1.    Day    ISTANBUL AIRPORT – DOHA (15.05.2027)
Meeting at Qatar Airways counter in Istanbul Airport, International Terminal, at 17:00. After check-in, passport and customs controls, we depart for Doha at 20:05 on Qatar Airways flight QR 246. Overnight on board.

2.    Day    DOHA – TOKYO (16.05.2027)
Arrival in Doha at 00:30 local time. Departure for Tokyo at 02:40 on Qatar Airways flight QR 806. Arrival in Tokyo at 19:10 local time. After our arrival in Tokyo, transfer to the hotel where we will stay. After settling into our rooms, free time. Overnight at our Tokyo hotel. 

3.    Day    TOKYO, JAPAN (17.05.2027)
After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, free time for personal activities. Guests who wish can join the "Hakone and Mt. Fuji Tour" organized by our guides as an extra. First, we stop at Oshino Hakkai village to enjoy a panoramic view of Mt. Fuji, the symbol of Japan. Our next stop from this charming town with examples of traditional houses will be Owakudani, formed by the eruption of Hakone Mountain approximately 3000 years ago. In this area, which has sulfur fumes and hot steam, we will eat black eggs boiled in natural spring water, and if the weather is clear, we will capture the view of Mt. Fuji on our cameras and in our memories. Then, we will descend to Togendai station and take a pleasant cruise on Lake Ashi, located on the UNESCO World Heritage List, aboard pirate ships, and witness the natural beauty of the town up close. After our boat tour, there will be free time in Hakone Machi before returning to our Tokyo hotel for overnight accommodation.

4.   Day    TOKYO, JAPAN (18.05.2027)
We start the new day with breakfast at the hotel in the morning. Guests who wish can join the "Tokyo City Tour" organized by their guides as an extra. At the first stop of our city tour, we visit the famous Asakusa District and Sensoji Temple. Afterwards, the magnificent Imperial Palace, Odaiba, and Akihabara Street are among the places we will see panoramically. Afterwards, we will see Ginza, Tokyo's most famous street, and Shinjuku, also known for its famous pedestrian crossing. After the tour, transfer to our ship at the port. Upon arrival at the port, check-in procedures for the ship and settling into our cabins, then our ship will depart at 16:00. Dinner and overnight on board.

5.   Day         NAGOYA, JAPAN (19.05.2027)
Our ship will dock at Nagoya port at 07:00 in the morning. After breakfast, free time for personal activities. Guests who wish can join the "Nagoya City Tour" organized by their guides as an extra. You will learn about the cultural and historical heritage by visiting the attractions that show how the region has changed over centuries. You will get to know Nagoya Castle, rebuilt in accordance with its original form after being destroyed during World War II, illuminating 17th-century Japan, Honmaru Palace, Toyota Industry and Technology Memorial Museum, textile, automotive, and steam engine technology development, and Atsuba Shrine and Shinto religion up close. After the tour and free time, we return to our ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 15:00 in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight on board.
 
6.    Day    OSAKA, JAPAN (20.05.2027)
Our ship will dock at Osaka port at 08:00. After breakfast on board, free time for personal needs. Those who wish here can join the Kyoto Tour organized by their guides as an extra. With a 1-hour journey, we arrive in Kyoto, which served as the capital of Japan for 1000 years and is considered the "cultural capital" of the country. This open-air museum, which survived World War II without damage, our first stop will be the stunning "Golden Pavilion" (Kinkakuji). We leave after taking photos of the reflection in the lake for a magnificent garden. From the Buddhist temple on the UNESCO list, our next stop will be Kiyomizu-dera, also known as the Holy Water Temple. While climbing to the temple, hundreds of shops selling typical Japanese souvenirs are very attractive for shopping. The Buddhist temple in a large park complex with orange pagodas and tourists and locals wearing kimonos will be the best place to take photos. This area is also located in the Gion district, where traditional tea houses are found; with its wooden houses and narrow streets, you can feel like you are on the set of the movie "Memoirs of a Geisha". After visiting Kyoto's most iconic temples, we head to Osaka, seeing Japan's second largest city panoramically, and go to Dotonbori, the heart of shopping in Osaka. In this city, also known as the people's kitchen, we will have free time for shopping at Dotonbori / Shinsaibashi. Our ship will depart from the port at 20:00 in the evening. Dinner and overnight on board.

