Extra tours take place with a minimum of 10 participants. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may make changes to the dates of extra tours, provided the content remains the same.

In extra tours, price changes may occur depending on regional density or season. Prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply for extra tours.

If the tour program provides only category information without specifying names and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.

In our programs, the guide must meet guests at the destination. The included guiding service covers only panoramic city tours and round-trip transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding service will also be included. During extra tours, guests may be accompanied by different guides.

Guests must notify their guide at least 24 hours in advance regarding cancellation or changes to extra tours. The refund status for requested cancellations of extra tours may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such cases, the agency will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction to cities, conducted panoramically with guide commentary from the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites.

Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may not be carried out if places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, roads along the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. In such cases, the agency is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot where possible, due to closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.

Guide meetings in our tour programs take place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, the guide must be present at the reception of the accommodation hotel before the pickup time given by the guide.

Hotels listed in the program are offered for sale. Availability at hotels may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, similar alternative hotels may be provided.

Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and the AGENCY cannot assume any liability whatsoever.

To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged passports; it is required that such passports be renewed and, if the country applies visa requirements for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. In case of non-compliance, the responsibility lies with the passenger.

Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of the return flight. In case of non-compliance, the situation is the responsibility of the guests.

The AGENCY acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse visas when deemed necessary. The AGENCY bears no responsibility regarding the passenger's failure to obtain a visa. The AGENCY only performs its role as an intermediary institution. There is no penalty or liability for the AGENCY in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.

When the AGENCY submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the passenger must verify the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. The AGENCY is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa or situations that could hinder the flight.

The documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.) normally take 1 working day to obtain. Guests must schedule their appointment dates and times considering this period. Otherwise, the AGENCY is not responsible for any possible delays.

If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through BTB TOUR Visa Department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and the AGENCY cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting fees and similar amounts paid to consulates, provided they present their passport proving they did not use their visa within 1 week of the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa using their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa agency, and the AGENCY cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.

Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Cancellation or change penalties for flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.

Whether obtained from the AGENCY or not, guests must have international travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In case of encountering such a fine because the guest did not carry their travel insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests.

Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited certain countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another/single/multiple countries or being unable to enter through border crossings. Since this situation is outside the AGENCY's control, the parties accept that the AGENCY bears no responsibility in such cases.

To ensure economy and time benefits for the group, guests who do not wish to participate in tours made along the route must agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour concludes. After the tour ends, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.

Panoramic city tours are organized for introducing cities. City tours and extra tours may be arranged on different days, provided the content remains unchanged, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such cases, the AGENCY is obligated to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be conducted or prices may change.

Tours or trips that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. The AGENCY cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours or trips.

Aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and outbound and return flights are arranged as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight will automatically become invalid. The rules of the airline company apply in the relevant situation.

Last-minute delays and gate changes occurring during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These informations must be monitored by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must arrange and pay for their new ticket themselves (as per the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). Additionally, the guest may miss part or all of the first day's program due to missing the group's departure; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group, the transfer from area-city or area-hotel is the responsibility of the guest.

Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with their airlines can only perform upgrade operations if there is availability on the relevant flight of the respective airline after the tickets have been issued. Since aircraft seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, it may be necessary to pay the difference indicated by the airline company and upgrade the ticket from group class to economy class before performing the upgrade. Any price difference arising in this situation is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
