PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT  

This tour is organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour starts. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.

In destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you for the visa application.

In order to avoid any problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports should be renewed; and if the destination is a country that applies visas to T.R. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

Since our guests under 18 may be asked for a document showing the joint consent of the parents by the police officer on duty at entry and exit points of the country when traveling alone or with only one parent, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive on this matter.

HEALTH 

We do not expect to encounter any health-threatening problems with meals taken at good restaurants and hotels in the region. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about eating and drinking, definitely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, eat meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and for fruit, eat fruits that can be peeled such as bananas and pineapples. Current vaccination/PCR rules must be followed at country entrances and upon return to the homeland.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES        

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we work with with a minimum participation of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If sufficient numbers are not reached, tours may not be carried out, or optional tour/activity prices, content, and the vehicle used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and hours of the extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, ruins or venues at the places to be visited and according to weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION     

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a distance greater than the specified km.

Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable beds and coach beds, participants making 3rd person and/or child reservations are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible crowding in the rooms and the bed type.

Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.

Breakfasts taken at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country, and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.

TIME ZONE      

The Eastern America region is 8 hours behind Turkey in time zone.

For example, when it is 16:30 in Turkey, it is 08:30 in Eastern America.

CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS    

If going in the summer season, we recommend that you bring t-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket and a light sweater for the evenings. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera and their chargers and spare memory cards. In the winter period, we recommend clothing that allows comfortable movement and keeps you warm.

FOOD CULTURE            

The country does not have a distinct cuisine, and a fast-food-oriented culture prevails. However, you can see many culinary cultures in the states. Although Chinese cuisine is common, you can find Turkish cuisine dishes in many states. Even if there is no food culture, its cuisine includes many cultures.

ELECTRICITY            

The electrical current used in America is 110 Volts. In Turkey, it is 220 Volts. We recommend that you bring a plug adapter with you.

SHOPPING          

There are shopping opportunities in shopping malls located in city centers and small businesses selling souvenirs.

IMPORTANT NOTES            

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country will be possible. The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.

The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or the times may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay field tax and field service fees

The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, and carried out panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, excluding museum and archaeological site entrance fees. Bin Rota is not responsible for the failure to carry out panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, on the day and time of the tour if they are not permitted to be visited or entered by local authorities, or if they cannot take place due to closed roads caused by any event; nor in cases where weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, in areas with closed roads or places where vehicle access is not permitted.

