CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
For cancellations made up to 30 days before the tour departure date, the full tour fee will be refunded. Cancellations made within 30 days before the tour departure date are non-refundable.
• !!! Guests with a K.K.T.C. stamp in their passport cannot enter Greece !!!
• The Accommodation Tax imposed by the Greek Government is not included in the package prices and must be paid in cash to the hotel upon entry by the guests.
Rhodes Island; 20 Euros for children aged 0-17.99, 95 Euros for adults aged 18 and over.
Kos Island; 50 Euros for children aged 0-17.99, 95 Euros for adults aged 18 and over.
Samos Island; 35 Euros for children aged 0-17.99, 95 Euros for adults aged 18 and over.
Documents required for Visa on Arrival applications;
- Application Form (We prepare and send it on behalf of the guests; it needs to be signed and sent by courier)
- Passport Copy
- ID Copy
- If available, copies of Schengen Visas obtained within the last 3 years
- 3 Biometric Photos (3.5x4.5 cm)
- Travel Health Insurance (Starting 1 day before the travel date, covering the duration of the trip, with 30,000 Euro coverage, English policy)
- Bank Statement (Showing transactions from the last 3 months retrospectively, with a usable balance equivalent to 450 Euros in TL on the date the statement is issued (excluding overdraft), and it must be an active account with movement.)
- For applications of children traveling with only one of their parents, a notarized consent letter from the non-traveling parent and its English translation made by a sworn translator are обязательно required.
Visa on Arrival; unlike a Schengen Visa, it is not a visa type that is finalized in advance. After the application file is prepared and sent, departure is made from Turkish ports without a visa. The final result is determined at the customs of the relevant island on the day of travel. No information is provided by the islands before the travel day; however, in some negative evaluation cases, 2/3 days before the travel date, information is received that the guest's application has been negatively evaluated and that they should not come. In the event of a negative evaluation, no written or verbal notification is made by the other party regarding the reason, and the visa fee is not refunded.
