offered for sale. Availability at hotels may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, similar alternative hotels may be provided.

We advise guests not to exchange large amounts of currency to avoid being affected by exchange rate fluctuations. Old/worn-out currency is not accepted by banks at destinations. Therefore, reservation procedures for extra tours will not be made with old-type currency that banks will not accept.

Since our tour packages are intended for international travel, knowledge of foreign languages is the responsibility of the guests.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to inform guests of the tour program specified and the general terms and obligations available below. The AGENCY is not responsible for any complaints arising within the scope of this information. Our guest is considered to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.

Guests traveling with a Turkish Green Passport whose passports were issued more than 10 years ago must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be carried out by the airline company from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and the AGENCY cannot assume any liability whatsoever.

To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; said passports must be renewed, and if the country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. In case of non-compliance, the responsibility lies with the passenger.

Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of the return flight. In case of non-compliance, this is the responsibility of the guests.                   

The AGENCY acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse visas when deemed necessary. The AGENCY bears no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. The AGENCY only undertakes the role of an intermediary institution. There is no penalty or liability for the AGENCY in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.

When the AGENCY applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the passenger must verify the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. The AGENCY is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa or situations that may prevent boarding due to such errors.

The documents required for passengers applying for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.) normally take 1 working day to obtain. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times considering this duration. Otherwise, the AGENCY is not responsible for any possible delays.

If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not/dissociates from the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through BTB TOUR Visa Department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and the AGENCY cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting fees paid to consulates and similar charges, provided they present their passport proving they did not use their visa within 1 week of the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa with their own means and/or with the help of a different visa agency firm, and the AGENCY cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.

Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane lands. Aircraft type and time may change, and since availability at hotels may change during high season or special periods, similar alternative hotels may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of contract signing, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.

Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms involve an extra bed arrangement, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if hotels have rooms suitable for this, blockage is made by the hotel based on availability.

Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.

Continental breakfast is served at hotels, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.

Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.

During reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be traveled must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.

Whether obtained from the AGENCY or not, guests must definitely have a foreign travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In case of encountering the relevant fine because the guest did not carry their travel insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests.

Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited certain countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another/single/multiple countries or the inability to enter through border gates. Since this situation is outside the AGENCY's sphere of control, in such cases, the AGENCY accepts that it bears no responsibility.

To provide economic and time benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to participate in tours made along the route must agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. After the tour ends, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.

Panoramic city tours are organized tours for introducing cities. City tours and extra tours may be organized on different days or may not take place depending on weather conditions, provided the content remains unchanged. In such cases, the AGENCY is obligated to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, extra tours may not be held or price changes may occur.

Tours or trips that are not allowed to be visited or gone to by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. The AGENCY cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours or trips.

Aircraft seats in our programs are group seats and are arranged as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight will also automatically expire. The rules of the airline company apply in the relevant situation.

Last-minute delays and gate changes occurring during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be tracked by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must pay for and obtain their new ticket themselves (according to the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). Additionally, due to missing the group's departure, the first day's program may be partially or completely missed; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest goes to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group, the transfer from area-city or area-hotel is the responsibility of the guest.

Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only perform upgrade operations if availability exists on the relevant flight of the respective airline company after the tickets are issued. Since aircraft seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, it may be necessary to pay the difference indicated by the airline company and upgrade the ticket from the group class to the economy class. The price difference arising in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.

To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator company whether your line is open for international calls/calls received before leaving Turkey.

While leaving your transportation vehicles and accommodation hotels temporarily or completely during your trip, please ensure you have collected all your belongings without exception.

The AGENCY may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown without altering the content of the program in case of force majeure or if deemed necessary.

The AGENCY reserves the right to change hotel names provided the category remains the same.

The AGENCY is not responsible for forgotten, lost, or stolen items during the tour.

Children under 18 years old traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; if traveling with their father, they must obtain consent from their mother; if traveling with a third party, they must obtain consent from both parents. In case the flight does not take place due to lack of consent, the AGENCY cannot be held liable.

General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