7.    Day         KOCHI, JAPAN (21.05.2027)
Our ship will dock at Kochi port at 07:00. After breakfast on board, free time for personal needs and shopping. Kochi is a prefecture with rich agricultural lands and fish farms along the southern coast of Shikoku. There are many diverse outdoor activities available in the national park on the southwest coast, ranging from diving to whale watching. Guests who wish can join the "Kochi & Kochi Castle Tour" organized by their guides as an extra. Some of the places we will see during our tour include Godaisan View Terrace, the iconic Kochi Castle, and Chikurin-ji Temple. Our ship will depart from Kochi port at 15:00 in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight on board.

8.    Day    HIROSHIMA, JAPAN (22.05.2027)
Our ship will dock at Hiroshima port at 09:00. After breakfast, free time for personal activities. Guests who wish can join the extra Hiroshima tour organized by our guide as an extra. We start our special tour with a knowledgeable local guide to explore the deep history and serene beauty of Hiroshima and Miyajima Island; starting at Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park, you will visit the Atomic Bomb Dome, Peace Memorial Museum, and Children's Peace Monument. We gain information about the city's tragic past and its ongoing peace message. Our ship will depart from the port at 21:00. Dinner and overnight on board. 

9.    Day    KANMON STRAIT  (23.05.2027)
Our ship will be in Kanmon Strait at 07:00 and will complete its passage through the strait area until 09:00. Guests who wish can watch and witness the beautiful scenery of this area from the outer deck of our ship passing through Kanmon Strait. During the rest of the day, as we spend it cruising at sea, you can pass your time by shopping in duty-free shops or using the ship's open and closed pools, fitness sauna, and other activities. Additionally, you can have fun in the bar with shows and music or try your luck in the casino. 

10.           Day    BUSAN, SOUTH KOREA (24.05.2027)
Our ship will dock at Busan port at 07:00. After breakfast on board, guests who wish can join the Busan city tour organized by their guides as an extra. Busan is South Korea's second largest city and an important port city. It became a port city governed by four small states in the 1st century AD. In this city, which witnessed temples, royal tombs, the Japanese occupation, and the Korean War, we will first visit Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, one of the few coastal Buddhist temples owned by South Korea. Afterwards, we will see Haeundae Dalmaji-gil Road, famous for its blue ocean, white sandy beach, Camellia forest, and pine tree forest views, Haeundae Beach, Dongbaekseom Island, the Mermaid statue representing the legendary heartbreaking love story of the princess of Naranda Land, and then visit the UN Memorial Cemetery where soldiers from 16 countries lost their lives during the Korean War between 1950-1953, including two Turkish martyrs' graves and monuments within it. Busan Gamcheon Culture Village is also known as "Busan's Machu Picchu". Busan Tower, in Nampodong, Busan's old central district, features various brands as well as reasonably priced local shops. Among the streets, there is a paradise of street foods. Afterwards, we visit Gukje Market, which has become Busan's largest market. After free time given in the market, we return to our ship. Our ship will depart from Busan port at 16:00 at night. Dinner and overnight on board.

11.           Day    NAGASAKI, JAPAN (25.05.2027)
Our ship will dock at Nagasaki port at 07:00. After breakfast, free time for personal activities and shopping. Guests who wish can join the "Nagasaki City Tour" organized by their guides as an extra. In Nagasaki, the port city where the second atomic bomb was dropped in the world, we start our program by visiting the Peace Park and Museum to better understand what our friends in the far east of Asia experienced in the 20th century. Among the places to see are the historic Megane Bridge, one of the most important structures of the city, Temple Street, and Chinatown, one of the most authentic districts. Visiting Glover Garden, known for its charming landscape and views, is one of the most impressive parts of our program. At the end of the tour, we return to our ship. Our ship will depart from Nagasaki port at 16:00 at night. Dinner and overnight on board.

12.    Day    KAGOSHIMA, JAPAN (26.05.2027)
Our ship will dock at Kagoshima port at 07:00. After breakfast on board, free time for personal needs. Those who wish here can join the Kagoshima tour organized by their guides as an extra. The city, built on the Satsuma Peninsula and its highlands, hosted the powerful Shimazu clan from the 12th century until the Meiji Restoration period in the 1860s. Besides its historical and geographical features, it has been home to samurai epics. The city is also rich in geothermal waters. Sakura Jima volcano, the symbol of the city, plays a significant role in these formations. Places like Iso Gardens and Kamikaze Museum are worth seeing in the city. Our ship will depart from the port at 16:00 in the evening.