Tour Program
Istanbul - San Francisco
After meeting your guide at Istanbul Airport International Terminal, following your baggage and ticket procedures at the Turkish Airlines counter, we will depart on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight to San Francisco. Upon arrival in San Francisco, we will leave the airport by private vehicle and head to our hotel for transfer. (Hotel check-in time is from 15:00 onward.) For the rest of the day, guests who wish may join the San Francisco City Tour, arranged as an extra by their guide (100 USD per person). On this tour, we will have the opportunity to get to know this beautiful city more closely. Civic Center, Fisherman’s Wharf and Chinatown, Twin Peaks, Haight-Ashbury where the hippies settled, the Palace of Fine Arts, and Lombard Street are among the places we will see. After the tour and the free time we will give for dinner, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
San Francisco
The entire day is free at leisure. Guests who wish may join the optional Sausalito – Boat to Alcatraz – Fisherman’s Wharf – Cable Car – Union Square tour organized by their guide (USD 120). By our private vehicle, we head to Sausalito, where San Francisco’s former high-ranking officials and now its wealthiest residents live. After an approximately 15-minute bus ride, we arrive in the charming town of Sausalito. While walking along the waterfront, you will see beautiful houses and can sip your coffee at seaside cafes overlooking San Francisco and the bay. Then, as we return to San Francisco by boat, you will have the chance to photograph Alcatraz, once known as the world’s most escape-proof prison, from the boat. At the same time, you will witness the magnificent views of San Francisco. Our boat docks at Pier 39, one of San Francisco’s landmarks. After a short visit to the sea lions basking in the sun, and following free time for lunch at a restaurant of your choice based on your guide’s recommendations, we will take the famous San Francisco streetcars, known from the movies as Cable Car (the red trams), for an enjoyable ride to Union Square. Other places we will see include San Francisco’s most lively areas: the Fashion District, Golden Gate Bridge, and Chinatown. After the free time we will give for dinner, transfer to our hotel. San Francisco - Las Vegas
In the morning, we leave our hotel and head to San Francisco Airport for our flight to Las Vegas. After our flight, which will last less than 2 hours, we arrive at Las Vegas Airport. We transfer to our hotel with our private vehicle waiting for us at the airport. After checking in, guests who wish may join the extra Outlet shopping & panoramic city tour organized by their guide (70 USD per person). After the shopping, we take a panoramic tour explaining the famous Las Vegas Boulevard (The Strip) and the hotels, then return to the hotel. In the evening, Las Vegas’s world-famous shows and thousands of tables and slot machines await those who want to try their luck. Overnight at our hotel.
Las Vegas
All day free time. Guests who wish can join the Grand Canyon Tour, organized as an extra by their guide (USD 250 per person). With our private vehicle, we depart from our hotel in the morning from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon in the State of Arizona. After approximately a 2-hour journey, we arrive at the Grand Canyon. We board the buses that will take us around the area. At the final stop, Eagle Point, we have the opportunity to take magnificent photos of the canyon right next to the 800-meter cliff. Here, we also have the chance to photograph the tents of the Hualapai Native Americans. From there, we board the bus again and go to Guana Point. Then we return to the terminal, get back into our vehicle, and set off to return to Las Vegas. We recommend not missing this tour, which offers the chance to meet the Hualapai Native Americans, the owners of this magnificent canyon, one of the 7 natural wonders of the world and a place that must be seen at least once in a lifetime. After the tour, we return to our hotel. Accommodation at our hotel.
Las Vegas - Los Angeles
In the morning, we leave our hotel and head by private vehicle to Los Angeles, one of the largest cities in America. Upon arrival in Los Angeles, you may join the Los Angeles City Tour (120 USD per person), which will be arranged as an extra by your guide. We will take a tour introducing Los Angeles, known as the City of Angels and the second-largest city in America. Our first stop is Hollywood Boulevard, which you will remember from the movies. Here, we will see the Kodak Theatre, where the Oscar ceremonies are held (now known as Dolby Theater), the Chinese Theatre, where famous film premieres take place, the hand and footprints of cinema and music artists, and the Walk of Fame. In this area, you will also have the chance to photograph the world-famous Hollywood sign, written in huge letters and symbolizing the city. Then, passing along the famous Sunset Strip Boulevard to Santa Monica Boulevard, we arrive in Beverly Hills. Here, we will see the famous Beverly Hills sign. Afterward, we take a short walk on the famous Rodeo Drive, where the world’s most luxurious stores are located and where the movie Pretty Woman was filmed, and we will see the Beverly Wilshire Hotel, which was the residence address of stars such as Elvis Presley and John Lennon for many years. Leaving Rodeo Drive, we head to Downtown, known as the center of Los Angeles. Here, we will see Olvera Street, the skyscrapers that form the city’s skyline, and the historic center where the city was first founded. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel. After the room distribution, free time to rest. In the evening, guests who wish may join the Santa Monica Tour (60 USD per person), which will be arranged as an extra by their guide. In lively Santa Monica, filled with street performers, you can relax with a drink at stylish cafés, and have your dinner at one of the restaurants in this beautiful area. Overnight at our hotel. (Note: For better use of our guests’ time, our guides may arrange the Santa Monica tour before going to the hotel.)
Los Angeles
All day is free time. Guests who wish may join the San Diego Tour, which will be arranged by their guide at an additional cost (170 USD per person). In San Diego, which has been voted America’s most beautiful city for years, our first stop will be La Jolla. In La Jolla, famous for its seal beach and coastline, you will see the harmony of nature and luxury homes and have plenty of opportunities to take photos. After leaving La Jolla, we head to our second stop, Old Town. In Old Town, the birthplace of California, a setting that will make you feel as if you are in Mexico awaits you. After Old Town, the places we will visit include Seaport Village, the Midway aircraft carrier, the Unconditional Surrender Statue, the symbolic image of World War II, and Coronado Island, where the U.S. Naval base is located and which is also home to the largest wooden building in America and the historic Hotel Del Coronado, where the film Some Like It Hot was filmed. After the tour, return to the hotel and overnight at our hotel. NOTE: The Midway aircraft carrier will be visited only for an exterior photo stop.
Los Angeles - New York
All day free time. Those who wish may join the Universal Studios tour, which will be organized additionally by their guide, for 250 USD per person. In this park, one of the largest in the world, you will have the opportunity to see up close how the films that played a role in the formation of the American dream were made and to encounter their heroes. You will better understand why Universal Studios, for which world-famous director Steven Spielberg served as creative consultant, is the world’s No. 1 studio and theme park. However, this park is not just entertainment; it is also a product of a century of experience in the history and technology of cinema. With more than 40 shows, film sets, and attractions, it will not only entertain you and draw you in, but also take your breath away and make you feel as if you are inside the films. After the tour, transfer to the airport and depart for New York on a domestic U.S. flight at night. Overnight on the plane.
New York
We arrive in New York early in the morning. Upon arrival in New York, we leave the airport by our private vehicle and depart for transfer to our hotel. (Hotel check-in time is 15:00 and later.) Guests who wish may join the New York City Tour, which will be arranged as an extra tour (USD 100 per person). We begin our tour of New York, one of the most exciting and colorful cities in the world, with Central Park, which is larger than Monaco and is accompanied by the colors of thousands of plant species. Then we continue with the famous Times Square, where the heart of the city beats, the New York Public Library, Bryant Park, Grand Central Terminal, which has hosted many films, the Empire State Building (from the outside), and Rockefeller Center, and conclude our tour. After the tour, we return to our hotel, where we will stay overnight.
New York
All day is free time. Guests who wish may join the extra New York Icons tour (200 USD per person). First, we take a boat to Liberty Island, where the Statue of Liberty, one of the symbols of New York and the USA, is located. According to legend, the construction of such a large statue in Egypt was thought to provoke public reaction, so it was kept in a warehouse in France for years. Later, the French made additions to the statue and presented it as a gift to the USA. After seeing the monument on site, we take the boat back to New York. Then, among the places we will see are the Financial District and the World Trade Center. Next, we take high-speed elevators up to the 101st floor of One World Observatory, where we will have the chance to view and photograph New York’s unique skyline from a height of 386 meters. After enjoying this magnificent view, we take a walk across the Brooklyn Bridge, which was once tested for strength with elephants and has been featured extensively in TV series and films, and see Chinatown, our final stop, before returning to our hotel. Accommodation will be at our hotel.
New York - Istanbul
We are completing our check-out procedures from the hotel this morning. You will have free time until the late afternoon. In the late afternoon, transfer to New York JFK Airport. After baggage, ticket, and customs procedures, we will depart for Istanbul on a Turkish Airlines scheduled flight. Overnight on the plane.