13.           Day    CRUISING AT SEA  (27.05.2027)
During this day spent cruising at sea, you can pass your time by shopping in duty-free shops or using the ship's open and closed pools, fitness sauna, and other activities. Additionally, you can have fun in the bar with shows and music or try your luck in the casino. 

14.    Day    SHIMIZU (YOKOHAMA), JAPAN - DOHA (28.05.2027)

Our ship will dock at Tokyo port at 06:30 in the morning. After breakfast, we proceed with our disembarkation procedures. Guests who wish can join the "Tokyo Shopping Tour" organized by their guides as an extra. Afterwards, we will head towards the airport. After check-in procedures, our local time QATAR Airways flight QR 809 departs from Narita Airport to Doha at 17:25. Our arrival in Doha is at 23:05. Overnight at Doha Airport.

16.    Day    DOHA – ISTANBUL (30.05.2027)
We start the new day at the airport. Our local time QATAR Airways flight QR 237 will take place at 02:05. With our arrival in Istanbul, we have reached the end of another tour.

Need to Know

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • If passports and required documents are submitted completely, AGENCY will assist with visa applications. For international trips, a passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory.
  • AGENCY is not responsible for any problems arising from the late or incomplete submission of required documents for the visa.
  • Having obtained a visa does not guarantee entry into that country. The passport police have the authority to deny entry. In such cases, responsibility lies with the traveler.
  • In hotels with triple rooms, an extra bed may be smaller than a standard bed. Some hotels do not offer a third bed. For packages involving such hotels, AGENCY will inform guests during the sales process.
  • Child prices are valid only if children stay in the same room and cabin as their parents as the 3rd and 4th person. For the 0-2 years age policy, the child must not have reached 2 years of age on the tour return date; for the 3-12 years age policy, the child must not have reached 12 years of age on the tour return date.
  • AGENCY reserves the right to make changes to the program due to external reasons.
  • In case of insufficient participation, AGENCY will notify guests of cancellation or changes at least 21 days before the tour departure.
  • AGENCY acts as an intermediary between passengers and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. Flight times may change prior to departure. All times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure date. Passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
  • Domestic low-cost flights include a 20 kg baggage allowance.
  • AGENCY reserves the right to change the hotels specified in the program, provided the category remains the same.
  • Optional tours are organized based on a minimum participation requirement. If participation is insufficient, they cannot be held. If the number of participants is insufficient, the guide may revise the price and arrange a new schedule.
  • For optional tours along the route, guests who do not wish to participate will be directed by the guide to rest areas located before city entrances.
  • Tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. AGENCY is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
  • In case of cancellation or changes, the "AGENCY SALES CONTRACT" applies.
  • During the cruise, two of your evening meals are formal dinners. It is recommended that every male passenger wishing to dine there has at least one suit, and female passengers have at least one evening gown.
  • During the cruise, the restaurants and tables where our group will have dinner will be predetermined and numbered according to names. Therefore, everyone will sit at their predetermined locations from the first meal to the last meal on board.
  • During check-in for the cruise, every passenger (only one person per couple) must present a credit card to the ship's reception or deposit cash when receiving cabin keys. Cash is not used anywhere on the ship except in the casino. Onboard, EUR currency and credit cards are accepted. You can view all your expenses via the televisions in your cabins.
  • Bringing alcohol, irons, hair dryers, etc., onto the ship is strictly prohibited.
  • At the beginning of our cruise, luggage tags of specific colors will be sent to you along with your cruise ticket for all our group's luggage. These tags must be attached to your luggage at the cruise port.
  • Your luggage may not arrive in your cabins until late in the evening on the first day of the ship's departure. This is a situation caused by congestion and crowds, which is definitely the ship's responsibility. Therefore, it is advisable to pack essential items for your first day on the ship in a small handbag to carry with you.
  • You must strictly adhere to the ship's departure times. At ports, you must board the ship at least 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Otherwise, you may not be allowed to board. Our agency will not be responsible for such situations.
  • At the end of our cruise, you must collect your luggage, attach the labels that will be left in your cabins the night before, and place them outside your cabin doors by 00:00. After disembarkation procedures, our group will collect their luggage from the designated station. WE URGENTLY REQUEST THAT EACH OF OUR GUESTS PICK UP AND CHECK THEIR OWN LUGGAGE.
  • ALL GUESTS MUST CARRY THEIR ROUND-TRIP FLIGHT TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. PASSENGERS WHO DO NOT HAVE PRINTED COPIES OF THE TICKETS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN ENTRY INTO THE COUNTRY/SHIP.
